The flight crew was nice. Plane departed/arrived on time.
I paid €60 extra to sit in the emergency door seat to get more leg room but once.i was in the plane learned for more leg room I accepted a smaller seat next to a bathroom and no entertainment. I could not store my belongings near me. No power outlet to charge my devices for my own entertainment on a 7 hour flight. Dealing with constant traffic for the bathroom. I sat in the middle seat between two hours other men. It was a constant struggle arm space. After 7hours in the air I could not wait to get off the plane. If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade"
Decent seat size. Sorta slept the whole flight.
The staff the facilities the food all ******. Will definetly look forward to choose both delta and KLM
Pleasant flight
Boarding was a free for all. The travelers did not pay attention to the priorities.
Equipment was nice and well maintained. Seats are comfortable for coach. Video at each seat. Friendly staff.
The snacks were decent on the flight. Everything else was a disappointment.
Unexpected delay for take off after being told the flight was going to be on time. They couldn’t give us a reason or an eta on take off while waiting at the gate which affected my ride situation once I landed in Seattle.
Everything is good except our lunch as described below.
They ran out of chicken breast in our lunch packages, so the stewardess went back to get it. After 10 minutes she still did not show up, we turned on the help light, and still no one came. Finally she passed by and we reminded her the 2 chicken breast lunch packs, she said : "Sorry, I've forgotten about them" and ran back to get them for us.
I liked the flight attendant in first class. Unfortunately I was not in first class
I did not like the attitude of the obese old man (I, too, am an obese old woman) as I saw it toward some of my cabin mates.

The food and some complimentary beverages were good. The movies minimal and extra cost.
The boarding process was very disorganized, the seats had very little leg room, and the guy behind kept pushing my seat forward with his knees and complaining when I put my seat back.

Either El Al Airlines or Condor lost my bag:-( The boarding process was really weird and slow. It would have been nice to have identified the gate earlier.

I showed up to the airport 2+ hours early, I tried to check in online, was given a error the said my reservation didn’t exist. When I arrived at the airport I went to the check in counter, when I told them I was checking for a flight to Seattle, i was told that I couldn’t check in because there was a issue with my flight. I was directed to a corner of the terminal. This corner had no chairs or seats for us, we sat there for 2+ hours all the way up to the time our flight was intended to depart. All the while we tried to get information or what was the issue, but we were just stonewalled. Finally past our boarding time were were told the flight was being canceled, and to standby for more information. Another half an hour went by before they told us they were getting us a hotel, and buses to the hotel. So then we waited another 15 minutes or so when they asked us if we had checked in because we needed a ticked to get a room at the hotel. Again we waited in line for 20+ minutes to check in. I had 2 bags to check, one I need at the hotel, the other I did not. They let me check the one bag I could, told me to check the other at the business class check in in the morning to avoid the line, sounds good, or so I thought. So condor gathers us all up, an entire 767 worth of people, and begins hearding us to the buses, they don’t tell us where we’re going, just to follow the one employee, to the 5 or so buses. A large group of us got split off at a set stairs, helping older folks and family with strollers get down the stairs. Now I spent 30 minutes wandering around Frankfurt am main looking for buses. Well they don’t park them out front, they park them out in the middle of nowhere. Finally get to get hotel, it’s a nice hotel. The next morning the lady at the business class desk was extremely rude.
The online entertainment has a nice variety of interesting shows, including documentaries. My seat was comfortable with good leg room, but only because I got lucky when I asked for an exit row seat while checking in. The regular economy seats are extremely narrow and uncomfortable with almost no leg room (and I am only average in heigh). Taller people sitting in regular aisle seats are hanging their legs out into the aisle throughout the flight because they have to for any kind of reasonable comfort.
Somehow the airline should tell passengers that they are going to have to go through a(mother) strict security process before getting on the plane in Frankfurt to the U.S. We all stood in line for close to an hour in a very hot area of the airport to go through full-on security - water gets thrown out, shoes off, laptops out - the whole works, again. I had already gone through this kind of security in Vienna for the Vienna-Frankfurt leg of my trip. I had no idea this was going to be required and had planned to use my time in Frankfurt to relax and get something to eat. Instead it was spent standing in a surprise security line that moved extremely slowly. Not a fun way to spend the time before getting on an 11-hour flight. If they are going to require that security they should have many more lines available so that it moves at a reasonable pace.

The bathrooms were full so we had to stop in Manchester to empty them and refuel, added 1.5hrs onto the already 11hr flight...ugh. Bad food and only 2 movies unless you pay extra.

From dropping off luggag to unvoarding plan, this was a great experience. Only complaint is economy could use a tad more comfort for price paid

I began asking for my wheelchair escort the minute I got off the plane. I was assured in Houston they would be there when I got to Detroit. They were not. The request was clearly spelled out on my boarding pass along with my personal oxygen equipment information. I kept asking different staff and they would call for me then say somebody would be there. I waited for an entire hour and only when I started to cry did somebody do something. It was terribly stressful.
90 minute delay leaving LAX. Stuck on plane. 30 minuet delay getting to gate after landing at SFO. Stuck on plane again.

Super nice flight attendant. Really made all of us (business travelers, retired military folks, family with little kids heading to a wedding) feel welcomed and happy. Great experience.

Comfortable seats, enough space for legs, helpful crew, We were offered a voucher to stay in a hotel close to the airport to get a few hours of sleep or relaxation. The voucher included lunch and dinner with good food..
I didn't like the long delay to stay in the airport on hard chairs before leaving Cape Town. The delay affected all the other connections with long periods of stay in the airports. The whole flight was rough, being shaken all the time.

Getting off the plain in Dominican Republic and having to pass through migration control there!!

The food is very bad Any thing normal cost money Food.tv.drink. It was very cold or too hot that everybody was complaining about
There were only two movies for free. You have to pay for all others.
