I feel the ground staff could benefit from further training to enhance the overall guest experience.
There was nothing wrong with Aegean. We were very confused about whom to contact, since we booked with Kayak, then got shoved over to Underpricer and some other agency.
Cabin crew were absolutely fantastic. Couldn’t have been more helpful to me and my twins and family. Great crew!!!
Highlights were the food and wonderful staff. Airplanes were exceptionally clean.
Aegan Airlines compensates for its outdated business-class seats with excellent food and onboard crew service. Launge was also excellent.
On every Aegean flight it seems, they ask people to check in carry on luggage. That seems to happen less often with other airlines for some reason. The food is very basic for a full service airline. We do not need a meal with trays, but something of higher quality (even just higher quality pies) would be better. The cabin crew was very nice and professional, though.
Seats that recline. Ice for soft drinks. No charge for did drinks. Wifi.
Internet not working during the flight - what a big miss!

aegean took off late, which made it impossible for us to make the next flight on air canada, we all ran to the terminal, the plane was still there but the air canada folks wouldn't let us board because they said the door was already closed. they told us we had to go all the way back to aegean desk to arrange another flight.
Austrian Airlines was fine - it was the Munich airport’s system for boarding with new EES requirements. Instructions were confusing, waiting lines were LONG and many people had to run to catch their flights.
It was very bad. We were delayed for 2.5 hours. After 9 hours traveling from Vienna to Washington my airplane was not on time. It was very frustrating
1) have phone numbers where we can call... a human... not this bot stuff... 2) the austrian airlines crew directs us to the airport lost and found for left behind objects, then the airport lost and found directs us back to them. Listen y'all, if you can't get this straight, what are you thinking expecting us to? Cheap, unprofessional, looks like a airline on the way to going under. If you can't afford well-trained staff... well... ask not for whom be bell tolls... it tolls for you.
The good: we liked fast boarding, the departure and arrival on-time. The not-so-good: The crew should learn from their sister-company Swiss with whom we took the flight to the US. Austrian onboard personnel need to smile more and provide a better service. Food was okay, there was the usual issue with “no more chicken” by the time they reach row X 😕. We did not understand why the crew collected trash so randomly and inadequately. We missed the free internet for messaging which was privided by Swiss as well. Hope this feedback helps.

OK, would prefer some meat for dinner, not just pasta although was tasty. There was only one dish, no choices
One thing I really liked about Austrian Airlines was that the flight attendants were very kind, and the in-flight entertainment offered many choices. One thing that could be improved is the meal service, since only a vegetarian option was offered — it would be better to have at least two choices.
A bellow average experience. A delayed flight , no staff to assist , running and panic to connecting flight , 2 hour wait for customer service. No luggage when we arrived , luggage delivered 3 days after at 3:45 AM !!!! Much stress and anxiety from this experience. Please repair your Brand .
Super helpful personnel. Airbus 320neo, new and comfortable plane. Could offer also tea and sparkling water as courtesy.
Plane from Skiathos was 40mins late and we arrived at Athens in a completely different terminal to the departure gate. Myself and my daughter had to run for over 15mins to get to the gate at the far end terminal and we made the flight by 3 mins. The distance from arrival and departure should have been explained, so very stress full of r myself and daughter.
There was a departure delay of at least one hour. We also waited in line for 40 minutes and then in the bus for 20 minutes.
It was a short flight so food and entertainment wasn’t necessary

My flight was supposed to leave at 8:35 and arrive at 9:35. The plane took off at 9:20 and we arrived after 10am. Horrible experience and zero organisation.
Relatively good for a LCC, free water and a biscuit, free standard seat selection at check-in. Just be wary of legroom if you're tall, and the boarding process was very disorganised with no announcements and no queue management.
Do not check bags with Sky Express! We were flying from the Milos airport to Athens. Sky Express lost our checked bags. We were on our way to a wedding in Athens.. In fact, more than half of the flight’s passengers had their bags lost / left at the terminal. This was not a large plane (~50 people), so having left that many bags at a very very small airport where there was only one other flight (from another carrier) scheduled that day, is a ridiculously large oversight. Our bags were sent on a meandering ferry to Athens the following day, to arrive at our hotel 3 days later, but it was too late to be helpful. We had to buy outfits and toiletries, etc when we arrived for the event. We are filing a claim with Sky Express for partial reimbursement.
Never heard about them before and was surprised how organized and efficient they are.

On time! The wait to board standing outside was miserable. The “priority” boarding is misleading as it does not help the boarding process at all. The bag charges were very high and my expected carry on did not quite fit in the measurement box. The lobby experience at the airport was terrible! Signage and directions were inadequate. The staff was all lovely.
We had to wait 2,5 hours in the plane before take off!!!
The flight was 1h delayed. There was a flight attendant making announcements in the cabin, but it was impossible to understand whether the information was important or not. (Although whatever she was saying, it was clearly meant to be communicated to the passengers.) From the way she spoke, it sounded like Spanish, but only thanks to catching one word out of every five or six — mumbled through her teeth — I realized she was actually speaking English. It was quite embarrassing
The table at my seat was dirty, the crew was nice, the boarding was swift. An average Ryanair experience but this time the plane was not properly cleaned between flights.
Crazy long boarding times, messy, inexperienced, overworked, and visibly tired crew, very uncomfortable seats and no compensation for delays.
The lady at the boarding gate was so rude. She was challenging people being in priority and looking them up and down as if they weren’t dressed for first class. This was Ryan air priority. We all sit in the same seats. She loudly called out to embarrass a man who she believed had cheated and got in the priority line. He had a valid priority ticket and even worked for Ryanair. Also challenging visas insisting people download them until they proved on the government website it wasn’t required to print. The Ryanair employee who was challenged said she is always like this. She also pulled people from regular boarding as they were fashionably dressed and upgraded them to priority and changed their seats. That was comical. I think she felt she should be working for Emirates first class, although they would t have stood for her rude behaviour
1. Too long on board without air conditioning. 2. Very very long-tiring walk to exit gate.
we were boarded AND only after the boarding process was finished we were announced there is going to be a delay of one hour.
Ryanair was ok but the flight is delayed 2 hours! We dont know the reason if it was either Ryanaair or the Kos airport or Vienna Airport …
