Grandma next to them was careless too,mother left the kids to father and was sitting 2 rows in the back and they never came at least to try to make them quiet even when the kids started to kik everywhere licluding the food tray and almost breaks it. Unfortunately the staff never came and try to talk to them about this issue Most of the people including several senior citizens looked angry and frustrated."

The selection of films offered was demoralizingly poor, and the seatback pockets afforded even less storage space than usual."

Pros: "Clean bathrooms, courteous attendants, plenty of food and drink! These and more are what you can expect from Korean Air. Attendants are also bi or tri-lingual in many instances and will even bring you water and other drinks if you need it. I never felt dehydrated or hungry like I have on other carriers, and I appreciate this so very much because it isn't cheap to buy a bunch of food/drink after security to bring on the plane just to not starve... NOT on KOREAN AIR - full belly, no chapped lips! They even have hydration spray in the bathrooms and lotion too!! You get slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, headphones, and did I mention the games and movies on your INDIVIDUAL SCREEN ARE FREE? In case you are wondering... I flew COACH. Another note from this trip on the level of service. There were a couple of people, who I think were Vietnamese. They spoke no Korean and no English. The flight attendants even made an effort to find another passenger who spoke the language to explain the U.S. Immigration form because the forms were in Korean and English as the flight was coming ion from Korea. It was probably also available in Chinese and Japanese since many from there also take the Korean Air flight to the U.S. Still, the couple spoke none of those languages. They were behind me. It turned out that no one else on the flight spoke their language. So what did the attendants do? Well, they filled out the forms for them so they could get to their family, who turned out to be in Houston."

Pros: "This time I made the mistake of flying with my kids (4 and 6). The flight or them was last minute (booked less than 8 hours before take off) so there were no pre-planned kids meals etc. The in cabin team were awesome! They made sure they go a choice of meals, that they had things to do, that they were enjoying the flights. This on top of the usual awesome that they have."
Cons: "It's still in Huston. Flying economy isn't the same as flying business but my bank account says I need the cheaper option. Can we please move this flight to DFW instead? :-)"
Pros: "More movies and TV than you can watch, incredible cabin team, low cost, I mean, what's not to like. American, are you listening?!?"
Cons: "I have to drive from DFW to IAH, I wish Singapore would take over from American and British Air at DFW, honestly Singapore is cheaper, better service, nicer ground and in flight teams. It's worth the extra drive to travel with people that actually care"

Pros: "The A380 is an amazing plane. The flight was smooth and the engine sounds were fairly low."
Cons: "Waiting on line to check in was more than a half hour although there were probably only 10 people ahead of me. Got a hard time on the weight of my carry-on being more than 7kg although I had to point out that my ticket allowed me two bags that were 23kg each - I had nothing to check. Eventually, when I pointed out that I could wear enough of the clothes from the carry on, they agreed to let me take it on. On board, the service was cold, bland and infrequent. The entertainment system lost sound perhaps 20 minutes into the flight."
Pros: "The business class bed was the best I have yet encountered. The food and service were great. And the stews? Gorgeous and so agreeable. One young lady even helped me with my back injury; turns out she was studying physical therapy. You can't find a better ride than that,"

Pros: "The presence and attitude of the flight attendants were highly pleasant and accommodating. The entire flight was very comfortable and made the 9 hour journey from Manchester to Houston Texas fast and enjoyable. The flight attendants always had a wonderful smile which felt genuine many a time and always made an effort to speak at the level of the passenger. When I had trouble connecting to the Wifi, one attendant even knelt down and connected my phone manually as I was not tech savvy in this regard. The food was of much higher quality as well compared to other airlines I traveled with on this trip."
Cons: "Really the only issue was there was a 2 hour delay on departure, however this was due to issues out of control of the airline and I did not mind as the airline's ambience and my experience with it overshadowed any delays."

Cons: "I asked for one of the crew to help me bring up my carry-on luggage, as i'm just recovering from a flu at that time. Instead the FA looked at my bag and asked me in an irritated tone if my bag was really that heavy? I said I was recovering and I just need an extra push once I lift it up into the cabin. In the end she did help but i did not appreciate her attitude and felt disappointed my whole flight."
Pros: "Comfy chairs and good food on Singapore Airlines."
Cons: "Some of the male crew didn't do anything, the females did all the interactive work in serving and helping the disabled as far as I could see."

Understand that the attendants are trying to carry their tasks in a specific time frame but there must be a better way to serve your customers, such as announcing that snack can be brought to you upon your request."
Cons: "1. Not enough movie selections; same selection on both legs of the trip. 2. Bathrooms were dirty. 3. I was very disappointed that I was forced to check a carryon due to weight limits when it was under the size requirement. The weight limit doesn't make sense if it was going on the same plane anyway for free. 4. It is utterly ridiculous not to give full mileage for economy tickets anymore. Out of all the programs to cut, the loyalty program? Really? 5. Flight attendants were not particularly friendly."

Cons: "I didn't like the food. Most of it made my stomach upset so I didn't finish and landed very hungry. The entertainment was limited as well. For a 13+ hour flight I was disappointed with the amount of TV shows and movies I had access to. I would still recommend EVA to friends and family with a warning to bring approved food and entertainment."

Cons: "I was in the last row aisle seat 73H. Prior to take off I requested to move to the opposite side 73 A and B because they were empty. I had a passenger on the window side and this particular FA said said OK, but she said to do it after the flight takes off. Later I took my things and this time another FA rudely said I cannot move because the empty seats were required for FA's to rest on this 14 hr flight. Fair enough. But not once did they sit at those empty seats at all. When I had to continually get up to allow my window passenger who frequently uses the toilet. Why lie?"

Pros: "The staff got us loaded quickly for the large number of passengers. The leg room, even in economy is surprisingly roomy, and the movie selection was first class."
Cons: "They need to offer more small bottles of water. It's hard to keep hydrated on long flights, and due to turbulence a tinyear (only half full) glass of water occasionally is hard to not spill and is not enough. I would suggest an 8 oz bottle offered at least every other hour."

Pros: "I fly with family from Houston to Manila regularly. It's a long flight but both Eva and Korean Air always have better prices than other air lines, especially American companies. They are just more professional, have better service and are cleaner than American airlines. I will always fly Eva or Korean. I don't know what some of these people are talking about. EVA always offers tea, water, apple and orange juice."
