Ease of boarding! Great service!
It took a long time to board. The real problem was the flight though. It was a little noisy (not the airlines fault) and incredibly hot.
The food was ice cold and poorly selected. Staff was pleasant as usual
Be wary very quick to cancel and no accommodating at all
Cons: "When I got to dallas there was no one there with a wheel chair to help me get to my next flight. Asked the counter person for information and she almost could not be bothered. After asking twice I notice a golf cart type of transportation for the handicap. Well it took me 1 1\2 to get to my connecting flight. 2 other people had missed there flight. I was disappointed in American Airlines that they could not be bothered to help or even answer a couple questions."

Cons: "Our flight was delayed at least 5x. We started getting delays around 1pm but our flight wasn’t scheduled to leave until 7pm. We were on a connecting flight so it was no chance of making the second leg of our flight. I used an AA discount to get a room in Charlotte but we didn’t get to the airport until almost 2am so I had called to cancel that hour before making it to Charlotte but was told I may still be charged for the room even tho at this point it was outta my control. It would be great if the airline took care of giving you shelter when you are stuck in limbo with no reason behind while you are stuck. American is a good airline but they seriously dropped the ball this trip."
Pros: "The people I spoke to on the customer service line and then especially at the service desk in Miami were able to help me get a sooner flight so I didn’t have to be driving home until the wee morning. I am VERY grateful to them and American Airlines policies which empower its employees to assist its customers."
Cons: "I have to say, I’m a medium sized 6 foot guy, but I felt very uncomfortable in the seat with another 6 foot man to my right. I felt like I couldn’t use rest my shoulder, since he was using the armrest. i know this is a calculated decision made by very high ups, but the seats just need more comfort. I was even in an exit row, which has more legroom in comparison, but the actual seat was almost painful."

Cons: "I went to check in with Iberia airlines as the flight information said. Desk was closed. Went to American airlines as suggested by airport staff, which was correct. Completely different terminal,we were lucky we had 3 hours between connections, the whole process took over an hour. Very confusing. The plane was American Airlines, Iberia was not mentioned anywhere else,very confusing. Dinner was served within an hour of taking off at 11pm, which we didnt have, but then nothing until an hour before landing and very hurried. Staff had been very busy chatting in the galley. No snacks available. Had a group of rowdy and rude passengers near us, not alcohol related. I think staff shoud have had a word with them, it looked like they didnt want to know, another passenger finaly did after 5 patient hours. Arrived in London, our bags did not. Staff were good. They found the error straight away. They delivered them to our home the next day which was a very good service."

At boarding, group of people are so dense it's impossible to get to line when boarding group called. They block the entrance for other customers. There has to be a more civilized way to board a plane."
Cons: "Poorly food and problems at the check in, although my documents were all in order. Also, we also missed our flight because of the security, who double checked for nothing. Was very very stressful, i will think twice next time before choosing to fly with BA. Check in online wasn t possible."
Cons: "The first class flight attendants were VERY RUDE to the passengers getting on the plane, especially the male flight attendant. While serving drinks, instead of saying things like "pardon me", they would say "move" (as was said directly to me) and get out of the way" (as I herd him say to another passinger). Very disrespectful way to treat a person, let alone a paying customer! Btw...I am a middle class 5' 11" tall college educated male."
Pros: "It was a flight, it got me from point A to point B, but everything in between could've been much better."
Cons: "When first boarding the plane, the person I was with tried to close the shade on the window, the with frame and the first 2 pieces of glass popped out. We notified the flight attendant and his response was "can you stick your arm out the window and wave? No... ok you're fine" then we were notified the bathrooms in the middle of the plane were out of order and we could only use the bathrooms at the rear of the plane. There was no WiFi, and the audio system for the on board movies wasn't working. The flight attendants were only giving out cups of beverages and not the full can, which isnt a big deal but still looks bad on the airline considering everywhere flight with American has handed out full cans of soda. The perception was American dropped the ball on the his plane, and just didn't care to do the necessary maintenance. For the his head priced paid for the his hehe see tickets I would've expected better from a reputable airline. Needless to say we were a little disappointed."

There was no snack/beverage service. We did get a tiny bag of pretzels and were supposed to get either water or juice, but we never saw a beverage. Also, my seat's entertainment did not work. The worst was the HORRIBLE TINY ECON SEATS!!! Unless you are a child or a small woman/man, I would avoid this flight if at all possible. I have never been so uncomfortable on a flight, and I fly a dozen times a year for the last 25 years."

Cons: "Flight attendant was gruff when communicating. She seemed angry when providing information. It was a short flight, so not a lot was offered, which was totally fine. However, when she walked down the isle with water, she appeared to be looking at the ceiling and didn’t stop to check if many people wanted water, including me."
Pros: "The flight got delayed however, it went well once in the air. Some turbulence on account of the weather but the crew were very friendly. We got free TV on account of the delay."

Pros: "The boarding and seating happened in a timely fashion, and the crew was courteous. The lunch meal (I had requested Asian vegetarian) wasn't amazing, but not as bad as it could've been."
Cons: "The flight was not with Lufthansa, but it was actually through United, which was extremely confusing as I did my ticket confirmation, seat booking and meal choice through Lufthansa prior to my trip. To find out on the day of the flight that I had to check in and go through United was extremely annoying, as the counters are in different terminals and it was unnecessarily stressful. The flight itself was crammed, with absolutely no leg space, and not even enough space under the seat to stow my backpack (which had fit perfectly on my Brussels Airlines flight to Madrid). I had requested the Asian vegetarian meal, and the snack we got prior to landing was pretty much two slices of cucumber on a small bun (and an apple on the side) - extremely dry and hard to eat. I asked for mayo, but the flight neither had that, nor any other condiments to make the "sandwich" more edible."

They also came around with water very quickly for everyone to help cool them down. It was either push forward and wait for it to cool down once we got in the air or change planes, I was totally ok with how they handled it."
