Cons: "Low cost airline so they charge you for everything. I had to pay $159 to check a bag for a 1.5 hour flight. That nearly doubled the cost of the original ticket. By the time they charge you for everything, you don't save any money. And they even weigh every purse, backpack, handbag, etc. at the gate and start charging customers for carry on. Don't fly with these guys. And because their customers are dissatisfied, all the employees I encountered were rude."

I reserved an aisle seat originally, aisle seats were available when I tried to change, but agent REFUSED to accommodate me with either aisle or window. Sat in middle with huge guy next to me. Very uncomfortable. Food was mediocre on this leg. Oh, and late departing AGAIN. Will seriously look for other options on next trip."

When I arrived in Doha I was told by the transfer desk that I did not need to pick up my bags because they had been checked to my final destination. I even asked them to pull up my flight information and to confirm that, which they did. However, when I arrived in Kigali, Rwanda, my bags were no where to be found. No one has found them yet. I also called Qatar Air before my flight and asked about hotel accommodations for my layover because my layover was from 6:00 pm to 7 am. When I called, I was told that I would be given a complimentary hotel room because of the length of the layover. However, when I arrived I was told that I did not qualify for the hotel accommodation. Then, I was told that a hotel room would cost 250. When i arrived at the hotel, I was told the cheapest was 325."

Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

Several parents were there with the request to let us through to the toilet with small children and she smiled in our face and said "no, we will finish first and than you can go". She might be not fit for the job anymore, but KLM can't afford this kind of treatment."

Cons: "Flight was cancelled with no notice.or explanation Stuck at Heathrow no alternatives available. We are a party of 7 3 young children and 1 disabled passenger . Now one of us flys tomorrow via Madrid, and palma before mahon. All others fly Sunday via Barcelona. Hol ruined disgrace"

Cons: "My American partner's passport expires 2 months after our return to the US. Unfortunately, the French issued a year ago the following rule: to enter France, the foreign passport must not expire at least 3 months after the return date. British Airways let us fly to London, explaining this to us, how it would be on us if there were problems further down, and that we would have to get our luggage in London. We chose to fly thinking it would be OK, we had listened to an online person who had had the same problem and the French later told him they would have let him in, also I am myself a dual citizen of France and the US, plus I am autistic, an invisible disability (in my case) that makes it impossible for me to travel alone. I usually do not even say it since not much is understood -by those who do not have it- on how to accommodate it However in London BA did not allow my partner to go on. Due to the fact yesterday was Easter Monday, the American consulate in London was closed. We have spent the night in a nearby motel and now, the next day, I am waiting alone back at the airport with our 2 large suitcases while my partner is at the American consulate. We are poor, do not have phone, currency or charger for England, and I do not do well with stress, so it is difficult. Now we cannot easily reach one another. We hope to be able to fly on a standby basis (that's what BA told us we could hopefully do) later today. Sorry for this long letter, I hope it does not bore whoever reads it (if it is even read :). Cons: "Boarding process was very late, they made us wait in the cold for 10 min before letting us in the plane. The staff was professional but not too friendly and the place is old. When I purchased the ticket it said it was a airbus A380"

Cons: "The only problem that I had with my flight is that my luggage did not arrive on the same flight. Possibly due to my connecting flight from DCA to JFK. Both American Airlines and British Airways reassured me that it would be at Gatwick Airport when I arrived. Unfortunately, it did not. It took approximately four days to get my luggage. This was definitely a lessons learned."

Pros: "Flight left almost on time and arrived on time. Crew was friendly."
Cons: "Wasn't able to select a seat ahead of time like with other airlines. Seat rows way too tight (even for a normal 130 lb person like me). No good movie options, very limited selection. Food pretty bad, but that's almost expected this day and age."

Pros: "Mostly the crew made me feel welcomed. They were polite and courteous, when I ordered hot food, they advised there would be a delay, but promptly delivered it after. When they forgot my drink, they did not seem put out to get it for me."
Cons: "When I boarded, I was asked by a lady at the gate how many months I was pregnant, I felt her manner could have been more polite, and that, since she had noticed I was pregnant and I was quite tired, I might have been given a bit of priority to get to my seat, but I was stood in the queue and had quite a wait."

Cons: "Not even a cup of coffee! WOW. they charge and nickle and dime you to death. I had to buy a seat to be guaranteed to sit next to my wife. the base price for the flight was reasonable but then they added extra charges that were almost 1/2 more. the baggage charge was high. If I have my choice would not fly BA again."

Pros: "On time. Helpful staff on the plane."
Cons: "I had two flights on British Airways on the same day separated by 4 hrs. The " system " would not allow my baggage to be sent to the final destination forcing me through the long arrivals line and then back through the lines for screening a second time for the day. That is not at all customer oriented !"

Pros: "Employees were very helpful. Wheelchair personal were efficient and friendly."
Cons: "Lack of a separate "extra legroom". Have to be careful to get premium economy and then hope I can get bulkhead seat at airport."

Cons: "1. It was raining in Milan when I departed. Clearly my checked suitcase was exposed to major rain because several layers of clothes were very wet when I got home. 2. I'm a senior citizen trying to stretch funds to travel -- paying extra for an early seat assignment is not in my budget. Logging in 24 hours ahead to get a seat was incredibly inconvenient--I happened to be in a museum and without WiFi. (It could have been in the middle of the night or on a connecting plane.) I then had trouble entering all the required data and was finally told I had to wait 24 hours to try again-- that made no sense because I had to be on my flight 24 hours later. As a senior citizen who struggles with using the internet, it is particularly difficult. PLEASE let people choose a seat when making a reservation WITHOUT charging extra. 3. I was shocked that I couldn't get a glass of water without paying for it!!!!"

Pros: "Ease of boarding, no fuss no muss. Premium economy worth the price"
Cons: "Kosher food was frozen - inedible. Chicken dry. Worst meal ever on a plane"

Cons: "All flights were canceled! No communication from British Airways. Terrible service overall! Second time this has happened with BA"

Pros: "The crew etc were all great as usual"
Cons: "On both flights there was limited or no options on sandwiches left and the yogurt in your brochure was available on neither of the flights."

Pros: "The entertainment and the service"
Cons: "Both legs delayed, almost missed connection due to delay and the crew on the flight didn't seem to care. When we asked if they could inform the next flight that our flight wasn't delayed, the stewards response was "our planes don't wait for anyone". Real friendly. Wish Southwest flew to Europe!!!!"

Cons: "Heathrow connection process almost caused me to miss my flight, despite having 2 hours between connections. Security officer at Heathrow was very unprofessional, and took a great pleasure in delaying my processing through the security line. Specifically, I did not remove a PHONE BATTERY CHARGER from my carry-on for screening, so he proceeded to dump out the whole backpack contents, and then purposefully was very slow about putting things back in one by one.As an active duty police officer I understand the need for security and follow all the regulations and instructions to the best of my abilities. However in this case the security officer went out of his way to make the process as slow as he could. Very bad, stressful experience traveling on BA with connection at Heathrow."

Pros: "The treatment and service you get no matter what class you flying. With BA you are always "first class" passenger. Amazing new aircraft with enough room in the economy class that makes an oversea flight very comfortable. the flight attendants are very friendly and serve you as fast as possible. I always order two drinks before the first meal and I couldn't even finish the 2nd one before they came around and asked me for another one. I would always go BA if I could. Amazing airline."

Pros: "They offered gate check of bags due to very full flight, had they not, boarding would have been a nightmare as minimal storage overhead and very little under seat."
Cons: "I'm was lucky to have an exit row seat, regular seats were so tight people had trouble getting out of them and could not bend over to pick up a dropped item. Soon there will be standing room only."
