Cons: Crew and flight from DCA to JFK was terrible. We left over 30 minutes later with no explanation as to what was taking so long. There was no info given to passengers in regards to what gate or terminal you’re landing and in- was only given 20min to get to gate c Terminal 2 from gate b terminal 4.0

Cons: Flight was delayed. The airplane was not stocked with the food prior to scheduled departure. It appears as though our plane had landed at 7:30 am and our departure was scheduled for 9:30am. I am struggling to understand why in two hours the plane could not be stocked with food.

Pros: I’m always pleased with our delta flights to and from Atlanta. Our flight was on time, the comfort plus seats are comfy enough, and the flights are quick and easy.

Cons: The Delta staff in the Augusta airport seemed to have a hard time with getting people boarded - the instructions for what zone was being boarded and who could take what baggage or who was going to need to gate check bags was... not good.

Pros: Gate personal kept us notified about flight delay. Flight crew was very positive on plane and they were as miserable about the delay as we were. Snacks and drinks were brought out. The gate crew keeping us updated is what saved the name of Delta. If she didnt do that people would have been angry.
Cons: Flight was supposed to depart at 0730. Actual departure was 1045. Three out of seven of the flight crew were not happy about how badly they were being treated by call center and /or management while they were delayed with us at gate. Snacks were brought out because of delay but they were just junk food. Nothing I could eat due to allergies.

Pros: Delta has always be a step above the rest. Traveling with my children is not a problem and frowned upon with Delta. I rarely choose competitive airlines and will continue to use Delta as much as possible.

Cons: Flight was delayed 4 times, didn't land in ATL until almost 4 a.m. Still was charged for bags and when I called in to reschedule so I could get another nights sleep they said next flight wasn't until 10 the next day and there was charge for that. Also my flight from ATL to Boston earlier that week was delayed 3x. Overall not impressed with this connection. Meanwhile another flight to Boston from ATL left and I was not notified or selected for this change.

Pros: We got almost an absurd amount of food and drink on the flight, which was great. A meal, two snacks, a bottle of water, and several passes of the drink cart. The flight staff were all great, the entertainment options were plentiful. Really just a great flight.
Cons: The Amsterdam airport was ludicrous. We were making a connection and had to go through four different levels of security. Our 1hr45minute layover was completely taken up just waiting in random lines to have someone look at our passports, or ask us to pull up our full flight itinerary email (teh boarding pass was not enough for her....). I appreciate the security attempts but it was really over the top, and the staff had no idea what they were doing (were bad at directing people to the right place or explaining what they needed). Note that NONE of this was the fault of Delta or KLM, completely teh airport.

Cons: What I didn't like was two idiots behind me that talked loudly for the whole flight and it being a late flight it would have been good to catch a nap. Nothing to do with the flight but really they talked for the whole time they were sitting across the aisle from each other.

Pros: Free movies/TV is a great amenity. Overhead bins were full by the time I boarded, so I gate-checked my bag. The staff was helpful and accommodating, which made that process quick and easy.

Cons: There was an infant in the seat directly behind me that chose to cry and scream through a large part of the flight. The mother of this child did not/was not able to keep the child from crying. Even with headphones on, this child's crying persisted to pierce the ears of every passenger within 5 rows of it.

Pros: The plane was surprisingly comfortable. The seats had USB ports. The touch screens were clear and responsive. Most importantly, the service of the flight attendants was excellent. I was quite happy.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that I didn't get my luggage with me when I arrived to casablanca as I lived 4 hours away from the casablanca. I have to come back the next day to get my luggage. I was very mad about it.plus I noticed one of my luggage has been damaged so now I have to buy another one because I can t use it. It was disgusting.

Cons: The entertainment system was extremely difficult to deal with. The screen did not seem receptive to the human finger and often the menu lines were small and very close together, leading to the incorrect item being selected. Finally I gave up and was just trying to put on "my flight", but it just made me take survey after survey, instead of allowing me access to "my flight" information.

Cons: Luggage....it is allowed to charge but they shouldn’t charge. During on boarding they communicate that because the cabin was full of hand luggage the rest of the passengers needed to dispatch their hand luggage for free. This occurs only because they charge to dispatch luggage when buying the tickets. So nobody dispatch luggage and those who dis became frustrated because they payed. This unfortunately occurs on all companies.

Cons: They made a mistake at the check in counter and gave my wife someone else’s boarding pass which was for a different flight. As we tried to board the flight, the woman at the gate told us it was the wrong flight and wouldn’t let her on. I showed her our reservation and she refused to help. She kept pushing back and told me the other flight arrives at the same time which wasn’t true. It was an hour later. She had no interest in helping us resolve this issue until I had To get assertive and threaten to file a complaint. I boarded the flight and the flight attendants questioned us why Y wasn’t on the flight. I told them she was stopped. After lots of back and forth the woman at the gate realized the mistake. Y boarded the flight. We didn’t receive an apology for the horrendous treatment of a customer. At this point we had nowhere to store carryon.

I was to continue on the same plane from Miami and Lima to Buenos Aires, however, nobody mentioned I could stay on the same aircraft, so they made me go off the plane out the arriving area hall, again through security, which was a hassle, almost forgot my wrist watch..... all that to end up in the same gate to board the same plane. a total waste of time and energy....

Cons: Boarding at LAX was unpleasant. Waited in a crowded shuttle bus for at least 20 minutes then long drive to a remote boarding gate.

Pros: - Flight in bound to Peru + 7 hrs late. Family of 4 separated. - Flight in bound to Cusco Overbooked. Sent us on a different flight. - Return flight from Cusco Bumped (+4 hrs late), promised voucher and upgrade due to all the previous issues. - Return flight out bound from Lima. Would no recognized any of the promises nor the inconveniences of the other flights and the promises. (In Lima all was denied by the land people but they kept on sending us from one person to another for over 3 hours until the final minute when all passengers where on board they said they could not do anything). Family was separated once again.

Cons: Lost my flight after connection with Turkish arrived late and lost my luggage, Latam has no office in Chicago so i had to call, didn't assist me on the phone with changing my flight, sent me to speak with American airlines that was operating the flight, asked for a supervisor on the phone but they declined. Second day at airport i found out they booked me on a three leg flight home at 8 AM althought i was on the phone with them at 1:30 AM and I was never informed about the flight they offered at 8 AM. I ended up paying again for a flight with United the same day.

Cons: Why offer so much flights to Cusco and then cancel it the night before? Almost give us a heart attack. Had to place an international call to their US office from Lima to find out what our next morning flight will be at 11pm!

Almost missed our flight as we were told gate 5 and it was changed to gate 10 in Spanish over the loud speaker but not in Englist and we just made the flight after they closed the door!!!!! Thank goodness they let us on. Need gate board where gate 5-10 is.

The in flight entertainment was only available to those who had a smartphone, tablet or laptop (otherwise there was 1 screen overhead, every other 4/5 rows of seats, playing 1 movie) the problem was then, if I wanted to watch something I would have to drain my phone's battery, and there are no USB ports to recharge, so by the time we land I'd have no mean of communication, that didnt sit well with me.

Cons: The day before departure I prepared for an easy checking process at the airport & consulted aeromexico website about baggage and called Your customer service dpmt to ensure I understood the limitations in size, number and weight for my baggage. However at the check-in the weight allowance in cabin for the 2 pieces was the weight for one carry on not for this and the personal item I was told by phone.
