Cons: "my first flight overseas. friendly staff. movies ..headphones..pillow and blankets included. 2 beverages included with meal. only downside was paying for checked bag. looks like that is included on the return flight so that won't be and issue on the way home. no issues with carryons."

Cons: "Had to pay for wifi in coach for internet access. It was dropping routinely, dial-up slow, and very frustrating. The food was on par with other airlines, minus the vegetable turnover. That was a bit odd. What was shocking to me, is that no alcohol of any kind was complimentary in coach."

Pros: "They gave us blankets and pillows. Each seat had its own entertainment system but it only worked with the earbuds given out by the crew and the controls were cumbersome to use."
Cons: "The plane was hot and stuffy the entire trip. There are no longer individual controls for air. It was so uncomfortable and we were hot a sweaty the whole flight. The crew said that there was nothing they could do about it."

Your airline rebooked me for a flight the next day that ended up having air filter problems. I lost 3 days of vacation from the 10 total I get a year and from the 8 I had taken for my vacation."

Cons: "We chose seats on the same row as grandparents and had preprinted boarding passes at home. When at check-in desk to drop off baggage, the employee printed new passes and change the seats row for the 4 four us, which made us be in a different row than grandparents. I did not notice until we boarded the plane."

Pros: "This was my first flight in SAS and it was a wonderful experience. The crew was pleasant and the seating was spacious and the plane was clean. Very refreshing atmosphere."

Cons: "The crew was completely rude. They banged my knee with the food cart and didn't even apologize. The seats are so tight and the people in front of me had their seat in the reclining position the entire flight."

Cons: "I was in economy/SAS Go class, so it was nearly impossible to get more than one or two hours of sleep on a long flight, (i.e. about eight hours). Maybe they should reserve the seats with extra leg room for those who actually need it, and have the seats recline even further."

Cons: "My luggage was lost and SAS staff was the least helpful I've experienced from any airline. In fact, each employee was so uninterested in helping me that I went in a circle of speaking with 3 different representatives before being helped."

Pros: "There was a good choice of movies to watch while in flight. Boarding was quick and easy and all of the crew members were very nice. The woman I was sat next to was very quiet and was very nice and courteous. All in all a pretty good flight"

Cons: "My long haul flight was delayed by two hours and ten minutes. I only had 2 hours and twenty minutes between flights at CPH. When we landed, we were assured our flight would be held. I got off my first SAS flight with 15 minutes to make it to a gate 20 minutes away. I will point out I was going to another SAS flight. I booked it, even running when I could. My flight took off without me even though I was only three minutes late and had been assured the flight would be held. At least 12 other people were in the same boat. My rescheduled flight had me do yet another layover and I arrived in Warsaw a full 6 hours late. All because SAS was incompetent to hold their flight for a few minutes."

Cons: "Late take- off and landing. Indifferent flight attendants. Two of my children were bullied into giving up their bulkhead seats to a couple with a child. We had to pay extra for those seats and we were given no compensation."

Pros: "The plane was brand new with comfortable seats that had adjustable headrests. This made sleeping very easy. I was impressed with the food and the flight attendants were great."
Cons: "The seating area was cramped making it difficult to move around, do work or view the screen.I know this is typical of coach class but I still don't like it. The selection of movies was adequate but smaller than I'm used to. There wasn't much in the way of music to choose from. Only one choice for jazz and classical."

Pros: "I was traveling internationally alone with my 5-month old daughter. The crew was both kind and accommodating. It was a smooth stress-free trip for all!"

Pros: "I slept for most of the flight, and had space to lie down. I skipped the dinner, and the stewardesses did not wake me up at all, inspite of their serving most people on board. When I woke up close to landing, I asked for a cup of coffee, which the stewardesses made for me promptly. The flight was smooth, and the good night's rest was refreshing."

Cons: "Seats have become to small and crowded together. A new plane but it looks like the last inches were taken to compress the coach seats closer together."

Pros: "The crew was very professional. Loved the tea and coffee service! There were pillows, bottle water, blankets, and headphones waiting on our seats! New tv system. Had a great choice of movies, music, or games to enjoy."
Cons: "There was not a lot of space when the seat in front of mine leaned all the way back. Had to crawl out. Made for a tight 8 hours on the plane!"

Pros: "I liked that it was comfortable and that the crew did not constantly make announcements or wake you. They made boarding easy. I loved being able to utilize the lounge. My 4 hour layover was easy and relaxing."

Cons: "Rude Check-in staff were unhelpful when I missed my flight to Stockholm due to long TSA lines at ORD (despite checking in 3 hours prior). I was pulled from the TSA line by SAS staff only to learn I was going to be admitted on my flight. I was then scolded by SAS staff back at the check-in desk for holding up a "plane with 200 passengers", that I would have to pay $153 to rebook on a later flight (to Copenhagen) for circumstances beyond my control and treated poorly by two staff members unprofessionally."

Pros: "We were delayed leaving Chicago because of the weather, and so we got into Copenhagen late. The crew of this flight were kind enough to wait for me at the gate, even though it meant delaying the flight a bit. This was wonderful and greatly appreciated."

Pros: "Even in economy I felt like there was enough leg room."
Cons: "They left the cabin lights on for the first two or three hours of the flight in order to serve a meal, which felt unnecessary because the flight left at 10:05 pm, and I was trying to sleep for the whole flight to avoid jet lag."
