Cons: i have requested the child meal on the web site and also requested the seat preferences, however when i boarded the flight, i came to know that they have only honored the seat preferences but not the food. on the serving menu, the veg option was available but we informed that the veg is available only if we have requested it on the web site, i had to survive with add-on food but not the real meal. crew were struggling to serve food for us.

Cons: I checked two bags and had them marked 'fragile', as I had valuables in there that I packed securely. When I retrieved the bags on the carousel, the fragile sticker was mangled, and both items from both bags were broken. Pieces of art I can not replace. Also, it took over 30 minutes upon multiple requests for the attendant to acknowledge my need for assistance.

Cons: Helper was literally dragging two whelchairs at a one time. Means two passengers sitting on two different whelchair was pulled by one helper. I actually want to share video with airline so they will understand what they are promissing and what they are providing to their customers.

Cons: Long flight on a 777-200. Crowded aircraft, crew not very attentive to call light, and food mediocre at best. Entertainment service was horrible, old movies and typical Qatar Airline selection of Bollywood films (Expected when flying from Doha, but not New Zealand!) Seat would not recline, but no option to move to another isle seat.

Cons: Kayak/priceline re-booked my flight for my sister and I from SAA to BA, but failed to completely reissue us tickets. When we checked in for the flight, we had no ticket for the first leg of the flight, but we had tickets for the remaining flights. We immediately called to fix this problem, but due to slow customer service, we weren't issued tickets in time and the flight left without us. We missed all remaining connecting flights and were forced to buy New tickets. Now we have to work with kayak/priceline to get all my money back due to their error. We came back a day later than expected and missed going back to work.

Cons: Curbside needs to stop chasing cash tips and do their jobs. If they focused on that tips would be easy to come by. The curbside attendant that took my bag didn’t even bother to check my id. He asked me my name and asked where my destination was. I told him Cincinnati as a layover then LaGuardia where he said that was wrong. He then proceeded to print a boarding pass that wasn’t mine and load my bag into the conveyor. Not 5 mins go by when I realize what happened I wound up having to go to special services to rectify the situation. Which ultimately consisted of me waiting another hour in LaGuardia to get my bag. Please delta have these curbside handlers actually want to do their job and stop chasing cash tips.

Cons: I boarded and my assigned seat was 1B, I had no where to place my bag as all the overhead compartments were already packed. I asked the flight attendant to help me and she said, I can find a place for my bag further down the aisle. This is a complete inconvenience, as I would have to walk and hold off the de-planing while I find my bag. I have always met friendly flight attendants to assist me as I am boarding, until this one! she was so rude and not willing to help at all!

Pros: I like the snacks they are not giving out on the flights. It seems that Delta is trying to make the flying experience nicer instead of more tedious and uncomfortable like many other airlines, which is appreciated.
Cons: The flights were both operated by Delta but booked through WestJet, and the flights themselves were fine. The booking was through WestJet (found the flight on kayak which kicked me over to West Jet's site) and check in was a pain. Their code did not work for their site or Delta's, I had to FB message them both leaving and returning to ask for the correct one, and the first request took them hours to answer. I'll just book Delta next time and save myself the trouble.

Pros: I had to take a United flight last week for a short flight and once again I was reminded why I ALWAYS fly Delta if at all possible. United crew hid in the galley the whole trip wit lititle to no interaction with passengers. My flight today on Delta was great; food really excellent (Chicken Tika) and the crew was great as usual. Delta remains the best.

Cons: Due to weather patterns, we sat on the runway for 3 hours waiting to take off. There was approx. 50+ planes ahead of us. I know this because I was sitting next to an off-duty pilot on his way home. About 2 hours in, there was 30 planes left to take off, and then us. They air traffic control people were only letting off one plane per minute which is what was holding us. THEN after the 3 hours on the runway, our crew timed out and the brought us back to gate saying we were not taking off. At the gate, they informed us the flight was not 'cancelled' but 'delayed' to the following morning. I/m not sure how a 16 hour difference is considered 'delayed', but I digress. All Delta reps had NO idea the time of the new flight the following morning and told us all to just 'keep checking the app'. Now, fortunately for me I live in Brooklyn and could just go home. But what about everyone who was at LGA as a layover? I heard from multiple passengers they had to spend the night in a hotel, that Delta did not pay for. We finally got notice the new flight was scheduled for 9:30AM, which they AGAIN delayed until 11:30AM. Many people did not get the second change, and were already at LGA for the 9:30AM flight. To say Delta's handling of this was poor is an understatement. We knew when we got on that plane the crew was going to time out. Again, I was sitting next to an off-duty pilot who told me to 'get comfy, we're gonna be here awhile' the minute I sat down. Delta should have given us a fresh crew, or had a backup one prepared. I understand the weather is out of there control, and I understand you can't have a tired crew piloting an airplane, but there are other ways to have us take off remotely on schedule.

Cons: Our flight was delayed 3xs (non weather) they said we would miss our connection (I didn't think we would) THEY rebooked a later flight. Of course we landed in time for our original flight. They refused to let us back on our original flight. Put me in touch w/ the help desk who after talking in circles admitted it was their mistake but he had no authority to help. FINAlly & only because others missed their flight we were given the option to go. Crew misplaced our luggage and sent it on a flight we were never supposed to be on, and the bad experience with delays of hours on end continued coming home. (Mechanimal non weather) WE WILL NEVER FLY DELTA AGAIN!

Pros: The Delta crew on the flight was wonderful - but the crew at ATL really shined. A huge amount of people for connections arrived at the same time and needed to get through customs and the staff were very calm and efficient in directing everyone and making sure the line moved.

Cons: I have flown Lufthansa several times to Bangalore. My complaint forever has been their baggage service. The bags for priority travelers takes 30-60 mins to arrive. If LH 754 gets delayed going into Bangalore, it creates a bottleneck with Emirates and Etihad arriving at about the same time.

Pros: Crew was good, not amazing but Food was a disaster. I can't believe an airline of Lufthansa's repute has bad food and even mediocre in flight entertainment. Compare that to any asian or middle-east airline, Lufthansa is 20 years behind in terms of it's service?
Cons: Lufthansa please don't follow the US-based airlines model of greed and profit. Have some decency and don't tarnish your brand.

Cons: Our flight was cancelled from Nashville to Chicago due to "mechanical issue" so we were unable to get on the flight to Naples. United rebooked us on a flight leaving the next day, and we are currently sitting in Chicago on a 6 hour layover. So no, I am not happy at all with this experience. We are missing a day in Italy and have been charged a day stay in Sorrento which we are unable to use. I have contacted United customer service to see if they can compensate us.

The passenger in front pushes her seat back and when i do the same, someone from behind says it makes them uncomfortable. Wish crue can take care of these situations.

Lufthansa has no option to check in online if my first flight leg is united. This is a very big drawback and also the reason I would not prefer to fly Lufthansa again. United is bringing the quality down.

Cons: I would highly recommend both Lufthansa and Austrian adjust their entertainment systems. They seem not to weight much the top films with, say 75% Rotten Tomatoes reviews or higher. Even if there were fewer options for cost reasons, I would think they'd still have more watcher enjoyment. Rather than pad the list with the likes of Boss Baby or Going out in Style or even a mediocre 60% offering in the Fast and Furious franchise. Wonderful crew, though, can't say enough about how polite and attentive they are.

Pros: The plane was parked away from the gate. We boarded the service bus to get there 20 minutes before departure time. But it took more than 20 minutes while mid way waiting for clearance to leave for the plane. The service bus did not turn on the AC while we waited even though we complained. We were suffocating. There was no entertainment on the plane.

Cons: Our luggage was the last to arrive planeside from our late flight from Vancouver. We saw out luggage on the cart next to the plane, but apparently someone decided not to put it on the plane. We are now at least 24 hours without our luggage (we still don't have it) and cannot take advantage of our very expensive vacation. I must say, we will stop using Lufthansa and all partner airlines. This is completely unacceptable. I have received no communication at all from Lufthansa to explain why our bags were not loaded onto the plane, even though we saw them out the window, on the cart, next to the plane, before door closure. I am wondering if someone at Lufthansa decided it would be fun to ruin our vacation?

Period. To be fair the pasta turned out ok. The morning dry ham and cheese bun was not, especially without any drink.

A little ticket was printed out when I scanned my initial boarding pass at the automated entrance to the jetway. The ticket said I was reassigned a seat in premium economy (for free)!
Cons: There was nothing to not like about this flight!

Pros: I had some issues that prevented me from making my first flight, and Lufthansa figured it all out for me. They have my eternal gratitude. And then, the flight was comfortable and the attendants kind.
Cons: As always, flying an international red eye can be stressful and sleepless. That's on me though - if I wanted more comfort I would have bought a larger seat.

Cons: Poor cabin crew behavior. Gate agent kind of reprimanded passengers to carry only one bag to cabin almost shouting at people in Frankfurt.

Cons: Aircraft not comfortable at all Crew was late (due to storm?), flight landed 30 min late

Pros: Even though flight was delayed the crew helped us to be comfortable .. Food was great and service is commendable. Special thanks to frankfurt crew member to guide and help us to catch our connecting flight

Cons: I requested Kosher meal and first time did not get it. I was shocked when I was told that Lufthansa does not serve it on this flight. I am planning to write about it Lufthansa CEO. The airplane was old, one restroom did not function and it was closed. So, the economy class was served by only one restroom for the entire flight which led to long waiting line and discomfort for many passengers.

Pros: The crew was very kind

Cons: The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!

Cons: When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry.

Cons: Transavia does not serve anything complementary, not even water. A flight between two countries that is five hours long must be better than this. I was not aware of Transavia doing that before I booked. I will never fly with them again

Pros: Very friendly and responsive crew. Announcements from the Capitan and chief of flight attendants are very informative and comforting. Seat positions: very good leg room (even in economy)!
Cons: Newer airplane, as 747s are kind of outdated now, especially for long distance flights. But overall had good experience with KLM

Pros: 15 years ago I told myself not to fly Delta anymore. But these 2 flights Detroit to Amsterdam and back changed my mind. I enjoyed the flight very much and I'm looking forward to the next one.

Pros: On both of my flights to New York City, I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the flight attendants were to the passengers. On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!

Pros: Premium economy service was good.
Cons: Inexplicably, our preassigned seats were changed at checkin and we were put in bulkhead. This particular Boeing aircraft is pretty poorly designed. Especially the bulkhead in premium economy.

Pros: The staff was very helpful and professional. Promp response to calling for attention.
Cons: Wish there was better lumbar support for the seats. The food could be a bit more exciting with simple addition of lime pickles. Overall can not complain for economy standard!

Cons: Not only was there free food but they tried to sell you a bunch of stuff. Not a moments piece.

Pros: The flight was delayed due to fog, but the staff was amazingly helpful to make sure everyone got to their destination.

Cons: It was really unclear which desk to use at Birmingham airport to check in. It was extremely stressful for a first time flier as I had no idea what to do - the desk location wasn't marked clearly and when no staff were there it wasn't clear that the desk was open.

Pros: Staff superb. They even surprised us with an exit row and a gift for my partners birthday! Amazing. Samantha and Dennis also took time to come and personally wish him a happy birthday. A lovely touch. This airline runs like clockwork. They are just great. The sandwich and stoop waffle are nice too.
Cons: There is a bus to the plane, so that takes a bit of extra time but they are very well organized.

Cons: Since we had two extra bags (paid for in Chicago), they demanded to see my receipt before we could board in Amsterdam to Nairobi. We had trouble locating the receipt and we were not given an explanation as to why we needed it again. We were traveling with 5 kids including an infant and we were not allowed to board until we found the receipt. I thought surely they would have record that I had paid, but I guess not. We were the last to board and all very stressed out. The staff seemed not to care the least in our troubles.

Cons: The entertainment system was very old with minimum selection. My entertainment system actually stopped working. The seating area was very cramped. I called for service a couple of times from my seat, but nobody came.

Cons: I have never been in a situation were a flight has been delayed due to the co-pilot suffering a knee injury prior to take off. A request for a doctor on board after an hour or so and then having to leave the plane and then re-board after about 40 minutes was quite bizarre.

Pros: 1. The flight attendant staff was very polite and cheerful. 2. The plane was clean and comfortable.
Cons: 1.The entertainment monitor did not function well enough to be able to watch. 2.The headset only function on one ear. 3. You could not hear announcements over the PA system

Pros: The crew was super friendly and always gave the feeling that they want the customers to feel comfortable and enjoy the flight. One of the crew members even offered me to move to an emergency exit seat (without me asking to move) because I am tall. Amazing!

Cons: The flight was a chartered flight . Air France informed us that due to cabin crew shortage they couldn't operate an air france flight and hence they hired Air Belgium. Whilst the crew were nice , the actual plane was old and creaky. It wasn't up to the standards expected of Air France. They could have done better in getting a plane up to standard. A lot of the passengers were disappointed .

Cons: Flight was delayed 3 times and when I was finally put on a flight that was leaving, they failed to check the connection in Paris (Left me 10 minutes to get from the aircraft to the other plane!) I was moved to SAA in the end after a truly traumatic time in Johannesburg. This is not the first time I have suffered at the hands of Air France sadly. Needless to say, I wont be booking with Air France again.

Pros: Fine for a 45-50 minute regional flight.
Cons: Wouldn’t be great for long-haul flights.

Cons: Another Air France company, with their motto: We Don't Care. Ground staff was rude, no good food onboard and have to pay for it. Entertainment is your device, but you can't download the app to use it.

Pros: The food was pretty good and the staff were friendly. During our transfer in Paris, my mum had a medical emergency and had to go to the medical centre. As such wr couldnt go to our final destination in Morocco and had to get our luggage off the plane. The staff at the AF counter were very helpful in that aspect. And when one of the luggages was completely damaged, it was replaced it with a brand new one which was fantastic. On the way back, we had some issues with the ticket because we didnt go to Morocco as planned which resulted in some trouble checking in. But the staff at the counter were quite helpful.

Cons: Its been a week. My trip has ended. I still do not have my bags. Terrible customer service.

Cons: Did not inform me of the shut down of Nice airport that Monday night July 25 from 11:30 to 4:00. I was stranded in nice. I planned to take a taxi to have it take me around a nice at night to see the city. But lost that opportunity.. Then the next morning before boarding I got inquired by French police asking why did I stay in Nice over night. My suitcase locks was cut open and a special silver plated cup,handle,was broken in my suitcase.

Pros: Crew was truly excellent. Very attentive and friendly. Food and drink was also very good indeed by today's standards for economy travel.
Cons: Space in the seats is tight, as it is on all airlines and all flights, for a grown man. This is notably difficult on a transAtlantic flight because of the duration.
