I lost my lock from my luggage, I don’t know someone took something from my bag.
We travelled in economy, were very satisfied with the comfort and keg space of the seats. Food was great compared to other airlines, the crew were very helpful and friendly. Since i was travelling with kids, i needed assistance multiple of times. Will be definitely taking long flights with Emirates from now on.
We loved flying with Emirates in business class, the staff were fabulous, going above & beyond
The flight from Beijing to Dubai was good. The flight from Dubai to Barcelona was excellent because of the staff on board.
The queue for checking for economy passengers was enormous! Only one desk open for economy faith s queue a mile long, whilst business and first class desks empty and unemployed. Will seriously consider changing to another next trip. Disappointed customer.
Delayed and missed connecting flight. But Emirates took care until next day flight. Thank you
One of the female staff from the cabin crew, forgot to ask us about what we want to drink and focused more on other specific people rather than treating everyone politely. I asked her about the drinks to which she said oh I forgot.

Wifi was not operational for the whole trip. Other than this, flight was well received .
The seating is spaced out nicely, The crew could have offer more drinks.
The flight was slightly delayed because of change of plane but informed beforehand. Flight was very good and comfortable

We were boarded by bus. That was a bit of pain.
Liked the wifi onboard wifi facility. But most of the contents was not loading. Also improve the seating comfort. Atleast make it cushioning and slight slanting. Make a decent leg space.

Seats distance between each other are short but other things are ok .
Liked the treatment at the counter. Using the tunnel to get into the aircraft will be more convenient especially for wheel chairs.
I would only consider flying with them if the flight is under two hours and the fare is extremely low. Otherwise, I would rather take two connections than fly with an airline that offers no service or comfort.
Compared to other carrier same level , it is expensive. When you add bagage and confort seat , it is way expensive to other carriers same category.
Good one except seats are very narrow, can not accommodate long legs .
Flight delay more then 40 minutes , boarding was very unorganized,online chk in was not easy at all .

The coffee could be improved. Just instant coffee gave me a stomach ache
Cheap flights and ran on-time (although original flight was cancelled). No power/USB ports is disappointing these days.

Lied to and delayed - then staff ran out of flying hours. Lost 24 hours of our short holiday. Absolute shambles at the airport - No Wizz Air staff to support us.
Excellent flight although on the way back one of the attendants named alex was rude and the attnedents were arguing loudly among each other
If the flight was full I would have been more uncomfortable as the space was small. The seat in front of me was very close, I wear transition lenses and it was too close for a comfortable viewing experience. The foot room was not the best either. The row was empty so I had shoulder width space. The foot space in my opinion could be better, I am just 6ft tall, medium built and found the space mediocre. The AC on the flight could have been cooler. We were delaed on the tarmac and the air con was warm. Even in the air, it could have been cooler. Apart from that excellent service crew, we were delayed on the tarmac and water was offered to us which was of good temperature. The snacks offered were acceptable. Thanks for a safe and smooth journey.
Boarding from T3 is a nightmare for the transfer to the aircraft.

The timing for this flight is really odd.. at 4.45AM If it was 1AM or 8AM it would be great. I guess its probably for European connecting flights with Emirates? Anyway, for a budget airline, the business class product in FlyDubai is quite decent. You even get Champagne, although 4AM is an off time to have it. The Throne seat for me while is great for privacy, sleeping isn't great for the foot extension. This flight is great for me due to its direct nature but if Emirates did it, I would choose that.
The quality is worse and worse , this business ticket pricing is overpriced !!!!
The Plane was very small.. domestic route will perfect not international
If I have a choice I would not use this airline. They moved by booking to Smart Wings, an airline they code share with. Changing terminals in buses and dealing with some of the staff associated with it is not the best experience. Having stated that I must share that the crew of Smart Wings airlines was polite.
Consider serving food to all passengers regardless of food reservation status during booking.
This was a smartwings operated flight. Flydubai is no longer value for money. Their prices are as high as emirates whereas delays, services and overall quality is as low as any other low cost carrier.
