Pros: Business class is the best
Pros: The service. The friendly crew. The clean airplane and bathrooms, the food and drinks. A1
Pros: Crew was very helpful for everything
Pros: Everything! It just awesome
Cons: Nothing can be better, an awesome flight
Cons: WC size (too small) and location ( way too close to flight staff and food section)
Pros: The airplane and clean
Cons: The seats destination between them very small
Pros: exellent in everything
Pros: Good service
Cons: just did not like the baggage policy for carry on
Pros: Everything frim the xrew I could at the JKIA, NBO to Delhi. One thing more from my city Lubumbashi, I didn't care about getting my phone bzttery low. I could chzrge my phone all the journey long. And from Nairobi, I dodn't czre at zll about my phobe, because I knew I could charge dur to the usb device. If ever something to complain about, I'll let you know. Regards Richzrd DIAS
Pros: The crew were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: It seems the major airlines use older aircraft when the destination of the flight is a third world country(or Africa). The seats aren't as comfortable and the entertainment system (screens) are not as good as a Qatar and Europe bound flights.
Pros: Good crew, fair choice of food and drinks and served whenever you want it. Good array of entertainment on offer but our flight was a 'sleeper' so after a fumble with the controls and the limited new releases, I opted to read instead. Not sure we like the Dreamliner configuration and levels of comfort more than the 777 or Airbus offerings but it was fine.
Cons: A couple on our flight decided it was OK to have their 4-year old run around the cabin shrieking and causing a lot of fuss. Most of us in the cabin complained but these parents were pathetically weak and elected to allow it to continue. No sleep... spoiled experience.. miserable flight in this respect. Terrible Business Lounge 'Aspire' in Gatwick; dirty and poorly equipped - not even Prosecco on offer without paying £5 for a small glass. Qatar should stop using this dreadful place. Crew seemed to have stopped referring to the passengers by name and offer a less-personalised service in Business than we have become accustomed to. The food choices while good, have been paired back as have the selection of wines.
Pros: The flights attendants were very helpful and polite. What I enjoyed the most was the level of comfort I had. I was able to sleep for almost the entire flight. That's why it felt like it wasn't even a long flight.
Cons: We did leave a little late but it was out of the control of the pilots and flights attendants.
Pros: Entertainment variety Frequent drinks offered onboard
Cons: Insufficient amount of in-flight food portion
Pros: The crew was very sweet and very helpful, especially to kids who were constantly thirsty or hungry.
Cons: We were supposed to take the flight 8 hours earlier. I’m not sure flight with such short connections should be sold at all - with the previous flight being late 20 minutes, we were met at arrival gate by Qatar airlines employee that told us our connecting flight left without us. They helped us with everything onward- getting new boarding passses, hotel and meal vouchers, but all of this should not have been needed if such short connections were not sold.
Pros: Excellent entertainment very friendly crew
Cons: Food is becoming predictable Qatar Airways
Cons: Lost baggage maybe in Rome airport Conbecting flight qatar to vueling was worst
Pros: Excellent on board staff
Pros: Good service.
Cons: Poor choice of entertainment.
Pros: Food , Crew , Plane, Cleanliness and Entertainment were good.
Cons: Didn't like the fact that I was never notified through email that the flight was from a different , newer airport in Islamabad. Originally my booking was from Benazir International Airport Islamabad but on the day of flight when I went to that airport , it was totally closed for operations and flights. And I asked people in the street e.g taxi drivers etc which airport my flight could be from. They told me that a new airport in Islamabad had become operational and my flight could be from the newer airport. I went to the new airport but I was late for boarding because my time was wasted in going first to the Benazir International Airport and then rerouting to the new airport. Fortunately the fight from Islamabad to Qatar was delayed and I was able to make it to the boarding and flew from Islamabad to Doha.
Pros: The leg space the reclining chair the personal tv the head rest The food
Pros: Great services
Cons: Boarding slow
Cons: Qatar Airlines charged us a 600 Euro fee for missing a flight even though we contacted them before to explain the circumstances beyond our control.
Pros: Ended up having spare seats beside me. Planes were new and in great condition. Staff were very good.
Cons: Service is always bad. This time from bag, all electronics have been stolen. It is 200$ worth things have been missing from my baggage.
Pros: For the most part the crew were very helpful.
Cons: Food quality and quantity.
Pros: Exceptional service!
Cons: They re issued my boarding pass Doha, for Dallas flight and gave us the last seat on the plane, even though I chosed the seat at the time of booking. Food was ok, but when we asked for the chicken they didn’t had it. It’s an international flight of 15 hours with food shortage???
Cons: The online check in system was down so we all had to line up to check in.
Cons: It's been more than 50 hours and I still haven't received both of my checked in luggage and I am getting no straightforward answer
Cons: Lack of internet access is not acceptable during long flights.
Cons: The chicken sandwich was horrendous. I saw multiple people take a bite and then put it down and not eat the rest. It tasted terrible.
Cons: When I checked my two bags, I was told to pick them up in Doha and recheck them to my final destination at Rwanda. When I arrived in Doha I was told by the transfer desk that I did not need to pick up my bags because they had been checked to my final destination. I even asked them to pull up my flight information and to confirm that, which they did. However, when I arrived in Kigali, Rwanda, my bags were no where to be found. No one has found them yet. I also called Qatar Air before my flight and asked about hotel accommodations for my layover because my layover was from 6:00 pm to 7 am. When I called, I was told that I would be given a complimentary hotel room because of the length of the layover. However, when I arrived I was told that I did not qualify for the hotel accommodation. Then, I was told that a hotel room would cost 250. When i arrived at the hotel, I was told the cheapest was 325.
Pros: Airport staff.
Cons: 4 hour flight wolith no entertainment system and old aircraft was a huge drop I am frequent Qatar airways customer, and this flight was the worst
Cons: Boarding this flight consisted of minimal organization on the crews behalf, the Gate's security machines were off, people scattered everywhere with not enough seats to fit everyone. When entering the gate (with security machines turned off keeping in mind everyone has already passed general airport security and is only trying to enter the gate. Staff would direct passengers towards an attempt at creating a boarding queue. Once passing the gate doors and walking towards the queue directed by staff, it seemed to be a normal occurance to have another staff memeber shout at you and redirect you another way. Getting scolded by gate employees and requested to remove all electronics turn them on and being requested to remove most clothing items at the gate while everyone is watching with security machines off while only selecting a few passengers seems to be a regular occurnace in Doha & with Qatar Airways. People standing all around, no queues were initiated by staff, instead staff would push through passengers to get to the front instead of propretly annoucing the boarding through an intercom. No matter how loud staff was screaming their sounds were drowned out by the passengers which turned boarding a full translatlantic flight into a chaotic scene. Once on the flight I noticed the headphones provided were broken, I politely requested a new pair...from 3 different employees...which took over 20 mins to replaced. Qatar Airways prides itself on quality unfortunately as an economy passenger I have yet to experience any of that other than when it comes to good on flight entertainment.
Pros: Clean plane, esp. the bathrooms. Sufficient bathroom amenities. Attendants always checking bathrooms for cleanliness. Very friendly attendants yet not overpowering. This flight, the films are a bit better but still not the most recently films are on offer. Nobu's seafood soup noodles was the best!
Cons: Not interested in the menu's main courses. Fruits were not sweet at all. Must improve on your cappuccino. Nobu's seafood soup noodle did not come with chopsticks.
Pros: Inflight services, food
Cons: Wheelchair services in India, person left in between and had to walk with pain in my foot for a distance.
Pros: I was disappointed when i tried to change my departure date. I was told one price and was charged a full round trip price at the end.
Cons: Be more clear when explaining charges and fees including taxes
Pros: A 380 plane is the best. Staff were attentive. Good good for airline. Great entertainment system
Cons: The staff was very supportive
Pros: I miss the flight beacous of the gate agent the don't now what the doing I was coming from Washington to Dubai I just need to transfer my bags to this flight and the say ohh we canot do that it was unprofessional people I'm sorry so I book another flight from Dubai to Baghdad
Pros: leaving airport
Cons: 24H delay, no meals, no coordination, no communication.
