Cons: "Flight was delayed by over two HOURS. When we got to Istanbul, our connecting flight to NY could not wait 15 MINUTES and instead left. We ended up spending 18 hours in Istanbul for the next flight. 1. The personnel at the transfer desk were rude and unhelpful when we asked questions. They seemed like they could not be bothered with our problems. 2. Turkish airlines did not even bother to help with accommodations, instead giving my wife and I a small bed to sleep in vs a hotel room. The only way to get a hotel room was to leave the airport, and we could not get Visas because we were American citizens. Turkish airlines was a very bad experience. Overall this was a poor experience, and I will not fly Turkish Airlines again. I will make sure my friends and family know that this is a poor airline with poor customer service."

Cons: "They didn't have a vegan menu. I had requested vegan and called over the phone a month before my flight and they said they understood. Then on the flight I was told they only do vegetarian which was not good enough. After food was passed out to guests the flight crew dissapeared and never came to collect food trays till about 2 hours after and guests were starting to make a mess leaving food trays on the ground and isles. I had already selected my seat prior to boarding which I paid hundreds of dollars for. Then after boarding the flight crew asked me and the gentleman sitting next to me to move our seats to accomodate for another man that wanted to sit next to his wife. Then I was stuck in a middle seat and I paid for an isle seat. I thought this was rediculous. No one offered me a discount or anything! And the man that wanted to sit next to his wife wouldn't let the plane leave till he was sitting next to his wife. What was I supposed to do? Hold up the plane even longer? This was so crazy!! Outrageous!"

However, the fact that captain choose not to run air conditioning to save fuel and main cabin, even after numerous requests, was 95 degrees for 2 hrs combined with the fact that airline did not submitted travel information to US Border Protection that also added another 1.5 hrs to clear customs is totally unacceptable... Although THY has the most direct route to/from Moldova from Houston, in the future, I'll most likely will spend more money and more time just to avoid it..."

I was feeling ill and asked a crew member for water she told me she would run and get it and I saw her walking around for 45 minutes before I asked her again and it took her another 30 minutes. In that time I watched her fulfill requests for headphones and other unecessary items. We were sat directly behind a screaming baby and directly in front of 3 wildly misbehaving children for the entire 10 hr flight. The crew allowed the family behind us to sit 5 people to the 4-person row, including a 7-year old sitting on the mom's lap who kicked seats and pulled my hair over the top of the seat. I recognize that misbehaved children are not the fault of the airline but it seems like in the future grouping families with children together might be a resolution. We went 10 hours without sleep because the kids kept kicking our seats and sticking their feet through our armrests. The airline also offered zero vegetarian food options for this flight (unlike others which offered pasta). We went 10 hrs having eaten a single bread roll and a bowl of pudding. After these two flights I'll likely never fly Turkish again."

Cons: "I couldn't get free Wi-Fi on Ataturk airport. When entering my phone number, to receive code for 2 hours of free Wi Fi it couldn't recognize my number 385 099 5744368, or 385 99 5744368. Nowdays, when Wi Fi should be for free without any passwords !!!"

Pros: "Every thing. The overall service in economy is equal to business class on American carriers, with the obvious exception of the seat itself. A light breakfast meal on a 45 minute flight? Absolutely incredible. I've also experienced this with Lufthansa in the past, but they didn't have seat-back entertainment on short flights."

Then it was back thorough security and a rush to the gate to get there in time to board. Lost our original seat assignment and wound up in the last row at the tail of the plane. Cons: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

Cons: "Boarding agent forced me to check in my carry-on even though the carry-on fit in the cage and fullfilled all the requirements. I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

Cons: "Seat configuration as a first class ticket was awful. Same configuration as economy class but by leaving the middle seat empty constituted first class. I'm 6'-1" and missed the legroom...."

Pros: "I didn't feel cramped in a Window Seat. Two meals were served during the flight. It was nice to get back to being fed something other than skippy snacks on an airline flight."
Cons: "I was ignored over and over again as ice cream, drinks and snacks were offer by the crew. It would have been nice if some would ask me before falling asleep if I wanted to be roused for snacks and desserts. After being on back to back flights of more than 10 hours each it would be considerate for the crew to be aware of my length of travel and to make sure they don't assume my resting my eyes is the same as me being asleep. Even when I was awake it appeared I was being overlooked, ignored and left out of complimentary services I saw other receiving....my bad for not asking to be noticed."

Cons: "The food could have been a a bit better."

Pros: "Comfortable economy seats. Excellent experienced staff."
Cons: "Food was so so. Entertainment system is old and a bit slow."

Pros: "Fast onboarding, quick flight, travel agent went above and beyond fixing my ticket"
Cons: "My ticket had to be reissued and I was the last one to board the plane."

Cons: "Being late and I missed my next flight. I talked with the customer service to book me on next flight from Dallas to London. They did that and told me that they moved my luaggage to the new booking but didn’t happen and I was going around in London looking for my luggage."

Cons: "One of the worst experience I’ve had, if not the worst. Lack of communication between flight attendants at gate was the main reason for missing our flight, after 2 delays from the previous flight. When we got to the gate they closed it at that moment, earlier than it should have. A Mr. Fenney, person in charge at the gate, didn’t help much. Just went through the motion and as slow as possible trying to help us. It seemed he just wanted to pretend he was helping us. Worse was his attitude when telling is the gate has already closed, didn’t do anything to help us, nothing at all. We had to literally get information out of him. We then went to customer service were the same thing happened, a lack of care that we missed our flight due to things out of our control. Even to the point where the agent told us “be sure to be there on time this time”, like if it was our fault we missed it (we told her the details of our situation). Till this point they don’t seem to care. They left about 15 people, that i know of, hanging. If they had better comunication between gates and waited a miserably 5 more minutes (although they closed the gate earlier then they should have) everyone would have made it. Throughout the whole process we noticed that american airlines employees did not care that many on that first flight had connection flights. They were just going through the motion, slowly while all of us were a bit desperate knowing that the layover time was going to be very close."

Cons: "No one informed me that I need a visa to UK even if am going just a transit. And when I called them they said we mentioned that you should call the embassy. And am sure no one calls the embassy after they booked a flight. I missed the flight they didn’t let me travel. And didn’t refunded me only the taxes. At least refund me the comming back ticket !"

Cons: "Leg room/space BA offers is calculated for short and small body frame passengers and it is on not acceptable. It feels like cattle Wagon. BA should show consideration for real passengers not some sort of statistical average. I am 6'4" and sitting in your plane's cabin inflicts hours of body pain. The space given is sufficient for children and teenagers. Also sitting in the hot cabin for extended amount of time is extremely uncomfortable. Why there is no cooling and proper air ventilation right from the beginning?"

Pros: "On time, friendly staff"
Cons: "No entertainment in board and the AC dripped on me."

Pros: "Ease of boarding, no fuss no muss. Premium economy worth the price"
Cons: "Kosher food was frozen - inedible. Chicken dry. Worst meal ever on a plane"

Pros: "The entertainment and the service"
Cons: "Both legs delayed, almost missed connection due to delay and the crew on the flight didn't seem to care. When we asked if they could inform the next flight that our flight wasn't delayed, the stewards response was "our planes don't wait for anyone". Real friendly. Wish Southwest flew to Europe!!!!"

Pros: "Impressive airplane at first sight when boarding."
Cons: "Blankets were a little bit dirty. Screen was very small compared to other air crafts. Food was... British. So it was OK. Crew could have been better."

Pros: "Not much."
Cons: "The replacement plane was very old. The entertainment screen was actually smaller than my phone, with just 4 low definition movie selections that started at preset times. My phone had 45 HD movies that started whenever I wanted them to. Toilets were dirty and in poor condition."

Pros: "Hard to find anything positive."
Cons: "Each leg of the trip was delayed by so much that I missed each following connection. Got to Prague and found out my luggage had been lost. After filing a claim about 8:30 pm on the 19th, I had to take a taxi into town because my hotel car had been taken out of service for the night. Rotten trip to Prague."

Cons: "The flight from AMA to Dfw was cancelled . I was told in March , yet no one told us . We had to book that trip ourselves & pay for it out of pocket , even though it was supposed to be part of this flight . We called the airline trying to rebook that flight & was told they couldn't till the next day , yet we could go online & book it ourselves . Pretty poor way to run a business . If we hadn't gone online to check in the night before , we wouldn't have known about the cancellation till we showed up at the airport . Very disappointed with your service"

Pros: "Good food Seats were reasonably comfortable Boarding process went ok"
Cons: "Ticket sold as BA, but was shifted to AA (I'm assuming this was due to overbooking) Old aircraft - no power on seats, old TV displays, limited movie selection."

Pros: "When the flight was delayed and I missed my connection, the crew had a new ticket for me by the time we landed."

Cons: "I won't be using either British Airways or K yak again due to their Bait and Switch misrepresentation. They moved my reservation to Air fare. c.. I specifically chose a British Airways flight due to good previous experiences, and I paid more for the ticket. After completing the purchase I then find out that they are putting me on American Airlines rather that BA. This was unacceptable to me, due to AA poor reputation. They wanted $950 to cancel the flight. An expensive lesson. Shop elseware!"

Pros: "American Airline agent in Madrid was very helpful during check-in by finding us comfortable seats together."
Cons: "We could not do check-in on-line. Same as on the way from SFO to London and then Madrid. This is absolutely unacceptable. We plan neither use British Airways ourselves nor recommend it to any of our friends or family members in the foreseen future."

Pros: "The crew was nice and comforting."
Cons: "Very old equipment."

Pros: "Short jump to Dallas"
Cons: "Didn't even offer or apologize for no drink service. Prefer Southwest-excellent customer service. Airport check in was terrible. Was placed in 3 different lines before the computer checked us through. Worst I have EVER experienced."

Pros: "Arrived at my destination"
Cons: "Bought British Air tickets, got their partner airline American Air flight instead and didn't know of this switch until after purchase. Very rude! Crappy old plane, departed late, crappy food, mediocre service. I wanted British Air specifically as they are good in these areas."

Cons: "American Airlines check in services at CDG were inadequate to demand. If a deal is done for British Airways flight coverage, additional check in agents are required."

Pros: "Everything about the trip was marvelous. Friendly employees, good seating, terrific food,and lots of great movies. From booking to ticket retrieval to transportation to arrival all was done wonderfullyrics and with no problem. Thank you for a trip well done!"

Pros: "Because the flight was about half full between Madrid and Dallas (a rather long flight!) and because my sweetheart and I were seated in the middle 5 seats alone, we were able to put the arm rests up and get some real sleep to acclimate to West Coast time (our final destination). I can never sleep very well sitting up. Also, the food and entertainment were pretty good. We were given two main meals and a few snacks in between, including chocolate ice cream, which I've never received on a plane before. All that in addition to the decent selection of recent movies available made for a relatively pleasant red eye flight."
Cons: "The entertainment system on the back of the seat was clearly outdated and the screens were not very reliable. While watching a movie, if the captain made an announcement, it was made in the headsets, too, as usual, but uncomfortably loud."

Cons: "Not enough newer movies for a 10+ hour flight. I am not a movie-buff but only managed to find 3 movies I had not seen before. Monitor for video was hazy and hard to see the movies with the overhead lights on the whole flight. Flight attendants for my area (business class upstairs) did not seem to want to be there, did the bare minimum, felt like the attendants you usually get on any airlines US domestic flights. Yes, daytime flight, but did the lights have to be on the whole flight? Had 6-8 kids in 10-15 year range that were running around the whole flight, maybe if the lights had been at least dimmed they could have settled down so the other travelers who would have liked to sleep could... Food servings were smaller than usual, but since it was also unusually uninspired and tasteless I guess that was ok. Plane was dirty (visibly so on, f.ex. the sides of seats, traytable, and bathroom) and it was not just from the ongoing journey but from previous flights."

Cons: "The Plane was so cold I needed to wear a sweater, scarf, down jacket and a blanket, compared to only having to wear a button up long sleeve shirt for the flight to germany. When i would get up to go to the bathroom I could see a large portion of the passengers wearing winter coats, hats, scarves, and hoods to keep warm. The temperature was never addressed during the flight. The flight crew with one exception could not have been in a worse mood. For example whenever they needed to tell people what the choices for drinks are they gave a big sigh and rolled their eyes. it seemed as if they had been working for 36 hours without a break and they had to smell trash the whole time. I am very unhappy with the way american airlines handled the british airways scheduled flight and i will make sure to not book with them again."

Pros: "We were like sardines caned for 8 hours. Horrible American Airlines airplane. Lesson learned for next time."

Cons: "asking one of the flight crew to give me a snack for my child was initially reused with the excuse that she didn't have any. Came back after few moments with an angry approach and the snacks showed up all the sudden when asking another flight attendant"

Pros: "Departed on time"

Pros: "The flight attendants were generous and helpful. I like that there was lots of water served, and lots of extra snacks and more water at the back of the plane for those who needed it."
Cons: "The light controlled by the switch at my chair illuminated the seat of my neighbor, due to a mis-alignment that the stewardess was unable to correct. The light switch of my neighbor also illuminated her seat, which meant that she had two lights to read by, even though she wanted to sleep, and I had no lights to read by, even though I had a lot of important work I was hoping to get done on the flight. The stewardess suggested that I switch from the aisle to the center seat (occupied by my neighbor's husband), but I did not want to switch seats like that because the seating was 5-across in the center and I didn't want to have to climb over two people unrelated to me every time I needed to use the bathroom. There was a sparse selection of movies, but it included a few I hadn't already seen, which helped the time pass - much better than my flight from ORD to CDG where the plane didn't even have personal entertainment systems and the common system only played TV shows."

Cons: "The flight was delayed due to equipment malfunction almost missed my connection in Dallas onward to Frankfurt"

Pros: "Accommodated me when I was just off the check in time. Provided me with special meals that I had ordered inflight. Flight crew was very courteous. Enjoyed the new movies."
Cons: "Couldn't charge my laptop on a long flight. The tray table was a bit forward and did not have the cup holding circle. Got a bit hungry and had to bring out my own sandwiches that I had luckily packed, saw others snacking too; an extra snack would be nice, although, they did serve an ice cream which did not seem to be enough on a long day flight. Was an AA flight instead of a BA flight as shown in the itinerary."

Pros: "In flight personel."
Cons: "Machine was defect in Dallas. Ground crew must know how long it takes to get new plane. But official delay kept increasing every half hour."

Pros: "The crew was very friendly and helpful"
Cons: "The food was awful and the entertainment system was old and working only intermittently."

Pros: "All overhead bins taken by people several rows behind our seats leaving no place to put small carry on bag but ulnder the seat. This left no leg room and was very uncomfortable."

Pros: "on time and efficient"
Cons: "breakfast food was not very good as poorly nutritious"
