Cons: "The social distancing, the cdc is recommending 6 ft but there are passengers directly behind and in grinning us and only one passenger seat empty between 2 people. With covid on the rise, how are you actually doing your party to take care of your customers."

After we boarded the plane we were told that no drink, snacks or food would be offered. The attendant shut off the lights as soon as we got in the air and kept it dark in the cabin until 10 minutes before we landed. She never came around to check on us once or ask if we needed anything. I was so thirsty when we landed. I have decided that I will either go back to United Airlines or check out the 1st class options at American Airlines better next time. This might not have been their fault, I'm not sure what it was, but the flight was late landing and we took off an hour late as well which really put me behind schedule."

Apparently, this flight had been dropped and completely changed to 5 hours later on February 2nd. Kayak didn't care to tell us until the day before. We ended up having to book a new connecting flight which cost us $250. Ive always booked with kayak and now I fear I will never again. I would like a refund for the $250 or a flight stipend. My name is sarah chambers"

Even a complete stranger said to me, while waiting for the restroom, "I think that they hate us". One young male attendant was friendly and I believe that he was training. I fear for his training experience with this group of women. One of the lavatories was out of order {....on an international flight! Are you kidding!?!}. I think that they searched for the most antiquated plane that could limp across the ocean for this flight. Nine hours of pure discomfort. My poor 71 year old mother! Zero leg room. Tiny little screen for movies on the ceiling of the middle row. trays were not clean. We paid extra for our seats and wondered how bad the seats were for those that didn't. My mother and I determined that this was ranked as one of the worst flight experiences we have ever had. We are grateful for an amazing experience for our return flight or we would have reconsidered ever flying AA again."

I couldn't put both feet under the seat in front of me. The food was bad tasting and overly processed. We were fed a lean cuisine. The entertainment was from mounted tv's in the aisle. At this point, all planes crossing the ocean should have individual tvs for a customer to watch. They had this 15 years ago, how do they not have it now."

Could either wait for the next Flint flight that would get in at about midnight and risk not having a rental car or take an earlier flight to Detroit and pay $85 for dropping rental car off at Flint."

Pros: "Solo que a la 1:10pm le comunique al sobrecargo del vuelo Avianca #928 Lima _ salvador 1010 1: 20 pm hora local me di cuenta que se quedo el anillo de matrimonio en el paso de migración en la bandeja, el sobrecargo me di una instrucción que debía hablar con el encargado del Salvador la Srta Geaninia Gomez indica que como no es pérdida dentro del avión no se hacen responsables, lo que no estoy de acuerdo que me digan eso ya que es trayecto del vuelo que estaba realizando voy a tomar medidas para presentar un reclamo ya que es un valor sentimental ya que ni me dejaron ir a ver estando casi 40 minutos y sentí que no me ayudaron por los menos con una llamada en el departamento."

The security people were unnecessarily slow and difficult."

United did nothing to make up for the night with family they have taken from me on vacation."

Cons: "Carry on fee is a rip off and fairly well hidden added expense. Other carriers, like Spirit, that charge fees are very up front about it and are generally much cheaper flights to begin with. Crew was nice. But plane was over booked and jam packed."

Cons: "We were charged for every little thing. From carry on to checked baggage to snacks that are usually included. By the time we were done it was mot expensive then a delta or south west. Not to mention how uncomfortable the seats were."

Cons: "Paid for the flight initially. Thought it was a great rate. As it came closer to my trip all these hidden fees such as paying for the seats, paying for carryons began to appear, which was very inconvenient and unusual for a flight."

Cons: "We had already paid the luggage fee and just needed to drop off our bags for our MCO to DEN flight. It started with no curbside check-in. Incredibly poor service at ticketing/baggage check. A mass of people. No directions. Even employees (when asked, not one volunteered any information) didn't know which line was which. Only four people working the counter. And then the airline called for people leaving on a flight after ours and brought those passengers to the front of the line. When we got to the front of the line the employee's response was "You need to be here three hours before the flight." For a midweek domestic flight? ATA treated us like this once. They're long gone. Goodbye Frontier."

Pros: "Not sur I'd fly Frontier because of all the 'fees'. Didn't save anything at all!"

Cons: "Flight was canceled and are not able to get a flight for 2 days"

Cons: "I was showing from allergies and in a window seat with two children to climb over (not related to me). In order to not disturb them, I asked an attendant to bring me tissues for my allergy-related runny nose. She seemed annoyed by the request but brought them to me. No attendant checked on me regarding my comfort and I eventually had to climb over the kids to reach a restroom and retrieve tissues myself."

Cons: "The flight landed early but then I had to wait 40 minutes for my bag. Then another 40 minutes for a shuttle to take me 100 feet to another part of the airport. It was ridiculous. Very dissatisfied!"

Cons: "Extremely smelly (poor ventilation?), seats dont recline, no table, scary landing that gave air sickness to many. Many extra fees, might as well fly a normal airline."

Cons: "We waited on the tarmac in Denver for a gate from almost 45 minutes. We waited for 1.5 hours for our luggage to reach the baggage claim area."

Cons: "When I booked the flight I was not given any information about paying for baggage ahead of time. Much to my surprise when we checked in we found out that carry on baggage was not free, and that we would have to pay to check bags. The plane itself felt especially cramped, crowded and flimsy."

Cons: "No entertainment on the plane at all. Also no food. We had breakfast that day and that was it. There was no time to get some food during the stopover in denver, so we ate nothing until 9 pm that day. Employees were kind of rude too for no reason."

Cons: "We were on the pane for 30 min past take off time when two passengers complained about their seats. It was a full flight and me and my girlfriend were the last to check in (despite being at the ghate 2hr early) so we got kicked off the flight with 2 open seats. There was no manager to meet us at the ghate, though we were told there would be. Once we got back to the ghate they said a manger would be at the baggage claim office (10 min of walking away) and told us to go there. No manager here either. We had the employee here flag down a manager. At this point we were told we would get 3x the cost of the flight to book a new flight and our bag back. The only flights we could get didnt land in time for my cousins rehearsal dinner. After adding the costs of adding up all the money we had to spend to get to denver, the trip cost 600$ more after they paid us back. They assured us that this was breaking even. Oh, and our bag? Went to denver without us after we were told it was already taken off the plane. Never, never, never fly this airline."

Cons: "Frontier is now charging for seat selection, yet another hidden fee. Between the baggage fee for each leg of the trip and the seat selection, it was an additional $85."

Pros: "The lines moved quickly and the employees were friendly"
Cons: "The flight was delayed both directions. We left Austin 5 hours late and only recieved a $100 voucher for a future flight."

Pros: "prepared for the worst, probably only issue was small fold down tray, but in the end everything was just fine. cheapest flight ever! will allow me to travel and see my family more! yippee"

Pros: "The flight was itself was great. Very fast and we even made it to our destination 30 minutes early. Crew was very friendly."
Cons: "This airline nickel and dimes you for everything. From baggage to food and beverages during the flight. If you have a carryon or have checked a bag you will be charged. If you want to be guaranteed to sit with you party then you need to pay additional prices for that as well. If you don't care where you sit then there is no additional charge. Seats are very tight and no a lot of leg room."

Pros: "Hummm, landed safely! I do like that "carry on" people have to pay extra."
Cons: "No reclining seats even after paying an extra $50 for the good seats (and to ensure sitting by spouse). Cannot even get a glass of water without an extra charge."

Cons: "Paying extra for seats, luggage and food on the p lane. We were delayed one hour when we first checked in. Mechanics were doing something to the plane. When we taxied out to the runway the plane was having trouble turning so we turned around and got off the plane and had to board another plane. We were on the way to a funeral and were supposed to get in at 11:23 in Austin and didn't get there until 2:30pm. I will never fly Frontier again if I can avoid it."

Cons: "We paid (in advance, online) to check a bag and when we arrived to the ticket desk, the Frontier employee said it was too late/too close to boarding time to check the bag...we would have to carry it on instead. We then had to PAY to carry on the same bag that we already paid for. We arrived to the gate and the flight was delayed 1.5 hours, the plane wasn't even there. We will never do business with them again."
