I really liked on each screen you can pick -sleeping don't wake me up -sleeping, wake me up for food
The ground crew would not allow me to bring carry on. Sh on the plane while the seat next to me was empty and some of the overhead bins were available. I had to wait 30 mins for the luggage to arrive. There was no reason for it.
It was fine. No food nor entertainment since flight was short
I paid over $1500 for the flight. I requested a refund, but all they gave me in return was $100.
Missing bags at final destination. Super hot in plane. No water offered during flight. Check in at Frankfurt was horrible too. Overall bad experience

They don't serve food in "economy" just water
Deplaning by row groups due to covid was a joke - we were then crammed into a bus to the Munich intl terminal. Wifi did not work at all on the 9 hr flight.

Cons: "Luftansa cancelled my flight due to impending hurricane. Because of announced airport closure, I decided to go on August 31 on the only flight available which was Iceland air. I had to pay $4200 for the flight. My flight back to Orlando is on September 9 on Iceland air. How can you compensate me?"

Crew could not be bothered with bringing over water and didn't exactly respond to call button."

We sat on the runway for a long time after that while the crew did not have clear answers for what was happening or why. Several things happened while we were on that plane that were unnerving for the passengers. So much so that at least one passenger threw up. Very scary. We did end up taking that plane on to our destination two hours later, but it was the worst flight experience of my life."

I asked the rep at the customer service station if United pays for a hotel room if our flight gets canceled, I was told no. There were several canceled flights, do all the hotels were booked in the area. It was up to me to call every hotel in a 10 mile radius at midnight to find a room. I had to come out of pocket 150 dollars for the room and I missed work the following day due to my canceled flight. I was forced to stay in a hotel room with none of my clean clothes, no toiletries. I was told by a united rep, "we get off at midnight so you won't be able to get your suitcase today". All in all, it was one of the worst flying experiences I have ever had. I would like some one to call or email me."
Pros: "My flight was overbooked, and I was in one of the later boarding groups. When I got on the plane, someone else was in my seat, and apparently had been told by the crew to sit there. There were no extra seats visible. Clearly upset, a very nice flight attendant brought me back to the galley and chatted with me (not reacting negatively to my less-than-stellar attitude given the situation) while another went to "handle it." Not sure what magic she worked, but I ended up with a window seat in an exit row with lots of leg room. An unfortunate situation was handled very well and I'm really appreciative!"
