Pros: I loved that even during a pandemic, alcohol in glassware and full meals were served in business class (unlike other airlines, so I avoided them). The lighting looked nice, the crew was professional and attentive, and the bathroom was well maintained. The blanket and pillow were comfy as well. I like the 1-2-1 layout in business class, which leaves window seats with a lot of windows and privacy.
Cons: The headphones were not the most comfortable, sometimes the passenger moving around behind you will shake your seat too, and before take-off the plane was quite hot. Also a lot of the food choices I wanted were gone already but not a big deal as there were many choices.

Cons: The staff was very unprofessional, check in was over 30 minutes and we were charges for the baggage even though we showed a proof that the system didnt let us check in before. While boarding the representative was so stressed she blew air in our faces and took the boarding passes so agresivally we were shocked! On board the flight attended did not speck English or at least didnt want to, so other passenger had to explain us what she was saying. Very very unprofessional, we will never use azul again in the future.

Cons: The arrogant employees at Gov. Valadares didnt tell me they were sending me to another airport making me miss my conection flight in the process. This information was disclosed only after I asked if the flight was on time because I had a international flight to catch at my final destination Sao Paulo - GRU. Instead of helping and apologizing for the hassle, the attendant said that I had to pay for my carry-on (that was 10kg) because I had another hand bag with my laptop in it. I said that I would not pay, and that Azul should return me money first for not delivering the service I purchase - which was the flight from Governador Valadares, MG to Sao Paulo, SP (with a quick stop in Belo Horizonte, MG). Instead they were making me miss my international flight, and besides not taking any responsibility for it, this woman is telling me that I had to pay for a carry on?!? I was mesmirized by the lack of sense of this flight attendant. After telling me that I was going to get in Sao Paulo at 9pm instead of 5pm, and that I would have to run to get a bus to another terminal and hopefully make it to my international flight that was at 10:20pm, she insisted I’d pay. I told her that if she could get me to my destination at 5pm maybe I wouldn’t mind paying, but since that wasn’t the case, and I’d have to run to try to catch another flight because of Azul Airlines, that she should really think about it and let it go, and let me go with my bag as a carry on. She gave me the ticket, and as I grabbed my bag and went towards the bus, she threatened me, saying that in Ipatinga and in Belo Horizonte (my first conection flight) they would not allow me on the plane with the carry on. Since the non-sense continued I just took her as a mentally disable person, and ignored her threat. A full bus and 2 vans headed to Ipatinga (100km away in a dangerous highway), packing the flight there, really making me think that this non-sense was just a way Azul Airlines figured out to save money in fuel. The flight was completely full, the AC not working properly, and with the heat and humidity people were smelly. It was absolutely awful. The flight attendants in Ipatinga (way nicer than the ones in Gov. Valadares), distributed water to the passengers that looked like they were about to faint, the ones sweating profusely, the elderly and the kids. By the way, the carry on bag was not an issue at the other airports. Once in Belo Horizonte I noticed that my original Azul flight from Belo Horizonte to Sao Paulo at 3:30pm as 1 hour and 15 minutes LATE. I run to the gate and explained what happened and after crying out loud was able to convince the Azul attendants to let me in on that flight so I wouldn’t miss my international flight. They made me wait until last minute but I cried: this is the flight I had a ticket for. It’s only fair you let me in! So they did. And I made my other flight. But not before I got upset, had a headache, stomach ache and felt demoralized by Azul staff.

Pros: I had to take a United flight last week for a short flight and once again I was reminded why I ALWAYS fly Delta if at all possible. United crew hid in the galley the whole trip wit lititle to no interaction with passengers. My flight today on Delta was great; food really excellent (Chicken Tika) and the crew was great as usual. Delta remains the best.

Pros: The people were friendly and professional. Everything was as expected. The ticket cost was about 200.00 more dollars than the other discount carriers but they did not include any baggage. When I compared apples to apples and looked at the 2 bags I wanted to check the price was within 20 dollars ant the Copa flight was at a better time. The Copa flights had food service and the meal was good, chicken and pasta. Would it have been worth 10.00 at the airport? Yes it would have been. 1 meal each way would more than make up the difference. All in all the flight worked out to be at a better time with friendlier service and an equal or better value for my total cost. The flights were on time. Nicely done.

New boarding passes were a mess and had to wait a long time to get mine printed cause they forgot to. In the morning in order to save money they sent us on a stupid early bus so that half of us could be sent back to the airport, so that meant we missed breakfast and the 2 hours plus of sleep.

Pros: Getting off the plane
Cons: Had to pay for luggage. Had to pay for TEA...didn’t even have milk. No air con of the seat.
Pros: Good entertainment and food. Cozy flight with quick boarding.
Cons: Seats aren't very comfortable. That is the normal for pretty much every flight I have ever been on though.
Pros: Flight was on time crew was friendly and professional
Cons: Seat pitch was very tight, more like a budget airline, but the flight was short so OK
Pros: Check-in process at LAX by LATAM employee was misleading, as she made it seem as if our luggage would arrive at our final destination in Cusco. Moreover, she failed to give us copies of our boarding pass for our connecting flight from Lima to Peru. Because of her misleading, out luggage was left in Lima and we landed in Cusco without our luggage. We are still awaiting to see where our luggage is.
Cons: Customer service at check-in desk was incompetent. Service by flight attendants was largely rude and done with a lot of deep sighing by the flight attendants as they performed food and beverage service. They did not make me want to fly this airline every again.
Pros: our flight back home went smoothly
Cons: our flight from LAX to Montevideo was delayed by 8 hours, making us miss our connections. We arrived day late. Our luggage a day after that. Our friends went back home on another LATAM flight from Buenos Aires that was delayed. They were flown for 2 days around South America before making to LAX.
Pros: Smooth boarding. On time. Good crew.
Cons: For a rather long flight, amazed that we had to pay even for water. This isn't a low cost airline! Painful lack of legroom (I'm 5'10"). When the kid in front of me leaned back it was like a hammer on my kneecaps.
Pros: Great flight and friendly staff
Pros: We had 3 high-school classes that traveled with us and the crew managed them extremely well (especially Luis) and made that trip unforgettable and most entertaining.
Cons: Breakfast food was really bad; dinner food was between mediocre and ok.
Cons: Latam didnt care leaving us stranded in the island and they didnt try to help us to come back soon. Awful customer service.

Pros: There was a lot of leg room on this plane. I do not think they have retrofitted it yet to today's money making planes as other airlines have done. We left late, but we arrived only a few minutes late.
Cons: The boarding process took almost two hours. We were shuttled to a remote location, then we sat on the airplane for about an hour. We finally took off around 2:45.
Pros: The flight itself was great because there were personal TVs for everyone that had a wide selection of movies and games. It had more categories on it but little time to explore in the short plane ride after the movie from BWI to MIA. Great pilot, little motion sickness and great staff.
Cons: I did not like how I came with my family and the clerks did not even try to seat us together, just gave us our tickets and sent us on our way, even after mentioning we had under age kids with us and a 2 year old who WILL CRY if not seated next to my other 2 family members.
Pros: The plane was comfortable.
Cons: The crew boarding the passengers did not seem to know what they were doing. I waited in line for over 30 minutes, which at 1 am in the morning was tough. I had my boarding pass reviewed by 3 different attendants. They did a cursory inspection of my backpack by opening 2 of the 15 pockets.
Pros: The plane was new, exceptionally clean & nice. The crew were very professional & friendly. They offered my husband & I exit row seats for no additional fee after seeing how uncomfortable his 6'3" frame was in the regular seats. The snack and beverage service was above average for a 3 hour flight.
Cons: The wifi service was not the best and although the plane was new there was not much leg room at all and the seats were not the most comfortable, but for a 3 hour flight it wasn't too bad.
Pros: Every employee is super helpful and the airline is family friendly. Airplanes are always new and clean. The meals are always good as far as airplane food goes. They have a generous baggage policy and unlike other airlines the airport departure tax is included in the fare. They serve the customers unlike the domestic airlines.
Cons: Overhead bins on the inside rows are a bit on the small side.
Pros: They took every measure to make sure me and my family had the most comfortable flight possible. I will be sure to fly LatAm again. Thank you so much!

Cons: tuve problemas para hacer el check in on line por problemas con el sistema y tuve que hacerlo por teléfono. No conseguí los asientos que hubiera querido. Los que están en tránsito deberían permitirles bajar del avión antes para poder llegar en hora al otro vuelo. Sugiero que la tripulación informe a los pasajeros en tránsito sobre dónde dirigirse según el vuelo siguiente
Pros: The plane and crew were nice, the food was pretty good for airplane food, they give you wine with your food. Overall one of the better airplanes and quality trip for the prices as one can get
Cons: The same things you don't like about all other airplanes, boarding procedures, lines for the bathroom ect
Cons: Missed my first leg and then they canceled my return leg without telling me. I then had to pay for a new flight
Pros: Staff was nice but still in an airplane not moving
Cons: Waiting and no contact as no cell phone or internet conection to inform hotel you are not going to arrive in time to use their room
Pros: While my flight attendants were all fine and everything was very good, my daughter flew w/ LATAM 3 days later than us and her experience was good on all flights except from Lima to Rio de Janeiro.
Cons: It was all very good on the flight TO Lima. No problems.
Cons: The tv screen was flickering It will be nice to have free wi-fi available while flying
Cons: I have time toget the other flight but they already have every thing ready to let us in Sao Pablo, I have to stay 1 day. That was very bad.

Cons: I had called previously to verify that Qantas and Lan were partners and although I had purchased separate tickets (Qantas from LAX to SYD and LAN from SYD to CHC), that i would have no checked luggage and the informed to go straight to the gate. When I arrived in SYD i did and was there well in advance. They wouldn't let me on the flight and I have no idea why.
Cons: Super cramped rows. No leg room at all. Delayed awaiting takeoff.

Cons: The flight attendant could have gone and gotten my meds or let me get my meds that I left at the at the gate

Cons: Flight attendant stated that phones couldn’t be used for the duration of the flight; even in airplane mode The gate and terminal changed at least 5 separate times before boarding.
Cons: Ask the ticket agent and flight attendants about changing seats and they weren’t helpful. Also their response was abrasive. Didn’t appreciate it!

Cons: British Airways but the flights were operated by American Airlines who I've always had terrible experiences with. This was no different. TOTAL NIGHTMARE
Pros: WiFi was fast, entertainment was very good.
Cons: Aesthetically the plane was a disaster. Broken tray table in my exit row seat. Poor updates regarding why flight was delayed. Boarding process was poorly managed by staff, who were more interested in cracking jokes with each other than doing their job. I find that unacceptable, given the situation.
Pros: Service was American average. Not necessarily a good thing, but it could have been worse.
Cons: Seats with more leg room required for people over 6' tall.

Cons: Turbulence throughout the entire flight, couldnt sleep, and they didnt offer any snacks because of this
Cons: Flight was delayed & ultimately cancelled. Replacement flight required going to another airport. That flight too was delayed putting at risk our ability to make the BA flight to Lisbon. Therefore, we took AA flight to JFK and a TAP flight to Lisbon.did not take this flight.

Cons: Inconsistent gate staff. Happened twice to. Me in the recent trip where a multi flight journey the first leg my luggage was fine to get in board, the second flight it was tagged as too big. I've seen massive pieces of luggage go through no problem and then a random person is stopped to have their bags checked in.
Cons: Lost the flight because of TSA who didn’t care I was missing the flight and gate personnel who didn’t allow me to get on board while the jet was still there. A nightmare and my luggages are still somewhere...
Pros: One of the flight attendants was nice.
Cons: AA is now trying to save money (presumably) by doing like Delta: forcing half of us to connect in Charlotte. Unfortunately, the Charlotte airport is not ready to accommodate so many people. The airport looks like it is being renovated, which is fine, but there is no tape/cones to mark off the renovated areas from the walkways. You literally walk through dirt and construction sites. I didn't even think that was legal in the US?! Anyway, maybe it will be worth it once the renovations are complete, especially if AA is going to use it as a hub.
Pros: Crew and actual flight were great but something was broken on the rear air conditioning unit. It was a full flight and 86F in Dallas and 77F in Columbia. I was seated in rear of the plane very very hot with all the people on the plane. I felt it was difficult to breath once we were on the ground in como. We were at the gate and everyone stood up to get off but the doors remained closed for awhile. It seemed to get even hotter.
Cons: Crew was great and the flight was smooth.
Pros: The crew were wonderful! Everyone was polite and accommodating. The entertainment available was on point. The food was both tasty and offered often.
Cons: The seat were ok. There was not enough legroom, but honestly no airline has enough unless its business of first class. The Wi-Fi availability was misleading, though it did not advertise that it was free.

Cons: Plane was delayed due to a mechanical in Charlotte (Old USAir Airbus) then ground stop due to weather after it finally got to Baltimore. Loaded us up and then deplaned us. They brought out water and sodas while we waited. Then reboarded and got into Charlotte about three hours late. Lots of very unhappy people. They passed out 800 numbers to rebook. A lot of people missed connections.
Pros: Crew was as communicative as possible about the delay process. Answered questions and suggested solutions for travelers who were affected by the delay.
Cons: The maintenance crew delayed the flight by over an hour because they were not able to get a technician to the plane until an hour after the scheduled takeoff time.

Cons: The first leg was cancelled and no one maee me aware of this and no additioaal flights were placed for this leg of the flight.. Kayak said it is British Airways fault and of course BA stated it was Kayak's fault. I donkt think i will be using Kayak anymore, becuase of the way this matter was dealt. I am also planning to contact bebber businness bureau for this as well.
