Cons: "There was a large couple that boarded the plane at the last moment, the flight attendant escorted them to their seats which was right next to me. I got up so they could sit down and they covered half of my seat. The flight attendant saw this but still told me to sit back down. I tried to explain to him that the lady was sitting on top of my seatbelt and halfway on my seat. I was told again to sit down. Trying not to cause a problem I just tried to sit down. My entire right side was in Constant contact with her entire left side of her body. Once we got started taxing the flight attendant walk by I stopped him and explain to him there's no way I could do the entire flight sitting like this. Luckily there was an extra seat that he was able to move me too. My issue is I do not understand how this was not prevented so that it would not be an issue. There were plenty of seats available they could have told her and her husband who were both very large they had to buy two seats. Or there was business-class seats available that they could've been put in."

My flight that was to arrive at 10:55 PM arrived at 3:30 AM so I lost a day of work, had to cancel a meeting and lost an entire day because of Frontier's operations? Sounds like a poorly run airline who touts being low cost who nickel and dimes me to death. I WILL NEVER come back."

My husband and boys were moved to reclining seats (see below). There was NO way to sleep on the $30 extra leg room seat. Ridiculous set up. The online seating chart NEEDS to be more specific and tell customers EXACTLY what kind of extras they are paying for - NOT JUST the price. Reclining seats cost just the same as the extra legroom seats, but doesn't differentiate which are which on the chart NOT GOOD. Also, with birthdates, the online seating didn't catch that my sons were too young to sit in the exit row. REALLY??"

Waiting with 100+ other passengers at gate..watching Netflix out of boredom waiting on plane. 15 mins past departure time..I go to customer service and they tell me its MY FAULT I missed the plane that left 4 minutes prior because THEY changed the gate to A32.. There was no change on the board..but they said it was announced. It wasn't made clear to those of us who thought we were in the right gate waiting. I was able to fly out until the next morning..putting a lot of plans I and others had in serious jeopardy. Your customer service agents have MUCH to be desired..very rude..taking customers that walked up behind me while making me wait on them to get their sh*t together. I almost lost the only flight available out the next day because they were chatting amongst themselves about personal problems!!"

Pros: "This was my first time flying with frontier. My experience was that which makes me not want to travel with them ever again. The tickets were cheap but then you are charged for bags and carry ons, but i did get a discounted price for doing that over the phone. However, I still had to argue with the girl at check in as she kept saying I still had to pay, until another girl saw my report and corrected her. No apology, and lots of additude. We boarded late, though there was no announcement. My flight was short, so comfort was not a big deal to me. But the worst part is when I went to claim my luggage it was broken, and they did not have a claims office, so I went to a lady at the check in and she was very helpful. Apparently there were 2 more cases in the same flight. She sincerely apologized, and filled out a damaged claims report; though I did not get a recite I did take a picture of it just in case. Hopefully they will reimburse me for my damaged bag before my next trip. But overall, the rudecoustomee service, hidden fees, and damaged luggage will prevent me from choosing or recommending this air line ever again."

What was not acceptable is that they lost a bag en route. It was a bag we could have carried on, but since they charge more for carry ons than checked bags we checked it. As a result we could not ski the first day of a ski trip."
