One of my cosmetic products was even damaged because I had to quickly check my bag at the gate, to my final destination."

Pros: "Best flight I've ever been on! Our take off was delayed due to some guests having gotten their luggage put on the airline, but never showing up to the actual flight, so the crew was required to take off said luggage. Normally, this would be a frustrating experience, but they kept us updated throughout the process-- it felt like they actually cared. Crew was incredibly kind throughout the entire flight. Truly the best experience flying I have ever had."

Fod choice poor. Chicken Curry or Cheese/Tomato Lasagna. If I want a vegetarian meal I'll order one beforehand. Give me two meat options. This isn't the first time I've noticed this. Is it cost cutting? Seems like it to me. Not impressed."

Cons: "The check-in personnel refused to allow us to check bags until 90 minutes before the flight, then delayed that time three more times. This caused a real scene with nearly one hundred people standing around the check-in counter waiting to put their bags on the conveyor belts. The flight, which was delayed multiple times--once due to the ground personnel at Orly not turning in the paperwork for the flight--eventually took off, but the cabin crew seemed confused the whole time. We asked for Landing Cards, but they told us we did not need them, when in fact we did. That extra delay at immigration caused us to miss our connecting flight! Since half of the plane was connecting in Heathrow, why didn't the crew suggest that those staying in London wait on the plane until the connectors had a chance to disembark?"

Cons: "The flight could not properly land because there were issues with another plane on the tarmac. Due to the 40min delay in London. I missed the connection flight to Rome and it was disappointing because I arrived in Rome 8 hours later because I had to board a flight to Barcelona and connect there. My luggage was left in Barcelona when I landed in Rome and I did not have my luggage for 2 days. Very disappointing travel day and I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else."

The pillow was laughable - - flat as a pancake. . One of the business class lavs was out of service. . This was an overused 777 desperately in need of a refurbishment. And don't get me started on the ridiculous 2-4-2 seating in business class. How does BA think it can get away with it, when competitors offer 1-2-1?"

Cons: "I was not let onto the flight as my passport was expiring in less than 3 months and the EU has restrictions against this. My disappointment stems from the fact that I was not given any warning that this was a concern before I arrived at the airport. So, I was unable to use the ticket and have been subsequently told that I cannot be refunded for any part of the ticket. As a consequence, I will not be using Finnair again at any point in the future."

Entertainment screen between center seat and window seat so I just didn't even try to look at it and mostly just leaned forward to have a little space. Also another inch or 2 was taken by person in front of me putting their seat back. With such restrictive space why is this even possible??? Flying has become ridiculous and I try not to as much as I can."

I got attitude for ordering 2 beeers at once instead of wine for dinner-pure I requested Premium Economy a couple days before and even offered to pay it then-no luck C32 G I got. And to fly in Chicago? You got to be kidding me-never again."

Immigration, claim your own luggage to just give it to someone else in a different line, going through security a 3rd time. I’m sticking with B.A and A.F for know own. I will never be stuck in economy on A.A international flight of such poor quality again-purgatory."

Cons: "It was a very grueling trip. Plane left Rome at 9:15a but that meant getting there at 7:15a. Plane was kept dark even though it was daylight outside. Staff was courteous but did not particularly demonstrate awareness of the strain on the travelers being cramped for 10+ hours. Plane was so cramped that one could not take a stretch walk down the aisles to alleviate muscle cramp being in same position for 10 hours. My ultimate destination was San Jose, CA, but that entailed a wait at O'Hare from 12:30p to 8p. Again, staff uninterested in traveler comfort in these parameters. American felt okay to delay my last leg from Chicago to San Jose an hour later than original scheduled, but offered no compensation for the addition to my discomfort. The switch from British Airways to American was a surprise. New flight numbers, change increased my travel stress. I am only 5'3" and not obese, yet could not really fit in my seat: kept getting bumped by passers by in aisle. Airline uninterested in passenger comfort."

I prefer having a screen behind each seat, rather than those attached to ceiling on this flight, so that the entertainment can be customized."

For some reason they made me check it. because I had to spend time at the baggage claim carousels I almost missed the last train of the night back home. Fortunately all is fine, but it caused unnecessary stress."

If I could have changed it myself they should have told me. On the way to Tampa on 3rd March I couldn't check in within 24 hours and had to wait half an hour while they changed our plane. BA used to do short science programmes which I loved. Shame these have finished."

Cons: "If you don't pay for the premium seats, the legroom is pretty tight. I'm only 5'8" and I felt it -- if you're 6'+ you better pay for it. This aircraft had screens, but not individual ones so you're stuck watching whatever sitcom replay they pick, although there is a moderate selection of other music. I've been on a newer aircraft with the in-seat power and interactive screens so I know how good it can be, so this was a little disappointing."
