Pros: Bus service from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 was clearly marked and frequent. The flight crew members were all helpful and friendly and I enjoyed the drink (especially suco de maracuja) and snack offerings. As I spoke only limited Portuguese, I greatly appreciated the attempts made by the ground staff and flight crew to communicate with me, both in English and via hand gestures. I am certain that no domestic airline would be so helpful to non-English speakers in the USA!
Cons: I realize Azul cannot help being stuck in Terminal 2, but it's not the most comfortable place to wait for a flight. Also, after I walked through the gate, several boarding flights merged confusingly in a single passageway with exits to multiple planes and many people got lost and ended up (temporarily!) on the wrong airplane, despite heroic attempts by the ground crew to direct passenger traffic. There must be a better method than having everyone follow colored lines to the planes - it wasn't working!

Cons: The arrogant employees at Gov. Valadares didnt tell me they were sending me to another airport making me miss my conection flight in the process. This information was disclosed only after I asked if the flight was on time because I had a international flight to catch at my final destination Sao Paulo - GRU. Instead of helping and apologizing for the hassle, the attendant said that I had to pay for my carry-on (that was 10kg) because I had another hand bag with my laptop in it. I said that I would not pay, and that Azul should return me money first for not delivering the service I purchase - which was the flight from Governador Valadares, MG to Sao Paulo, SP (with a quick stop in Belo Horizonte, MG). Instead they were making me miss my international flight, and besides not taking any responsibility for it, this woman is telling me that I had to pay for a carry on?!? I was mesmirized by the lack of sense of this flight attendant. After telling me that I was going to get in Sao Paulo at 9pm instead of 5pm, and that I would have to run to get a bus to another terminal and hopefully make it to my international flight that was at 10:20pm, she insisted I’d pay. I told her that if she could get me to my destination at 5pm maybe I wouldn’t mind paying, but since that wasn’t the case, and I’d have to run to try to catch another flight because of Azul Airlines, that she should really think about it and let it go, and let me go with my bag as a carry on. She gave me the ticket, and as I grabbed my bag and went towards the bus, she threatened me, saying that in Ipatinga and in Belo Horizonte (my first conection flight) they would not allow me on the plane with the carry on. Since the non-sense continued I just took her as a mentally disable person, and ignored her threat. A full bus and 2 vans headed to Ipatinga (100km away in a dangerous highway), packing the flight there, really making me think that this non-sense was just a way Azul Airlines figured out to save money in fuel. The flight was completely full, the AC not working properly, and with the heat and humidity people were smelly. It was absolutely awful. The flight attendants in Ipatinga (way nicer than the ones in Gov. Valadares), distributed water to the passengers that looked like they were about to faint, the ones sweating profusely, the elderly and the kids. By the way, the carry on bag was not an issue at the other airports. Once in Belo Horizonte I noticed that my original Azul flight from Belo Horizonte to Sao Paulo at 3:30pm as 1 hour and 15 minutes LATE. I run to the gate and explained what happened and after crying out loud was able to convince the Azul attendants to let me in on that flight so I wouldn’t miss my international flight. They made me wait until last minute but I cried: this is the flight I had a ticket for. It’s only fair you let me in! So they did. And I made my other flight. But not before I got upset, had a headache, stomach ache and felt demoralized by Azul staff.

Cons: Azul had a mechanical problem with the plane. It took them 6h to fix it. They made us wait for 6h which made mmost of the people lose their connection flight but azul voided to help anyone! Said that they couldnt be responsible if you lost your connection because My connection flight wasnt with them! I had the worse6h of waiting and trying to have someone helping me. All of Azul’s staff are incompetent laZy workers!

Cons: This is a business class that is equivalent to a US carrier domestic first class. Good seats, not lay flat but wide on my 737-800. The food and service emulated say American Airlines Domestic 1C as well. Everything was just good enough, and much cheaper that international business on the majors.

Pros: I was surprised that they served two very nice meals on our flights.
Cons: The entertainment system had some issues. The headphone that were distributed have a double and single plug to attach to the armrest. Since the armrest had two femal plugs in it then I assumed that the headphone required the two male plugs. That didn’t work. It wasn’t until much later that I tried the single plug from the headphone but that only worked when jiggling it around to make it connect properly. Would have preferred one of the new systems that allow you to stream a movie of your own choice to your own device.

Pros: The crew offered water couple of times during the whole flight. There was no choice of food, only chicken, and I don’t eat chicken, so for dinner the crewmen offered extra salads, so I would have something to eating and advice to ask for special dietary for my flight back.
Cons: There was not much entertainment. And just like the food, no choices of programs.

Cons: Entertainment!!! Plane was old. No individual TV, no Wifi, no outlet to charge our phones. Was bored to death. My phone and my pc run out of battery and that's that... A plane during the day should have something!

Cons: Entertainment!! 2 flights of 8hrs without so much as a common TV, Wifi or even just an outlet for us to use on the plane was miserable! They had a TV for every 4 rows (those very old ones) and for the second plane they played one movie, and about 1:30 hrs of series (TV show Friends). So bored!!

Cons: We traveled with 16 months old toddler. When checking in online I requested kids meal under our reservation. So, I got kids meal but there was no food for me. If I didn’t request child’s meal, I would get my dinner, but my child would be hungry. It was ok, we shared, but later I asked for whole milk for my son, but they didn’t have it. I am glad I had some toddler formula with us, otherwise I don’t know what we would do. It was a 16 hour travel with one stop and they had no milk on both airplanes. I never write anything bad ever but I think the airline should reconsider kids services. There should have been milk and separate tray for child to eat.

Cons: There was a prolonged delay on arrival in Panama, as the gate was apparently in use. They set up stairs (on the runway?) and they transported us by bus to the airport. On the connecting flight to Guatemala, they began boarding an hour before departure, only to wait on a bus to be taken to the aircraft. Apparently the airline doesn't only double book seats on flights, but on Gates on arrival and departure as well? Aside from this particular gripe, the crews were pleasant and the airfare was a relative bargain, so all in all not a bad option IMO.

Pros: Boarding went smoothly. I was "upgraded" to exit row at the counter without asking, so the extra legroom was appreciated. Counter personnel and air crew were uniformly pleasant and helpful. The COPA manager in Boston pitched in during the busy check-in time and was very supportive of his staff.

Pros: A lot of leg room compared to other flights. The flight attendants were very nice and attentive. We were well fed and hydrated. When we missed our connecting flight due to weather the airline had everything figured out before we even landed. It was very organized and they apologized for the inconvenience to us.

Cons: The delay. The ticket for lunch, due to the delay was no t enough to buy a decent menus in Panama. They offer to give the lunch tickets at noon time, and gav them at 2:30pm.

Cons: In Panamá we had a horrible time trying to find out what gate the flight would be departing from. After finding the gate and wait for over an hour, we were told we needed to move. When I asked to what gate I was told “I don’t know it’s not my flight.” I found another gate and after waiting there were were told that the gate had been changed to the other end of the terminal. I was extremely frustrated with the lack of knowledge and assistance from the Copa workers.

Pros: Unlike North American Airlines, they do not charge you for every little thing. The electronics might not be as fancy, but the service and fellow travelers were a delight to be around. EXcellent flight, and saved my bacon when I lost the BF's wallet.!!!!! It was returned intact by a caring crew.
Cons: That I had not thought of how tired I would be and how easy it was to forget my Spanish. My bad! Customs was pleasant and walked us right out the door.

Pros: Non stop flight from Boston to Panama City. Baggage claim was quick, huge improvement from past experiences at this airport. Meal was included as well as drinks, and no carry or checked bag fees. Boarding was done quickly and efficiently.

Cons: Seriously, a sandwich and some indistinguishable "dessert". Honestly, I can't tell you what the 2nd item was on the try, even after trying it. I get that the flight was only 3 hours long, but a sandwich is not dinner. And, it tasted horrible. I took 3 bites and couldn't stomach the rest. It was laughable that they offered wine with it. Had I realized this was the option, I would have brought my own food. My husband, who eats literally everything, couldn't even eat it, and it was a cheese sandwich. How hard is it to make a bad cheese sandwich? Well, apparently, GOL knows how to do it.

Got there by 9:15 only to find out it’s been closed for checking bags. I beg , implore and there’s nothing to be done. Pay extra for 2 extra bags, for what? Nothing. Lost about $75 altogether non refundable. SUCKS.

Cons: Plane was delayed for 1 hour, electrical problems, which were never fixed. No entertainment no wifi, unable to charge battery on cell phone. Cabin very warm.

Pros: The crew members were extremely helpful. It was a full flight and hard to find space for all the carry-on luggage, but an extremely helpful stewardess did a great job of finding space for my bag. She was attentive and friendly for the beverage service and really made me feel welcome.

Cons: Missed connecting flight from Miami. Only one flight per day. Had to take a flight to an alternative location, drive for an hour down the coast and take a ferry to my final destination.

Pros: There was an excellent selection of movies to choose from. The seats were pretty nice and clean and modern. A power outlet at every seat, and not just USB.
Cons: Flight was delayed due to paperwork and some people were racing to their connecting flights. Lots of turbulence. The seats seemed comfortable at first, but actually hurt my tailbone pretty quickly, while the 17 hour flight we took next did not. Tray tables are the folding kind and a bit awkward. We were in the last row by the bathrooms and our seats didn't recline at all. You had to pay for any kind of snacks other than a little bag of pretzels and a package of cookies. We were in one of the last two boarding sections, and the woman letting us on the plane tried to make us check out carry-on luggage, stating that the overhead bins were full. Well, we didn't want to be without our bags for the next 24 hours, so we argued and she let us "try" to bring them on. There was PLENTY of room back there! It's just the standard line they feed, apparently, so beware if you're sitting in the back of the plane!

Cons: No message to call with passengers with kids to board first or any military personnel boarding first.

Pros: Generally clean plane with good entertainment system and technology overall. Diabetic meal much better than in the past.
Cons: Didn't announce meal choices at the start so flight attendant had to repeat herself every. Single. Row. They forgot my diabetic meal on the last part them forgot to include cutlery and it took a long time to sort out but they were otherwise lovely.

Cons: I wish there was another option for a snack. There are many companies that would probably love to advertise through distribution to airline passengers.

Pros: Nice flight, great leg room, staff was friendly and flight was on time.

Pros: Due to a strong tailwind we arrived 45 minutes ahead of schedule. Great service with attentive attendants. However the plane was older than me, no real entertainment system or outlets to plug in smart devices.

Cons: The plane was dirty, the window had a leak, the TV was too far away and the sound system to watch the movie was broken. When the plane is in that poor of a condition, it's time to replace it. F.

Pros: Everything great. Rate food and entertainment moderate because there was no dinner, which we did not require, and we went to sleep so didn't pay attention to entertainment.

Pros: The flight crew was professional, friendly and competent. They served the dinner as early in the flight as possible.
Cons: This was a plane with central screens along the aisle, and the airline chose to broadcast a sci-fi action movie with almost constant flashing blue light, and violent action scenes. This was first of all a movie that many people, including me, would never choose to watch, but since it was on the aisle screens there was no getting away from it. It was also unsuitable for children, even without sound. But mainly, I object to the showing of any film in that situation - only aisle screens available, and on a night flight where most of the passengers are trying to sleep. I was awakened several times by the flashing lights. Other things: one of the bathrooms was not very clean, and the plane felt like the usual cattlecar, with just 3 seats on each side of the aisle, which is unusual and unpleasant for a transatlantic flight.

Cons: I do not like that I am missed my flight and got stuck in a city without any re-embersement. I usually use United, but decided to use American Airlines this time. Sleeping in an airport tonight. Thanks.

Cons: Their snacks were merely a cookie which was okay, but not what I would have wanted.

Cons: After everyone boarded they said they had a 2 hour delay and if you got off the plane your flight would be cancelled. After an hour of sitting on the plane they got everyone off so a different plane could board and take off and then everyone got back on the plane and continued to wait. We left 2.5 hours late and when we arrived at the destination the plane couldn't contact the tower?!?! So we waited another 30 mins...ridiculous, rude, and rather fly southwest

Pros: The crew were pleasant and friendly. They tried the best that they could given the circumstances.
Cons: My flights were delayed so I missed my connection. I had to fly a red-eye from San Fran to Boston getting in at 6AM with meetings that started at 10AM...had to BUY a day-pass at the Admirals Club (I feel this could have been provided as it was mechanical issues that caused the delays). THEN my trip from Boston home were delayed so they switched me to another flight and then THAT one was delayed twice so I actually got home later than if I had taken the original flight! Overall the flights really sucked!!

Cons: they were keeping delay, delay, and delay when I was on the aircraft. My flight was from BOS to PHL on June 13,2017 was delayed and cancel then they pushed me back. They pushed my flight back on the next morning and without any apologize or responsibilities for me and I have been sleeping in the AIRPORT all night! never go to this airline again! bad and worst airlines ever!!!

Pros: Flight crew somehow noticed that we had someone in our party who could use some extra consideration. They pre boarded us as a result! They were also extra considerate during the flight.

Cons: From the get go it was an awful experience ... I travel with an emotional support animal as does my husband because we don't do well with flying. I have anxiety to the max about it & my husband gets ulcerative colitis flare ups any time he's stressed out which is usually while we fly and having our dogs with us turkey makes us feel better. When I called to tell them over the phone we would have our emotional support animal I got an attitude as if I hadn't been doing this for the last 4 years. She reiterated to me that we needed in addition to the letterhead from the doctor a form filled out (which we both did ) . Brought to the airport and sit had to sit at the counter like the girl didn't know what she was doing. Fast forward to finally getting to the gate after being stressed and our flight was delayed. This now only made our 50 min layover in DC 20 min by the time we landed. We ran from one gate to the next hoping we wouldn't miss our flight and when we got there they wouldn't let us on the plane saying things like "your dogs are not on this flight" "there is no documentation" "well then you must not have the right paperwork" ... in front of a bunch of people in line, out of breath, and now embarrassed I am forced to take out my folder and give them all the paperwork I had just given to the customer service desk before our first flight. They let everyone on the plane and still made us stand there and finally said "just go but your dogs aren't on this flight". Fast forward AGAIN to sitting on the flight the flight attendant comes over and says "guys where's you carrier the dogs need to be under the seats" .. we peoceeded again to explain for the seventh time that they were emotional support animals ... she then proceeded "no they are not they are not even listed on this flight" at this point I'm EXTREMLY embarrassed because people on the plane are paying attention and drawing attention to us but not only that ... I have been doing this for years .. I ALWAYS have the proper documentation as does my husband and we have never ran into this kind of disappointment and embarrassment from any airline until now. I was so stressed out to begin with and this deffinately didn't help ... nor did it make us wants to fly on American again. I felt pushed aside, embarrassed, and belittled by multiples employees ... all because the first employee clearly made a mistake and didn't document things correctly ... that should have never been put on us .

Pros: The airplane had screens that tracked the flight progress, which was nice once we finally left.
Cons: The delay leaving Boston caused me major ground transportation problems in Philadelphia. Also boarding agents did a lousy job getting people to check their carry on bags, knowing with a full flight they wouldn't have room. This further delayed take off.

Cons: One of the few things SouthWest, Alaska & United did was the proper queuing of people to get into the plane. AA is a free for all - those who follow regulations will fall behind. In this flight from Boston to LAX - I heard there were 80 Priority checking - are you kidding me. Group 1 does not help if I have 80 Priority seating and one family took 12 people in with one elderly. It's good to place Elderly and Military up front first - but to take the Whole entire family - that's not fair - you have 8 able bodies who should be in line with the rest of the crowd. Also who heard of 80 Priority check ins - normally, that's Group 1. Never flying AA unless I a desperate.

Pros: Good experience all around.
Cons: 15 minutes late. No big deal though

Pros: Good crew, very pleasant and professional.
Cons: The three and a half hour delay was not great, but since it was due to weather issues in Chicago, certainly not the airlines fault. However, the communication about the delay was terrible. There was nobody and the gate, so we were relying on automated notifications from the airline. They kept pushing it later by 30 - 45 minutes at a time. We could have gone to the airport much later but just didn't know that.

Cons: The pilots did not show up for my flight after my other connecting flight was delayed and a previous fkight had been cancelled.
