In general Iberia and level are short staffed and unorganized. If you're willing to deal with this, it's an affordable option and they'll get you from A to B."

Cons: "Ticket had no info on baggage allowance. Got charged $55 for one piece. Website has glitches that would not save passport info. Flight attendant did nothing. Did not ask people to have their seats upright during landing. No food or even water for a 7 hour flight unless you pay. Seat uncomfortable. Horrible experience."

There was an onscreen ordering option, but for the entire flight it said "this service is temporarily closed". They didn't have a beverage cart. Not even water or coffee. I couldn't even get a cup of water to swallow some ibuprofen and an allergy pill (somebody brought a companion cat, I suspect, quite near to me). No food or water on an international flight across the Atlantic??? You've got to be kidding me -- that's gotta be close to illegal, not providing any means of hydration. But it's certainly cheap, mean, and unacceptable. Pathetic, too."

Cons: "I’ve never had such a bad meal on a plane. I don’t expect fine dining but I felt sick to my stomach afterward. My flight sat in by the tarmac for an hour. I only made my connection because that flight was also an hour late. Boarding was really chaotic."

Cons: "I came with a friend. At first we were given 2 boarding passes, both with my name. We continued to security where they found the problem. We had to go back to the check-in counter and they reprinted boarding passes. This time names correct but both for the same seat. Only after a long while they were able to fix it. The Iberia crew barely spoke English. Overall - made mistakes, wasted a lot of our time."

Cons: "Logan Airport in Boston, Terminal E was so upsetting. There was NOBODY to help me. I arrived early because I am disabled. There should be somebody there at all times. Very distressing-=- me in a wheel chaiir with 2 suitcases and ZERO assistance. I felt helpless and sad."

Pros: "First time flying El Al. Hopefully my last. They delayed the flight to give three people - two of whom were ladies iver the age of fifty - intensive security screens. I was given one as well. They took my laptop, one of my pbones, my tanlet, and my headphones. This would havr neen bearable if El Al invested in its cabins, but that doesnt seem the case. The headphones provided were similar to models from the 90s (and worked just as well), there was no individual screen for entertainment, and the seats were exceedingly cramped. At least the Wi-Fi was free."

Tonight after I called they still don't have information on my luggage, and overall should have a better management, cause once I give my luggage to them, I expect them to care for it, that is implied on the customer service agreement."

Pros: "I had my reservations about Iberia air after reading reviews of them online so was surprised that my trip was pleasant. The food was actually one of the best I had in a while for an international flight and flight was on time. Service was courteous and prompt too, for the low price I couldn't have asked for more."
Cons: "I couldn't get my touch screen to work so didn't watch movies. But I also didn't bother to ask the stewardesses and just went to sleep. The seats were just the right size for me but can see ow it might be a problem for larger people. I'm guessing the seats are European size?"

Cons: "There were no vegetarian/pescatarian meals available so I literally ate bread rolls for dinner & the tv audio was broken. I paid $40 for 45 MB of WIFI so that I could work and the internet lasted about 10 minutes. i couldn't even send an email within that time. The tv screen itself kept flipping back down to the aisle. Finally, the temperature was freezing & the bathrooms were disgusting."

I also had tried to contact Iberia to order a special meal, but was not able to get through on the line even though I tried for several days. I also was not able to figure out how to order a meal on-line. I was disappointed with the choices of movies."

Cons: "Unable to get to connecting flight in time available - this itinerary should not be sold. wasted 4 hours in Madrid and my ride in Jerez wasted time also. Many people from my flight and others were in the same position."

Cons: "We paid $30 each way for extra legroom, but our seats did not provide it, and there were no empty seats available in the appropriate rows to correct the error. As happened before the airline pleaded a "change of aircraft" with no extra legroom seats. We were somewhat accommodated by being re-seated in the middle section with an empty seat between us, but this was not what we preferred or needed."

Pros: "My flight boarded easily, and left on time. The seats were comfortable, the food included a hot meal for dinner, and the entertainment available was varied. We even landed in Madrid a little early. Traveling is always trying, especially in coach. The Iberia experience was very pleasant."

Cons: "Despite asking the crew 3x, the TV in my seat did not work. Each time I asked it was like they were hearing it for the first time. They wrote down my seat number and never came back. Thankfully I had a book! The seats were horribly uncomfortable and my legs and behind went numb several times. The food was awful and I regret eating it as I had a stomachache for several hours."

Pros: "Not once have I had a positive experience on American Airlines. I actually booked this ticket 4 times before finally receiving a fully confirmed itinerary. Only to get on the plane in SLC and sit on the tarmac for 90 minutes causing me to miss my connecting flight. The replacement flights I again missed because American couldn't find anyone to give the travel voucher to an airport an hour away for the replacement flight they booked. I've never seen a more consistently incompetent company."
Cons: "On top of all of this, my bag is lost. I'm at my destination and have been for two days and American airlines all can't get me my luggage so I can start my vacation. This is the biggest joke of a company and I'm disgusted with their lack of accountability, responsibility for the problems they've caused and the insensitivity they've shown for their screw up."
