Sure their were bathrooms, but that's very inconvenient to have to use every time you touch something."

Cons: "The American Airlines app deleted the connecting flight after a Ground Stop delay caused us to arrive after its departure. We were “flying blind” trying to get set up as a standby for a subsequent flight. The process was stressful due to insufficient information."

Cons: "Put departure kept getting delayed"

Pros: "The pilot was fine and kept us informed. However, the rest of the crew was awful. Not friendly, did not smile. What poor example of American Airline employees. No food was available in the main cabin. This was a 6:30 p.m. flight and there should have been menu items available, not just pretzels"
Cons: "Crew and options for food. If I wanted pretzels, I would fly with Southwest. They have better service anyway."

Cons: "1. I was in seat 38 D. It was an aisle seat. There was no space to put my bag under the seat in front of me. There was some kind of box blocking where my bag would go. I barely had room for my feat. 2. There was odor coming from the bathrooms. The smell was worse before the plane took off."

Cons: "The flight from Charlotte to Jacksonville denied 4 passengers boarding due to a weight restriction being met during the boarding process. There were no more same day flights available and staff was confused about how to resolve the issue."

Pros: "Efficient and very nice crew. Great flight overall- Pilot pointed out when we were passing Greenland for an excellent aerial picture."

Cons: "The plane was delayed almost two hours and we had to deplane about a 3 minute walk to the airport in the rain. What I’ve come to expect from American Airlines unfortunately"

Cons: "My wife’s air vent was not working so we had to share. This flight was the worst of 3 during our trans-Atlantic travels despite being the shortest. I wish the previous pax had closed the shades to keep the a/c cool."

Cons: "Least favorite leg of the trip. The seats were super tight with very little room. The crew was the least friendly I have met. The food was the least pleasing I have ever had."

Pros: "I am handicapped so I was concerned about my walker and ability to use stairs etc. The crew on the plant and boarding area couldn’t have been more helpful. I was impressed by the comfortable seats and friendly stewardesses. After the plane landed the first officer went to get my walker so I didn’t have to wait."

Cons: "The flight was cancelled. Transferred to Delta Air Lines and had no problem.. American Airlines kept us in the JAN airport way too long without helping us. fortunately Delta had a flight."

Cons: "The ground crew was awful. After sizing my carry on and getting permission for my bag to go onboard I was stopped at the gate before boarding, the bag was re-sized and they made me check it in. I was very frustrated w their attitudes and overly rigid enforcement of the rules. In addition the boarding process was very confusing and unorganized. I don’t want to fly American ever again."

Cons: "I didnt like that we were an hour and a half delayed and we werent informed why. Then as I am trying to update my pickup person one of the crew members was really rude and I tried to explain and it didnt help. She was rude infront of all the passengers. Not planning to fly in AA anymore."

Cons: "The fact that it was a night flight and the lights were on 75% of the flight. They need to allow drinks to be an option."

Pros: "The flight was quite emty and instead of packing everyone in the same area, we all had a row for ourselves which was very enjoyable. Flight crew was very nice"
Cons: "The interview by a British Airway agent before the flight. I have been to the USA many times and I totally understand this type of interview, but the agent was aggressive, asking questions that were totally irrelevant. She did not even care about why I was going to the USA or where I was staying. Se was rude and I was really unpleased by her attitude saying it was British Airways way off doing interviews. Again I have had many interviews before flying to the USA, never been a bad exerience before"

Cons: "had to take another flight, ticket agent was able to change me to a different flight on JAL. however, JAL could not access the ticket info and ticket agent would not take my payment. result was missing that flight, ticket manager told me it's my fault and tough luck no refund. American airlines told me the same, ended up losing my money for the ticket purchase. i booked another new flight with another airline direct. worst experience in my life using kayak."

Pros: "The flight personnel was upbeat and friendly and we were on time. I was very glad I made the connection"
Cons: "That we were not offered even water. I was very thirsty from my run from gates B 13 to Gate E25"

Cons: "The a.c didn't work and it was really hott in the aircraft."

Cons: "Slight delay taking off due to lack of personnel at Jackson airport. They did not arrive until 600 AM. Flight was to leave at 550 AM"

Cons: "Flight cancelled, and the gate was understaffed, so it took forever to even get up to the counter to try arranging alternate flights. Also, the Kayak/Webjet tickets we were issued interfered with the process as the airline could not reissue us tickets directly. Moreover, one Kayak & Webjet got actively involved, they even tried to deny us passage on the alternate flights that American Airlines suggested. By the time we did make it up to the desk, everything was taken/full for the next few days & we have been struggling to make our overseas travel even possible ever since."

After a lot of arguing with the check in staff I was 'allowed' to purchase an upgrade to fist class. The Cusco checkin staff (except one) should be ashamed. The flight crew was fantastic."

Cabin crew disappears into their curtained enclave as soon as they can. No coach seats are comfortable overnight, and these definitely were not."
