Cons: "I had a tight connection, but made it to the gate in time. I walked down the jetway to what appeared to be a locked door, with no one there to guide me on how to board. It turns out there was a stairwell at the end of the jetway, which was to take me to a bus on the tarmac. This was very stressful."

Pros: "Wow. I have been flying American and United for years. Delta is friendly, competent, professsional and enjoyable. They treated us like friends instead of like cattle. It was great! Great job Delta. Oh, and for the first time in 50 years of flying my bags arrived sky first. Yes! They get it!"

Cons: "It was an old 767 that either needs to be gutted and redone, or sold to FedEx for cargo. The entertainment systems were relics from 2002, and barely worked. USB port, nope. Then they ran out of food and booze (wine mostly), so they made the nonrev employees go without, which was awkward gif the rest. But the kicker was that they lost my luggage. I told them that it hadn’t been boarded ten minutes prior to pushback. The Venice folks were very excited to be able to show me exactly where they list it (because of the RFID bag tags)... doesn’t do me much good... 10 miles away or 10,000 miles away, I still don’t have my “stuff”"

Cons: "When the passenger in front reclines their seat it was in my face The legroom wasn’t terrible but I had a hard time even reading since it was so close"

Cons: "I was not asked to check my bag, but there was no space for it so I had to take it back off after everyone boarded. No drink or food. Ground crew forgot to get bags at end of fliggt for those of us who checked at the gate. Had to wait quite a while."

Cons: "Flight delayed then gate was changed, while I was using lavatory and did not hear changes! Then boarding was confusing as the intercom wasn't working. Overall poor."

Pros: "The crew is always great. I liked the environment was cooler. It doesn't need to be refrigerator cold but keeping things on the cooler side is helpful."
Cons: "The boarding process is always horrible. Folks crowd the gate before their class is called. It creates anxiety and edginess. Never a good way to start a trip. While it always goes relatively quickly I feel it should be more organized and folks made to follow a system. Cramming right up against the ticket counter doesn't do anyone any good."

Cons: "Delta allowed us to board knowing of possible weather delays at the destination! Once on board the captain announced that we could not take off due to weather at the destination! Why didn't they let us just sit in the airport until Delta knew one way or another? Been sitting, trapped in the plane, no AC, no announcement from the flight crew. Could be waiting in relative comfort inside the airport!!"

Pros: "That a delta plane actually had seat back video screens- First delta flight ever that I've been on that did. But every ones screen froze up just over an hour into the flight."
Cons: "Even though the Atlanta to Toronto arrived 'early' I had barely 20 minutes to get to the other plane- I would not have made it with out the amazing staff of weather and the Toronto airport. I use a wheelchair and even zipping through as fast as I could I was 15 minutes late arriving at the gate. I booked this flight thinking I had at least and hour and a bit between flights. Thankfully others on my flight were also late so the Ottawa bound plane did not leave on time"

Pros: "The crew were AMAZING and made the flight so much better. Boarding was easy. I also love that the pilot acknowledged the Service men and women on our flight."
Cons: "The older plan didn't have some of the perks that I expected from Comfort +... No conformed headrest, no USB plugs... I paid extra for Comfort + and expected some of these things."
