Suitcases are being moved around right at people heads and more than once I've been hit and seen other people be hit in the head by a suitcase. Getting luggage in place used to be a simple and minor issue, now it occupies much of the time, energy, and attention of the cabin crew as well as the gate crew. I realize this is making money for Delta but the cost is being paid by people being hit in the head with luggage and the crew's unavailability to deal with other issues."

Delta was of very little help in assisting us in making a connecting flight. They could have at least helped with travel arrangements and provided us with a little food, a pillow and a blanket as we waited in their terminal for the next flight on their airline which was a several hour wait. I understand these things happen but the passengers didn't cause the problem and Delta needs to take care of people better if they expect to earn repeat business."

Cons: "We lost our whole vacation and had to pay for the plans fare twice because My last name was spelled wrong on our tickets and we were unable to use them because my passport didn’t match the name on the ticket. We had to rebook everything pay almost twice as much for the plane fare, our Lodi g cost more and our trip was delayed for two weeks. Vyama is blaming us for spelling our name wrong and claimes that it’s our fault this happened because everything is automated. There saying they don’t touch anything that we enter into the booking but somehow everything they claim we entered is now in all capital letters and the space between our first name and middle name is now gone and all run together. The coustomer service number gets you to someone in India. I have tried to get this addressed four times now at first they tried to place the responsibility on the airlines now us and they have hung up on me twice. Kayak has been worthless, they also just pass the responsibility on to someone else. We will never use them again ant I intend to make sure that this mess is put out in social media to hopefully keep others from having their travel plans ruined by their flawed system."

I have a two hour drive to the airport this gave me the option to leave home at 2:30am or go the night before and pay for a hotel. Flight was managed by DELTA who also did not care! Cons: "A passenger had to move because of an allergy to the "emotional support dog" in the seat next to her. They moved her before the rest of the flight had boarded, so the seating got messed up and took quite a bit of time to sort out. The flight crew seemed to be extremely put off by the whole scenario and couldn't seem to keep their displeasure professionally under control. I ended up volunteering to move because the passengers who caused the problem refused to bend. For all the crew's displeasure, they didn't handle the passengers, the passengers handled them."

It was obvious she was not willing to help and did not have a clue what she was doing thus I just logged the complaint and had by suitcase sorted out the San Francisco Airport. The luggage check in is no longer a service a customer is provided if 1) I have to pay to check one in. 2). I have to lug it around with me only to have no place to put it. 3) the amount of time it takes to get off and on the plane because the line backs up while everyone waits on prior passengers to get their luggage into or out of the overhead (some are too short, too weak, ot placed their overhead ten rows away). Yikes!"

There was someone at every stop wAitng on me with a wheel chair and they quickly got me to my next gate and also asked if I needed the rest room or wNted to stop and get a drink or food. Very very Attentive and friendly!"

Cons: "When I first purchased my ticket, I selected a seat, but my seat selection was not honored the day of the flight. I had to ask the agent for a seat assignment, but he did not help me. He told me to wait until my name was called for a seat assignment. After everyone was on the plane, I was still waiting for my name to be called. Finally, after multiple requests for assistance, I was given a seat and I was the last person to board the plane. Not pleasant at all. The flight was also delayed significantly. There was also an issue with my movie purchase. The movie I wanted to watch did not have audio for most of the movie."

I waited 8 hours before the flight took off. There no outlets anywhere...leaving customers at a disadvantage because with our delay, our electronics were all almost dead or dead. There were no food options. We were supposed to get a voucher, and I have not received it. Lastly, after waiting over 8 HOuRS, we still had to pay for snack and drink. I was ripped off and will not be flying with Frontier again."

Cons: "STL ticket counter was only staffed 2 hours before the flight -- which makes sense if they didn't have more flights, but the signs weren't big and complete enough for passengers to realize what was going on and how we would check our luggage. So we were standing around a bit confused. Once Frontier people showed up, it was fine. Also, coming back to STL, I had a 2 hr shuttle bus ride that was leaving 30 minutes after arrival, and although the plane arrived on time, the luggage didn't reach me until 37 minutes after, so I had to get a hotel room for the night. I don't know how luggage handling works, so maybe not Frontier's fault at all. 30 minutes isn't much time, but it was a direct flight, so I thought it would work."

I have serious health conditions and I couldn't even get water without paying $3 a bottle. It is disgusting to me that we are charged for flight and then charged for Refreshments during that flight. Any other Airline who charges for a seat to take you to your destination includes at least drinks and nuts for free but not you."

This very long delay made my trip unfeasible, forcing me to cancel my trip entirely, and my wife, having to shorten her stay in Florida by three days."

Cons: "The Frontier website was misleading. On check in it asked to pick a seat assignment, which were charged additional money for. I tried to undo the seat assignment (after I went and read their policy that it was optional.) So the website is fixed, that it can not be changed. So I called Frontier and after a 45 minute hold time was told options (seat assignment) can not be changed and I had to pay for it. This added $24 each way for a total of $48 additional charge. Also only a small carry on allowed. so that added an additional charge of $30. The seats don't recline even a little bit. as it was an Airbus and not a Boeing plane. not as comfortable as Boeing. Less padding in seat also."

The only plus is you have a reason why you weren't able to get any work done on a plane..."

The price appeared cheap and I had recently flown on Frontier on a package trip booked through Funjet Vacations so was aware that seats are small, not well padded, do not recline at all and have the world's smallest tray for your beverages."

Only if you are booked through Apple or Fun Jet are you allowed one free checked bag so beware! This increased the cost by at least $60 per person if you can keep it down to just one bag per person. If you want to pick your seat, or keep your family together on a flight, you have to pay extra, whereas every other airline, it's pretty much free. Because of this I was placed next to a 12 year old girl by herself in the very back row, thankfully the crew had enough sense to make sure to not let a grown stranger be in this position and moved me to a different seat, but had they allowed free seat choices, she could have sat next to her family and there would never be an issue. If you want a beverage on the flight and didn't pick up your own ahead of time, it will run you $3 while every other airline will give it to you as a complimentary service - meaning no charge. Their website touts that you're saving money on the flight cost by them charging these excessive fees, but I literally only saved $10 from the next highest flight price, ultimately running me $45 extra. Terrible business model."

When I got to the airport, there was a long line of people to check in, after about 30 minutes, a representative came out and said the flight was cancelled. No reason, no explanation. She said, "You can stand in line to reschedule to fly out tomorrow or you can call this number and someone will help you reschedule." Only the card that she handed everyone had a phone number on it that didn't work. The only flight out was 24 hours later. They refused to book anyone on another airline."

Cons: "Flight from KC to Las Vegas was cancelled on a Friday night with about one hour's notice. Spirit would only book passengers on their own next flight out...24 hours later. Weekend trips were ruined, hotel reservations paid for and abandoned. I took the refund. I did not book this flight for myself, and never would have. I've had bad enough experiences with Frontier, which rates three times better than Spirit for on-time and customer satisfaction. I heard a customer in the refund line of our cancelled flight say, "They do this about 25% of the time", likely a slight exaggeration. I asked how she knew. I asked why she continued to fly Spirit. "Oh I only fly Spirit when I don't actually have to be there," she said, referring to her destination. Sounds like a damned fine new motto for Spirit."

Asked to speak with a manager and was told she was too busy to talk to me and would decline my request anyway. Passengers hadn't even started boarding yet. There was no line in security and I could have been at my gate in less than 5 minutes. Instead I watched the passengers board the flight behind the glass partition and had to wait 1 whole day for the next flight, which also happened to be delayed. Worst airline ever!"
