Cons: "Three hour delay due to wiring issues, cramped seating that made it impossible to get even the most basic of maps, and our flight attendant was upset that we didn't notify them that we were vegans in advance. We didn't know that they had vegan options, and weren't upset about not eating the in-flight meals. She was much more upset about it than we were and it made me uncomfortable refusing the food that I knew I couldn't eat. Other passengers even asked us if we had eaten anything. It was almost embarrassing."

Cons: "I felt singled out by the gate agents for this leg of the flight. The gate agent called me out twice - once just to check if my carry on fit into the sample size container. Then she did it again when we were boarding. I know she knew she'd already asked me before. Because afterwards, she tried to play it off, laughing and saying "I'd already asked you, didn't it". My carry on fit with ease. There were people with larger suitcases all around me but she continuously singled me out."

Again, miss Emirates-this will be my last flight on Lufthansa!!!"

Cons: "My passport was stolen on the overnight train I took to get to the airport. It wasn't until I was off of the train that I went to grab my passport and credit card and realized my tiny little purse was gone. I had to rush to the US Embassy, get a new passport, and then rush back to the airport. I didn't arrive until 40 minutes after my flight had left and I was a nervous wreck. Unfortunately Lufthansa staff could not care less. The guy at the ticket counter even looked at my new urgent passport that had the issue date listed as today, so clearly this all had just happened as it was only 10:50am still. What did Lufthansa do? Well they told me if I wanted to fly out the same day, I would have to pay 2700 Euro additional! My jaw dropped and then he said I could fly out tomorrow for an additional 675 Euro instead. I was still in shock as I felt like I had just been taken advantage of with my stolen passport and credit card and now it's happening again. I asked if there was any way he could find something cheaper and he said that I paid so cheap for this flight that I would need to speak with the agency I booked with to help me out more and then he dismissed me. Let me have you know that I booked this fare during an amazing sale that Lufthansa was having and I booked it directly through their website and now it was being held against me. There was no offer to pay something like a $200 change your flight fee. Instead he let that plane leave with an empty seat because I didn't have the 2700 Euro to pay him. Here I was, alone, nervous, in a foreign country, and I had to get my thoughts together the best I could and I immediately started looking up my own flights. I ended up having to book a flight with a different company and just forfeiting any kind of credit that Lufthansa would have applied to their overly exorbitant priced flights. Good job Lufthansa for being the worst customer care service I have ever experienced... and I have flown over 20 airlines and over 100 flights."

Also, people were allowed to put their back packs in the over head so didn't leave much room for luggsge carry on. Flight attendants weren't helpful either. One just said that all carry on should be able to under the seat."

Late arrivals caused extra stress on Connections and We had to run across the airport to catch the connecting flight. Flight getting delayed both ways makes me rethink about LH Flights. I will be careful and wont like to travel on LH ."

I missed my flight, got no refund for it and got zero help in finding a solution to my problem. You could do better than that, Lufthansa."

I don't mind storing a bag under the seat but there's more stuff taking up legroom so it's hard to get the feet comfortable which is important for those longer flights."

How can they damage so many things in one fell swoop? This is a good quality Atlantic suitcase. Also, on the short flights, in this case Madrid to London, they are now charging for EVERYTHING...even water and coffee. They said it was a new policy as of 1/1/2018."

Cons: "Being seated at the rear of the plane. This was not the flight seat I chose and paid for at booking originally. Do not know what happened with that. I needed to make an international connection within an hour and half for boarding and was nearly the last off the plane. Made it just fine, but felt lucky airport seemed not so busy. I am not sure about pre-booking seats being worth it as my way home I did not seem to get any of them."

Really good touch screens for the entertainment system, with no need to have to dig my knuckles into the screen to get it to respond. Good movie selection too. Movies are also available before take off and even after landing. Acceptable white wine (Chenin Blanc). Food was also entirely acceptable."

Cons: "they canceled my flight and provided absolutely no help in getting me another flight. I was left stranded in the middle of Italy"

Pros: "Very little. BA customer service is brusque and focussed on getting rid of you as quickly as possible."
Cons: "Trolley service - aside from poor range, high prices & getting missed as they weren't interested in service...."

Pros: "The crew on the plane was super nice. They tried their best to keep us entertained, and hydrated in a hot environment"
Cons: "The plane didn't leave OMA gate for over an hour. A repair needed to be made, and there was a huge long delay in getting a hold of maintenance to fix it. Then there were problems with the fix. Once it was finally fixed, the paperwork had a mess up. We didn't leave until at least 2:52 pm. Then, when we landed, the elevator for the luggage that was valeted stopped working for 4 minutes. I was nearly late to my connection to Paris. Instead of a 1 hr 55 min layover in DFW, I had 7 minutes from the time I finally got my suitcase to the time I got to the other terminal to board."

Pros: "We started to board a bit late at Heathrow and finally took off 1 hr and 15 minutes late due to some technical malfunction. The flight attendants's supervisor was very rude. Everyone else I interacted with was nice."
