Flight attendants do not have passengers obey flight safety rules. Passengers roam around plane when seat belt light is on. Talk on phone all the way thru take off. Very weak on enforcement of safety requirements.

The cabin crew didn’t even ask us for water. We were yelled at by Anoop T working for indigo airlines at Trivandrum airport. He was drunk and unnecessarily charged us for baggage check in when clearly our tickets stated that no extra baggage charges are applicable. The third party through which we booed our flight generated 3 PNRs and Anoop claimed that he will charge us for baggage check in. He was impatient, rude and drunk.

When I tried multiple computers, the website said, system down. So I couldn't print my itinerary. Hence, when I got to the airport, they wouldn't let me in. After two hours of people telling me "No no no", someone finally figured out that kiwi had used some unique credit card number under my fellow passenger's name. I had struggled and argued for two hours. Finally someone knew and recognized the issue and helped us. In the nick of time, we were allowed on board.

We arrived at the counter 1:50 before scheduled departure. The queue took 55 minutes for us to reach the counter. We were told then we should have rushed the counter to clear the 1 hour hurdle. There was no approach by staff to warn the waiting queue to do this. We were given boarding passes and told to try our luck taking the luggage through security and try gate baggage check. We made the plane 20 minutes before scheduled departure

We arrived at the domestic airport initially because it was a flight from Ahmedabad to Mumbai (domestic). Took us a while to figure that out with the language barrier and lack of internet at the airport... next we took a rickshaw to the international airport which put us just passed 45 minutes early for the flight itself. Apparently that is the limit that we didn’t know about. So we were there 40 minutes early instead of 45 and they wouldn’t let us check in even though we only had carry ons with us. Next we had to buy another air India ticket 12 hours later to Mumbai which cost us 150 dollars per ticket and made us sit at the airport for the interim. Terrible experience for us... never using air India again!

Service was nice.

Comparing to recent businesses class flight on Emirates; Singapore airlines seat does not recline to flat bed. Boarded flight st 11pm and arrived at Singapore at 7am. Toiletries like tooth brush and paste, razor etc. were not provided. Emirates provides, so we did not pack in-flight.

Leading aborted close to runway, took of again before touchdown at Chennai, then turned around and landed safely after 15 minutes. No explanation by the crew.

For the price that we paid, it included 30kg baggage and refreshment (orange juice, water, coffee, a slice of pizza and a muffin) - it was worth it. The legroom is spacious, the seat was comfortable and the cabin crew was awesome. Flight was on time, check in was acceptable (considering people travelling from Bandung has a lot of check in baggage due to shopping).

Seems like Malindo is starting to degrading the service quality. The flight I took before: they change the airplane to batik which was worse with no entertainment, smaller seat pitch, etc. I book Malindo for a reason and paid for what expected using Malindo!! If they had to change the plane they should've given better one or given back compensation to passengers! Now this flight, they didn't activate the entertainment till way later and turned off way too early. They didn't give any earphone as supposed to. Malindo's service has become bad.

Two MH flights I took were 1 hour and 2 hours late. The latter resulted in missing connection to BKK and another flight to TPE. I got stuck in Kuala Lumpur for the night and they booked me a resort that was 30-40 min drive from the airport. How are all of these reasonable?!

Check in was fast and we'll managed. Flight crew is very friendly (seems to be a company-wide thing as they were friendly on another flight we took with Jet later in our India trip).

Seats have horrible pitch. Meal isn't very good. Didn't know I had to prepay for luggage because the Jet website said tickets for standalone journeys in india issued in the US had an allowance of 23kg but when I checked in they said this was not correct and I had to separately pay for luggage. A pretty negative surprise.

This might be quite standard to non-budget airlines but still worth mentioning. 30kg check-in luggage per passenger is generous.

1. Nobody checked for handphone usage AFTER broadcasting that handphones should be switched off or on flight mode. The passenger sitting next to me (and some others sitting elsewhere) kept talking on the phone. 2. During the flight, one of the overhead storage was opened (obviously by someone without closing it) for at least 15 minutes without being noticed by the crew. Not even when the air-stewardesses inching forward to serve food towards the storage. Only when they were right underneath it did one notice in surprise and close it. 3. Quite a lot of the entertainment systems were either not working properly or broken.

Proper information about status of delay

We arrived at the domestic airport initially because it was a flight from Ahmedabad to Mumbai (domestic). Took us a while to figure that out with the language barrier and lack of internet at the airport... next we took a rickshaw to the international airport which put us just passed 45 minutes early for the flight itself. Apparently that is the limit that we didn’t know about. So we were there 40 minutes early instead of 45 and they wouldn’t let us check in even though we only had carry ons with us. Next we had to buy another air India ticket 12 hours later to Mumbai which cost us 150 dollars per ticket and made us sit at the airport for the interim. Terrible experience for us... never using air India again!

Average length leg room and a decently spiced meal on only a three hour flight.

No entertainment, plugs or anything to note about the airline experience.

@jetairways delayed flight random gate change and then queueing up guests for eternity from the aircraft till the aero bridge that’s the service we can expect from you #9w815 ...punching boarding sequence in the system just in time is not an achievement anyways
