They ran out of food.
Food quality was poor.
Going to India from Houston flight delay 2.5 hr Tight connection 2 hr at Doha to Chennai. But the crew waited for the US passengers. International flight both ways drinks are restricted / limited. Whiskey they give only one shot. Sour throat and cough little more could have been better. Totally they limit on hot drinks.
The flight was rescheduled by 6 hrs delay and no accommodation provided. also the connecting flight from India to Doha was minimum basic comfort level.
Food was not good and entertainment was also not updated The cleanliness was good and service was good
The flight doesn’t have usb ports to charge or no wifi. Looks really old aircraft. Didn’t feel safe
Food gave us for my wife tofu for vegetarian not everyone eat that food. I gave my meal to her. I picked food non-vegetarian and wife picked vegetarian, we both got vegetarian sandwiches. Food service bad.

However, they said that my final destination place won't accept my test. rather me waiting on the line that was not moving ahead at all, I could have sort things out some way. Need more counters. Doha airport has majority of Indian national personell at check in and luggage checkins. They have to learn some manners and be polite with people. Cons: "(1) Was about to miss flight because originally my flight booking was from Benazir International Airport Islamabad but t the time of flight I boarded from a different and new airport in Islamabad which had become operational in Islamabad in the last week of April 2018 . My flight was on 10th May 2018 from Islamabad to Doha to Chicago but neither my online booking site ( Kayak ) not Qatar Airways sent any notification that my Boarding was changed from Banzir International Airport to the newer, bigger airport. Consequently , on the day of flight, I went to check in and board from the Bnazir International Airport but upon reaching the airport I was told that the airport was no more in operation. I was surprised to hear that all flights were to be from the newer airport. By the time I rerouted my taxi to the new airport I was already late for my flight but fortunately the flight from Islamabad to Doha, Qatar was delayed and I made it to the boarding time and flew to Doha , Qatar and then to Chicago."

I and a random group of passengers were made to wait with no explanation AFTER our electronics were already cleared to go through yet another security check. They said we were selected for screening but all the other people they took before us were screened the exact same way. It was stressful and traumatizing to stand for 45 minutes with no clear explanation. The crew were clearly new at their job or ill trained. On top of that they consistently ran out of food they were serving and was forced to take the vegetarian option when it's not what I wanted. I could not wait to leave Doha and exit Qatar airways. I hated my experience traveling with Qatar. It was stressful and traumatic. I want a full refund. I will also be advising all my friends to never fly Qatar. It was the WORST!"

They booked me a short stay in a hotel at no extra charge. This included a car and driver to and from the hotel. It was a nice hotel close to the airport."

So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."

As a result we had to wait until all the passengers got off the plane to get back our luggage and we were the last two passengers to get off. Unpleasant!"

The gate crew in Paris was HORRIBLE. I purchased a Premium Economy seat and was "involuntarily downgraded" to regular economy, splitting up my family. There was no apology and they were very rude. And then they subjected me to an additional security check. When I asked about a refund for the difference, they simply said, "check with the ticket agent in LA when you get there." But due to flight delays, we didn't get to the ticket counter until 11 p.m. and they couldn't help me. The flight crew was astonished this had happened, and they tried to be helpful. But the whole experience was pretty lousy.

So everyone after that had to gate check. When I boarded there were at least 8 empty bins and I had not even gotten to my seat in row 22. The gate agent lied and slowed down the entire boarding process because she want to win a fight and show dominance over a passenger."

Once i land I rush to my gate because I only have 20 minutes before they start boarding ; I get to the gate and have to wait almost an hour. At this point I still havent eaten because I am waiting around by the gate and the attendants are not communicating any information. Then they finally tell us that the reason the fligt hasnt boarded was because the flight attendant misplaced her luggage in the previous flight and was waiting to arrive to the terminal. Now how is that my issue? American Airlines needs to do better!"
Pros: "honestly, all I can say is that I like that I arrived...? eventually? four and a half hours later than we were promised, despite the beautiful weather?"
Cons: "I didn't like that American Airlines had not staffed our flight, so we waited for 4.5 hours for a flight attendant who would be able to complete the flight crew so we could leave. They kept delaying the flight, 5 minutes at a time, for 4.5 hours. It flew out of LGA, it was a 9pm flight. The airport food sources were closed, and AA kept us until 1am-- no food, no internet, and, because LGA has terrible cell reception, no phone service. Once we got on the plane, everyone was really hungry, and the plane had no snacks. No entertainment because the TV system was broken. It was just a miserable experience. I regret trying to save $20 by booking that flight. I have had nothing but terrile experiences on American Airlines-- NEVER AGAIN."

I WILL TRY NOT TO FLY IN AA AGAIN."
Cons: "When the pilot took off at LGA he said "everyone here is trying to take off at the same time" so we'd be delayed by 30 min. Not once was there a mention of any other reason. By the time we got to DC I had JUST missed my connecting flight. It was listed nowhere on the departures screen and I realized I had to take an outdoor bus to the other half of the "c" terminal which was very confusing. I got there and had missed the connecting flight and stand in line for 20 min for someone to tell me that I would be stuck in DC overnight. At this point rain had started pouring and they told me that because my mishap was due to weather they would provide no meal or hotel voucher. Weather was not the issue and I was stuck in DC overnight by myself and not compensated for hotels or meals."

Coming back was worse after multiple delays, they cancelled the flight. they put me on a flight for next day with 2 connections which will reach ny almost 20 hrs later, no aplogises, no hotel room. After more calls put me in another United flight later that night which also finally got cancelled. I had to book a new flight with delta and paid $460 on the spot for that. Still awaiting my refund from American for the return leg which was cancelled and left a lady traveling alone stranded at Detroit airport in the night. Apology or compensation -- forget it, you will never get that! Only now if they can refund my cancelled flight..."

Cons: "PLANE WAS DELAYED TWICE FOR ENGINEERING ISSUES THEN ONCE WE GOT ON THE PLANE AND IT TOOK OFF, THEY SAID WE WOULD HAVE TO FLY BACK BECAUSE THE TIRE WAS MESSED UP, THEN THEY SAID WE WOULD HAVE TO STAY IN THE SKY FOR ONE HOUR TO LET OUT SOME FUEL-WHICH TURNED INTO TWO HOURS, THEN WE WENT BACK AND JUST KEPT GETTING ANNOYED, THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO GIVE US ANOTHER FLIGHT,THEY NEVER DID- THEY GAVE ME NO OPTION OTHER THAN TO STAY IN A NASTY HOTEL, AND GIVE ME A FLIGHT FOR THE NEXT DAY. I MISSED TWO SHIFTS AT WORK, TWO SHIFTS FOR ME IS $500. NEVER AGAIN."

They were very inconsiderate of us in coach. First class was more important. All we got was a drink and crackers after 2 hours of sitting on the runway"

The flight attendants were ok, but the boarding crew was terrible and unbelievably unhelpful. I asked a staff member at check in if i needed to check my bag and he seemed really annoyed by my question, and refused to be of any help. Wow! He was so unbelievably rude. I ended up paying $25 to check a bag I didn't need to check. I was so disappointed. In the future, I think I will try to avoid flying AA."

There were no updates from the desk leading up to 9:15pm - we were subsequently informed that the crew for the flight was at a different terminal in the airport and would arrive within 40 minutes. There was no update to the display board of the anticipated boarding time or arrival. Limited and poor communication overall. Once ready to board, the desk attendants insisted passengers check their bags because it would be "faster" since it wasn't certain if there would be sufficient overhead space. There was extra overhead space and we ended up having to wait 45 minutes for our luggage (small backpacks) upon arriving at midnight thanks to this desk attendant's short-sighted decision making. I will avoid American Airlines at all costs after this experience."
They lost most of our luggage. Had to go back to Airport to Pick it up ourselves later that night in the pouring rain in a cab as delivery would be two days at least they said. First class boarding not regulated and it was chaotic en masse mess. Check in and gates in Miami were disorganized and dirty and crowded, no order followed. Food on plane in first class was terrible….chicken like shoe leather, wilted shrimp. The staff was polite but many of them were clueless. Deplaning was a wrestling match with some Passengers shoving and pushing to leave when we were delayed and gate wasn’t ready for door Opening. Not recommended.
I have not made it to Istanbul yet. After waiting 3 hours to talk to someone in Heathrow Airport I was rebooked with a layover for the next day.

I didn't use the online entertainment as I had my kindle with me but my daughter said hers was good with a lot of choices. Food a bit too spicy for me but everyone else seemed to love it and I'm very picky and plain with what I eat. Loved the foot rests on the seats. Can;t complain. I'd use them again."

The little touches like being greeted with a glass of wine or water, having proper silverware with the main meal really mitigate the general misery of long haul flying. The main meal is really quite delicious as well. You also get provided with socks, toothbrush, mask and nice headphones."
Cons: "Honestly, the seats are really quite hard and could use a little more padding! They give you a little cushion which I ended up sitting on to relieve pressure on my tailbone. The coffee that came with the box lunch was fine but if you wanted cream you were out of luck. Instead a tiny amount of milk was provided. At least you got some caffeine!"

Cons: "Seven hours before my flight, I got an email from British Airways saying my flight was cancelled and I had been rebooked on a flight the next day. I called them immediately and was told the flight was cancelled because of inclement weather on the route. I checked the national weather advisory and saw no such weather alert. The service rep at BA told me there was "absolutely nothing" she could do, at which point I asked for a manager. I waited for almost 30 minutes, and once the manager came on I was put on a flight that same night, on a different airline. If I hadn't pushed back and demanded a more reasonable accommodation, they would have done nothing to right their wrong. For this reason I am extremely unhappy with my experience with British Airways."
