Cons: No entertainment screen and no free wifi. They let you sign in to their entertainment on the phone, but first of all the screen is small and it drains the battery of the phone and not comfortable. It would be great to have screens in all airplanes. Also, they give a pretzel and a bottle water, no other snacks and soft drinks are available.

Cons: The American Airlines crew in Houston gave multiple people the wrong information regarding checked luggage for our connecting flight. Because the flight from NYC was over an hour delayed and the misinformation, several people missed the connecting flight. Hobby closes at a certain hour so I now have to wait until tomorrow morning to retrieve my carry on luggage the American Airlines MADE me check because of the group I was in. I called American Aurlines customer service line and they were not helpful. I will never fly American again.

Cons: AA cancel flights recurringly and has no ability to help their customers. Got I flight cancelled yesterday, and was move to another flight later (10:30pm) that supposed to leave ate (3:30pm). After several delays, they started boarding us at 1:00am, but the boarding process so messy and confuse, the plane couldn’t took off before 1:40 by 1 minute and they had to cancel the flight with 200 people inside the plane. An absurd! Flight was rescheduled to today at 10am and obviously took off 1h delayed because AA can't organize simple things to expedite the boarding process.

Pros: The boarding process was great and speedy. They had us all on the plane and we were pushing back prior to the take off time because they already had us all on board. The flight was smooth, and we landed in Charlotte early. Can’t beat that!
Cons: The crew felt a bit standoffish and I felt like I couldn’t have asked them something if I wanted it, which, thankfully I didn’t.

Cons: Didn't like getting herded onto a shuttle bus where most people had to stand packed in like sardines, only to idle for 15 minutes and drive in a circle back to the gate because there was something wrong with the plane. Then the ambiguous delay that lasted three hours.

Cons: The gate agent made us starting in boarding group 6 out of 9 to check sizes of bags in the size box and she got into a verbal fight with another passenger. One guy told her she could board but the gate agent said no it didn't fit and she couldn't board. Then the agent claimed she had to gate check her bag and claimed there were no overhead spaces left. So everyone after that had to gate check. When I boarded there were at least 8 empty bins and I had not even gotten to my seat in row 22. The gate agent lied and slowed down the entire boarding process because she want to win a fight and show dominance over a passenger.

Cons: I was traveling with the exact same size suitcase I’ve probably traveled with as a carry on for at least 50 prior flights, and the boarding agent insisted it was too large. I am a very petite woman, and so when I carry a normal size bag, it can look large by comparison to my body. Further, the flight was 1/3 empty and had plenty of overhead space even once the plane was completely boarded. I am sorely offended based on the discrimination I suggested simply because I am short of stature.

Pros: Never again. I had a connecting flight with a one hour layover and almost missed it. The plane to charlotte was very late boarding. Once i land I rush to my gate because I only have 20 minutes before they start boarding ; I get to the gate and have to wait almost an hour. At this point I still havent eaten because I am waiting around by the gate and the attendants are not communicating any information. Then they finally tell us that the reason the fligt hasnt boarded was because the flight attendant misplaced her luggage in the previous flight and was waiting to arrive to the terminal. Now how is that my issue? American Airlines needs to do better!

Pros: honestly, all I can say is that I like that I arrived...? eventually? four and a half hours later than we were promised, despite the beautiful weather?
Cons: I didn't like that American Airlines had not staffed our flight, so we waited for 4.5 hours for a flight attendant who would be able to complete the flight crew so we could leave. They kept delaying the flight, 5 minutes at a time, for 4.5 hours. It flew out of LGA, it was a 9pm flight. The airport food sources were closed, and AA kept us until 1am-- no food, no internet, and, because LGA has terrible cell reception, no phone service. Once we got on the plane, everyone was really hungry, and the plane had no snacks. No entertainment because the TV system was broken. It was just a miserable experience. I regret trying to save $20 by booking that flight. I have had nothing but terrile experiences on American Airlines-- NEVER AGAIN.

Cons: The kiosk had no where to enter my DoD number to get precheck. There was also no option to select military baggage. Due to the lack of options on the kiosk I had to wait in the customer service line for almost an hour. The flight was fine. Then my baggage turned out to be flying on a much later flight so it has to be shipped to me. I am very unsatisfied and disappointed with this airline.

Pros: Excellent aircraft. EJR190. Not big but very comfortable aircraft. AA has decided to give actual leg room. Nice experience even in the back of the aircraft.
Cons: AA needs to work on boarding logistics at LaGuardia. It's confusing to have to shuttle across the tarmac to another terminal. If the flight times had been closer I would not have arrived in time to board.

Cons: When the pilot took off at LGA he said "everyone here is trying to take off at the same time" so we'd be delayed by 30 min. Not once was there a mention of any other reason. By the time we got to DC I had JUST missed my connecting flight. It was listed nowhere on the departures screen and I realized I had to take an outdoor bus to the other half of the "c" terminal which was very confusing. I got there and had missed the connecting flight and stand in line for 20 min for someone to tell me that I would be stuck in DC overnight. At this point rain had started pouring and they told me that because my mishap was due to weather they would provide no meal or hotel voucher. Weather was not the issue and I was stuck in DC overnight by myself and not compensated for hotels or meals.

Some type of notification about needing a passport that expires more than 6 months after your retrun date would be nice, either from the airline or from kayak, since you already send so many emails anyway. This would be super easy for you to do and save a lot of people a lot of hastle, since many do not know about this pretty counterintuitive restriction. Anyway, Iberia offered to rebook me the following day and put me on standby for the next flight to give me the morning to renew my passport. However when I came back to check in for the second flight, the original attendant had forgotten to actually add me to the standby list and in the meantime, my connecting flight had become overbooked. The check-in folks argued about whether I could be upgraded to fit onto this flight, but decided that since the original dely was my fault, the best they could offer was a flight at the same time the following day. I asked if I could rebook my return flight to push it back a day, and they told me that figure reservations could only be changed over the phone. I totally accept that monitoring the validity of my passport is my responsibility, but refusing to put in an ounce of effort to assist their customers with relatively unknown and counterintuitive restrictions, then not admitting to fault of your own or lifting a finger to make up for blatantly crappy service if it even slightly affects their bottom line is absurd. Do better, Iberia. Oh wait, you're an airline. I won't hold my breath.

Pros: Saving grace: movie selection much better than expected. Food a bit better than expected (in the world of airline food). Crew capable & nice enough. We got to our destination on time, so at least there’s that.
Cons: Boarding @ JFK was a joke. That part of airport is currently under construction, so massive # of ppl & not enough room for everyone. Once on plane, all reasonably good until we reached altitude & settled in for the evening. At that point, for some reason the heat came on between rows 39 & 46 (we were in row 45) & was on all. night. long. on an overnight flight. Crew was baffled & didn’t know how to fix. I was melting & miserable — impossible to sleep. Cramped, basic economy seats. Awful experience.

Cons: JFK-Madrid flight got delayed by 3 hours which would cause me to miss my connection for Madrid-Split (~2 hour layover), I asked the Iberia representatives at JFK about changing the flight and they reassured me that “the connecting flight would hold for us” and “no need to change our flight”. To our surprise the connecting flight already left when we arrived to Madrid. It’s clear that this was a case of “not our problem” from the JFK Iberia ticket agent. Rather than helping us find a viable alternative for our flight (namely a flight that doesn’t arrive more than a full day later) before leaving for Madrid they shipped us to Madrid where there were poor/no options for getting to Split at the original planned time. I’m very upset that I’m going arrive more than a day late to my destination and that I was blatantly lied to by the Iberia agent at JFK, never ever going to book a flight with Iberia again.

Cons: Yo me sentí mal con la displicente atención del auxiliar de vuelo. El no quiso ayudarme a poner mi equipaje de mano en el compartimiento encima de mi asiento. Dijo que si el levantaba esa maleta el podía dañar su espalda.. y el seguro no lo atenderia.. le dije al señor que yo había solicitado asistencia.. pero el dijo que para otra vez, pusiera mi equipaje en carga.. un pasajero vecino de mi asiento al ver la negativa actitud de ese señor.. levantó mi equipaje y me ayudó. Yo soy viajero frecuente de Iberia y se que una mala actitud no hará cambiar mi preferencia.

No one told me beforehand so I waited in line at the BA line for about 20 mins and was told by the ticket agent to go to Iberia instead. Also, two medium delays. Not major but I did feel like I spent more time on the plane than I should have

Cons: Airline personnel were not helpful and seemed annoyed when asked questions about a very tight connection I was trying to make in Madrid. They brushed off my questions with one word answers and then it turned out that we were 10 minutes late arriving and I missed my connection. The customer service people who were supposed to re-book me, actually tried to blame me for missing the connection! Overall, not a great experience -- very inefficient process with no one at the airline taking responsibility. Won't fly again if I have the choice.

Cons: The seats are cramped, no leg room. The passenger in front of me reclined her seat and spent the majority of the flight in my lap. The temperature on the plane was hot. if you're in an aisle seat you might feel the air conditioner but not if you're in the center of the row. There are not air vents above the seats. This was a long flight to be miserable.

Pros: This was a good flight with good service and a nice crew. It was especially nice to have actual silverware to use for the meal.
Cons: Changing terminals in New Yory was challenging because the route was not clearly marked. They did not honor the on-line boarding passes, so I had to go to the counter to reprint the boarding passes and then go through security again. I also would have preferred a clean blanket once I got on board. The flight attendants seemed hesitant to speak to me in Spanish, which I speak pretty well and they also seemd uncomfortable talking to me in English, which is my native tongue. This made it hard to interact with them in my normal good natured way.

Cons: Flight was significantly delayed. During this time, there was no air conditioning and it was extremely warm in the plane. Crew provided no guidance on connections at any point during flight.

Cons: There was very little legroom in economy class. I was thinking for an overseas flight the would be more than 31 inches pitch of legroom, Mabye the can work on that on such a big plane.

Cons: Due to delay of previous flight I missed my connection for which I had a 3 hour layover prior to delays. I was put on another flight out of LGA upon arrival but was not given a travel voucher even though I was told tmi had one in my envelope. Trying to get someone to issue a voucher almost made me miss my new connection.

Pros: Reclination system, closer and closer to the AVE, is an advantage. Although still to improve how not to disturb the passenger behind you.

Cons: The internet was very, very expensive! $35 for very very slow internet that didn't work half of the time. Also, before I departed from the US, the customer service rep at JFK made me purchase a refundable plane ticket for $2500, and charged me a non refundable fee of $35 for booking the flight for me ( I asked how to do it via the Iberia website on my phone and she refused to help me, and the website makes it extremely not obvious how to book a refundable flight). She said because my flight was one way to Europe I had to have an onward flight, even though I was traveling by car outside of Europe. She said that they would ask me for it at customs when I arrived in Europe. Well they have never asked me for this before, and they did not ask me this time either when I arrived, so this whole exercise was pointless. When I called to get my ticket refunded, they also charged me a $25 fee for refunding the ticket, which the agent in NY did not tell me about. So I just ate $60 for no reason. In addition, the customer service person was very rude about the whole thing.

Pros: Smooth, more food than I've had in the past on united, everyone was friendly, everything seemed clean, smooth take off and landing!

Cons: The airline put me on standby for my connecting flight without telling me at anypoint until I was at the gate. I lost a day of vacation and instead had to wait in Madrid for 4hrs, fly to a neighboring city, and then take 2hr bus to my final destination.

Cons: Personal video screen froze and didnt work...chicken meal was too salty. Britisk airways cancelled our return transatlantic flight LGW to JFK and the Iberia (one world) representative Alicante airport could not help us getting on another flight we now are landing in LGW and have to transfer to LHR at iour own expense and are getting to J FK almost 4 hour later than scheduled...spenrt over 40 minutes on phone with British airways at international cell phone rates which also cost us a fortune

Cons: We were in JFK for over 24 hours being lied to and being promised that our flight to Madrid although late would leave that day. We were changed from boarding door to boarding door, we were told that there were no hotel rooms available in New York that they could place us in and told that they were testing a plane and as soon as it was confirmed it could fly we would be on it. At approx. 1am or a little after we (the passengers) from the flight were located at boarding door 7 and they brought an Iberia plane right by the windows in hopes that we would be put at ease at the sight of a possible flight only to find out that there are no flights out of JFK after 1am. The lies they told and or lack of truths was very frustrating

Would have liked to have had some options, like actually booking my flight so maybe I could have explored Madrid on my 9 hour layover after missing my flight by 4 minutes. And then they kept me shuttling back and forth while doing this. I went through security 4 times.

Cons: The air conditioning was not working correctly, they opened the door during boarding to allow for some relief. ??? It was just uncomfortable. Another thing which is terribly annoying is the touch screen entertainment on the back of the seat. Who in their right mind invented this? What happens when you have a inconsiderate person playing games behind you tapping your seat back like they are playing the xylophone? Ridiculous! People have lost their ability to be respectful, so please get rid of this and put the controls someplace else. This goes for all airlines. Thanks.

Cons: They kept delaying the flight and then cancelled. I had to take uber to Penn Station and then AmTrack to Union Station. Otherwise I would not have gotten back until over 24 hours later the next day. So, in the end I had to spend over $200 more to get home. I really have never had a good experience flying Iberia.

Cons: There was bad weather which understandably caused delays, however the communication during this eventual 16 hour delay was horrendous. We were told for the first two hours that we would be delayed each hour and then they would make a decision to delay another hour. This went on for 4 hours (the last two hours of which we did not receive any updates). The flight was originally scheduled to leave at 8:10. At 12:30am we were told our plane was at the gate and being prepared for us to board and the agent giving announcements said we were "guaranteed to leave TONIGHT". At 1am we were told that unfortunately the plane got to the gate just a bit too late and not the crew are not legally allowed to fly and the flight would be pushed back until 8am. At the time, I thought 7 hours was strange and I'd assume the crew would need more like 8-10 hours to rest. Unfortunately because we were told so late, all hotels were booked up. I live in NYC and would've gone home for the night however because we needed to be back by 6am (what the agent suggested), there seemed no point in leaving. We were not provided with any pillows or blankets until 4 in the morning. At 6am the next morning, we were told the crew needed "more rest time" and that our new departure time would be 9:30. How is it that the crew now needs more time? Shouldn't that have been figured out at 1am? Before we board, one of the agents thinks they will "lighten the mood" with the following comment - "Who would've thought a little bad weather would've caused this?" Absolutely not a time for jokes and people were very angry. We finally board for what we think is finally a 9:30am take off. No - now two new issues - 1, the co pilot is late (LATE? how can you be late when a flight has been delayed 16 hours) and 2, they needed to remove package from the plane for people who were no longer taking this flight. In the end, we took off around 11:30am which messed up a lot of peoples connecting flights, pick ups at the airport, etc. I will never fly this airline again.

Cons: We took the red eye and there were children that would not stop screaming and crying. This was not your usual crying infant. These children were able to speak. The crew did nothing about it and let these children yell and scream as they played games on the provided tv. Most of the people on the flight were displeased by this family that made so much noise.

Pros: Extremely disapointed of the way i had to find what airline was in charge of the flight. I almost missed it. I had to ask 3 different airlines, nobody could help me, i had to change terminal. Cons: When I booked my flight I was never asked if I wanted to include a piece of luggage so I assumed it was covered, and then I got charged $120 for it at the check-in desk. No apologies whatsoever from the lady, who was pretty rude. I will never fly with them again since the service is not great and this charge made the overall cost of the trip more expensive than traveling with a better airline.

Cons: The service was Appalling, this is supposed to be an international flight, I asked numerous times for the WiFi as there is no entertainment on a long haul flight. I asked for water and wine and was more than happy to pay the staff kept telling me they would return and didn’t. I’m not sure what they were always in a hurry to do other than to avoid providing good service. This was not the cheapest flight when I booked and this airline should come with a warning, poor service, equally disappointing food no drinks and no entertainment. If I had know this I would have paid more or flown with an airline that has an acceptable standard for an international flight and the service that should be provided. I feel at fault as I didn’t know an airline like this existed. I just thought it’s european and international and it will be fine. I was truly so uncomfortable and upset. On my way home I was charged $150 euro for my bags which I was under the impression my bags were included. There was no stating of this high cost, once again I would have flown with another airline if I knew of this and didn’t pay leaving America as it said my bags were covered. I hope something is done to make sure it’s clear to customers that this is a horrible and basic airline and it wasn’t cheap. Cons: This is a complaint regarding a luggage that was not included in my fare ticket. I was not informed from your company Kayak that the luggage was not included in the price. I had to pay extra money on top of the fare ticket of $150 for just one luggage just because was not mention on the fare ticket. Please give me an explanation of your policy in regard, and please advice people in regard of what I just mention otherwise I think your company tricks people without mentioning clearly that suitcases are not included to lower prices

Pros: I loved the selection of movies and games. I was surprised to get two meals, both dinner and breakfast; the food was good and appreciated.
Cons: Boarding was a little confusing, but I was happy to get on the plane and have space for my Carry-on

Cons: After 2 days at the airport I still waiting for the airline to give me a date and new time for another flight since the airport is having problems after the storms on Wednesday, they don’t have a counter or anything where travelers can ask questions and have problems solve. They keep making you come but with no guarantee of anything. No one knows nothing, it’s very bad the way they are managing the situation.

Pros: I'm a big guy, 6ft 4in, over 300lbs and I had an exceedingly comfortable 6 hour flight. Staff was friendly and just the right amount of interactive.

Cons: Left late; 40 minutes. The Airbus A340 business class seats from JFK to MAD have a serious design flaw. Three people had their cell phones or iPads slip down the side of the seats, requiring the seats to be disassembled in flight, and getting down on the floor to reach in and get it....if you have small enough hands. Boeing aircraft are far better quality. Noisy aircraft, again, not Boeing quality.

Pros: In my opinion this to me was the best customer service experience ever on an aircraft. Crew was polite and attentive. Offered food and drinks which most airlines don't do anymore. A+!!

Pros: The airplane was clean, and the staff were correct and professional.
Cons: The seating is very tight. I also didn't appreciate the ongoing videos on the main screens, many of which were distracting in a negative way. Boarding was also a bit chaotic. Rather than call us to the plane by rows, we were asked to form two lines, right at the moment of boarding, and the passengers all had to scramble together and jostle our way through.

Pros: I was upgraded to business class which was very spacious and comfortable. The chair fully reclined and I was given a pillow and duvet. Details like a travel bag with socks and a toothbrush were a pleasant surprise. I was thrilled that I could charge my devices all at the same time due to ample outlets.
Cons: The food was just okay (only one option) and I had to ring the attendant to ask for water. There was no beverage service on a 7 hour flight and that seemed odd to me.

Pros: Was delayed getting into a gate once we arrived but other than that, overall a good flight.

Cons: People were boarded by standing in a line instead of zones. We stood in line for a good 30 minutes. Also, while standing in line, a gate representative decided to take the back half of the line and move them to the priority line to "expedite the boarding process". As one of the last people in the original line seeing everyone behind me board before me, I was annoyed. This was poor form.

Pros: The flight was great, had seen some negative reviews. But for me nothing negative to say about air Europa, wonderful seat, great flight crew, everything was on time. Just and overall great experience.

Cons: The breakfast was horrible. Just bread and yogurt while firat class got sausages. The flight to madrid was 3 hours late that those with kayovers were scared of missing flights. Inefficient and unprofessional.

Cons: My flight was changed twice after I purchased it and it was delay over two hours. When it finally was time to"board" we found ourselves getting into a packed bus where we needed to stand to get to the actual plain. They never anouced it as such, elder people that night were struggling without previous notice. Very unprofessional and insensitive airline. Never again.

Pros: Overall the experience was pleasant, once we figured out that things were fine. The crew was friendly and the seats are better than United Airline.
Cons: We arrived at JFK early 4 hours before departure, and there was no sign and no one to ask questions. The check-in did not start until 2:30 before departure and there was no announcement.

Cons: NO way to fly overseas. I am a 5´0 ft petite woman and I barely had enough room to in my seat, let alone trying to sleep. The window seat was in economy so I did not expect much but I did not expect to have the person in front me in my lap when they put their chair back. The movie player also did not work: sound going in andout, turning off, pausing- it was irritating.

Cons: The air conditioning want working, or want on most of the flight. Miserable. Combined with a broken headrest on my seat, and being cramped up, it was one of the most uncomfortable flights i have been on in a long time.

Cons: The flight was supposed to leave at 10:05pm. It was inexplicably delayed to 10:35- not a big deal BUT we didn't take off until a little before midnight. We sat on the Tarmac with the bright lights on in the cabin for over an hour (I asked if they could dim or turn off the lights and was given a surrly look by the flight attendant). Boarding was a mess with little method but they did allow families with children on early. Exhausted, with toddler in tow, I was excited for the plane to get going to turn the lights off but no, first there was dinner service. Really? At 1am? Finally, lights out at 1:45 and we could sleep only to be awoken 2 hours before landing with breakfast service. And they weren't even quiet about it. There were no individual tvs in coach and the wifi doesn't allow any streaming (plus it's $50 for the flight) Can't wait for the 6 hour flight back

Cons: Crowd like cattle at boarding. Seats poorly designed so you can't eat without spilling down your shirt. (Coach, natch.) My (and many) entertainment stations didn't work at all. Pilot didn't say a word the whole time altho lots of turbulence. English announcements fast and incomprehensible. Food really pretty wretched. All this in comparison to other transatlantic carriers at this point is frankly poor. (I do this 4 or 5 times a year. for years.)

Cons: the flight kept getting delayed. There was NO AIr Europa represtentatives at the airport. Telephoning them was not helpful. They either hung up on me or kept saying to call back later. Flight ended up being cancelled. Shuttle busses to hotel, which was a a full hour away took us hours to get to. Arrived at hotel at 5 am! Return was said to be at 10am but wasn't until noon for what they told us would be a 3 pm flight. Ongoing lies. Flight didnt leave until 10:30 pm and then there was a 45 min delay on the plane. Plus lots of waiting in lines all day. It was horrible. Missed a full 24hrs in madrid. Hope to get some money back as compensation.

Pros: Went to Barcalona for a wedding, Air Europa was the best price by far. We didn't get delayed once and our checked luggage made the transfer in Madrid.
