Cons: The crew was extremely unhelpful. More so than any airline crew I have ever experienced.

Pros: Some of the staff who speak Korean were very nice, but most of the staff were smiling at me when I asked them questions in English, but they were not very friendly. Also, it was hard to get on the plane because the seats were too narrow and uncomfortable.

Pros: Crew was very helpful and friendly. Seats are a little bit too small with a little bit not enough room side to side and front to back.

Cons: Seat size would be my only complaint.

Cons: Entertainment system needs the ability to have closed captions in English. It’s in Chinese all the time—can’t even turn it off. The sound system is very poor so captions would help.

Pros: TV was okay when it was working, however crew was not around when I needed help and it was no longer functioning the last 3 hours of the flight.

Cons: We missed the flight going to LA in Beijing because the airplane from Manila landed late, and we don't have assistance in the immigration, they don't speak English. They rebooked us with different seats, I have 2 child separated in my seats, not nice.

Pros: Crew took a while before can attend to our needs. Foods are the same choices very limited to beef and fish. Breakfast items are only cereal and porridge. We are seated behind two small kids who constantly kicking my seats.

Cons: They should really Consider adding more movie options, in English without having to read subtitles. I had a 13 1/2 hour flight and an 18 hour flight. The movie options were awful and made for our own not so entertaining flight.

Pros: The crew was amazing! They were helpful and professional. Made the flight wonderful. Our stewardess, Brenda Joyce, has great energy. My daughters and I were taking a trip to honor my husband who recently passed and she was phenomenal at keeping our spirits up.

Pros: Delta crews are very friendly and helpful. Seats are 'good' on the E175 plane - better than the cramped CRJ200 on some other short flights. We boarded early, left a little early and arrived early. Nothing to complain about, except maybe a crying baby behind me, but that's not Delta's fault. :)

Pros: Use my built up miles for the SEA-ANC leg of our trip, as to physically price it out as one ticket usually increases the fare by 300-600 u$d depending upon time of year. As it was the tail end of an already long journey (OKA-ICN/ICN-SEA), booked the First Class Cabin. Every mile was worth it.

Cons: Due to missed connection, computer booked me on later flight, but in the wrong class (i.e., not first class as ticketed). Very helpful agent at O'Hare was able to remedy this though (didn't get her name. 6/25/19 at help desk near O'Hare gate L4, 7PM)

Cons: Flat bed in business class was disappointing. No way anyone taller than 6’ could stretch out. Overall, it was an inferior experience to business class on Cathay Pacific, which sets the standard IMO.

Pros: The crew was polite but service was not quite there. We pick a 2-seat layout so it was OK.

Cons: The food was poor and only served twice. Once shortly after taking off and another a couple of hours before landing. In a span of 10 to 11 hours there was no offer of drink or food of any kind.

Pros: Pleasantly surprised. Seats were comfortable. Blankets were warm. Food was good, and I'm grateful for that because I couldn't understand the flight attendant because of her accent.

Cons: The crew was weirdly OCD about when we were allowed to have our window shades up or down and I got yelled at a couple times for improper window shade use. I was also woken up literally every 2 hours to ask if I wanted food or beverage which I appreciated the diligence but also I like sleep.

Cons: After checking in for 1.5 hour, the crew told me that my name is not in the system 15 mins before boarding. Of course, I could not get on that flight. Result, staying extra 12 hours in the airport plus force to stay one night in Guangzhou.
