The flight from Beijing to Dubai was good. The flight from Dubai to Barcelona was excellent because of the staff on board.
The queue for checking for economy passengers was enormous! Only one desk open for economy faith s queue a mile long, whilst business and first class desks empty and unemployed. Will seriously consider changing to another next trip. Disappointed customer.

One of the female staff from the cabin crew, forgot to ask us about what we want to drink and focused more on other specific people rather than treating everyone politely. I asked her about the drinks to which she said oh I forgot.

Premium Economy is not worth the extra money you pay. You are neither economy nor business. The seat doesn’t recline enough to relax your legs. Maneuvering while seated is cumbersome. Don’t recommend Premium Economy at all.
Emirates is superb service. The A380 was very comfortable. The cabin crew is really helpful
Premium Economy was not up to my expectation relaxation wise. The chair doesn’t extend enough. It is not economy but not spacious enough to relax and sleep. Food and services were excellent but I am not very keen about food in general.
Bad experience; they are not good anymore. They charge too much for luggage seat are so uncomfortable, Flight delays which may miss your next flight, they don’t care if you miss the flight or not. This flight was in the air when the national power outage happened on 28 April 2025 in Spain and Portugal. As a result Lisbon airport was closed and the flight was diverted to Porto. There were no phones, internet or ATMs working and the Turkish Airlines ground crew in Porto were trying to find alternative transport to Lisbon (by bus). This did not materialise until late in the evening. The Turkish Airlines ground crew suggested that passengers may find their own way of getting to Lisbon. That in itself is a failure of Turkish Airlines, but understandable as there were no means of communication. The Turkish Airlines ground crew also said that any expenses insured for travel to Lisbon will be refunded by the Airline through their website. Unfortunately, I could find no way to travel back to Lisbon other than to hitch hike with an Uber driver. Because no systems were available and no credit card payment possible I paid the driver 140 Euros in cash with no receipt as systems were down. I arrived at my Lisbon hotel at 23:30 (flight was scheduled to land at 12:30). Upon contacting Turkish Airlines for compensation they are not willing to do anything as I do not have an invoice for my expenses. They do not even consider the 10 hours of delay and inactivity on their part as a reason to provide any sort of curtesy towards me. I find their behaviour appalling.
Aircraft you use on this route are always old and poor! This drives the entire experience down
It wasn't good. I didn’t understand. They changed 320 dollars for 2 luggage. My ticket was regular and I paid almost 1200.00 dollars. Why they did charge? I want my money back.. thanks Yılmaz polat
I liked the ability to walk and stand in the crew area. I hated the security check experience before boarding. The airport staff were so rude, yelling at us unnecessarily, delaying us on purpose, and even threatening to call the police on us!
Vegan food tasted good. Restroom could be kept cleaner. Seat tray table was a bit tilted so food tray kept sliding down a bit. Flight crew can be a little more friendly, caring and approachable. Their faces lacked smiles and tone was stern.
The flight was delayed so connection was missed. In Istanbul we were taken to a hotel and no one in the hotel knew so we had to wait hours in the lobby of the hotel while the airline and hotel coordinated. The airline staff is rude at times
Very good except the boarding process too forever and wasn’t organized by group. I had a heavy pack or I wouldn’t have minded. I was in business. There were no audible announcements in the waiting area about boarding and everyone packed into the boarding area. Then boarding stopped for a long time but the staff made no announcements to update waiting passengers about the holdup. The flight was good after we got on.
7 stars hospitality and an excellent service by the Turkish Airline entire team. Somehow, our membership numbers for mileage points were not indicated on our boarding passes issued at O’Hare Airport by the Turkish Airlines check in desk. During transit in Istanbul, I brought to attention of customer service Turkish Airlines. The plane is cramped and there is no space to move. The seats should not recline because when a person in front drops their seat you are trapped and you can't even see the entertainment screen because it is right in front of your face. I like that checked luggage is included. The food tasted good but they ran out of breakfast choices. The crew is nice.
Im if Ethiopian can allow customers to use their mileage for in flight connexion it will be great.

No Asian Vegetarian food was available on this sector but only fish and chicken and pasta were offered.
It was very bad experience with Ethiopian airlines . The flight was delayed in both ways . On the way coming back one of the crews dropped hot coffee on my whole body and other crew dropped used dirty glasses on top of me . The same crew that dropped hot coffee on me hit me with the food trolley on my knee while I was sleeping . I couldn’t sit properly due to the pain on my knee caused by those irresponsible crews . Very unprofessional airlines
Flight was delayed an hour. Also, I bought an extra legroom seat online; but the actually plane was a different configuration so I didn't get what I paid for . This happened on the Addis to Lusaka leg of my trip.
The plane was overbooked and the crew was very rude. My luggage was never put on the plane. I got to NY and waited 2 hours just to find out that my luggage was left.
My experience was great. The flight attendants were very helpful and nice, and the food was very good.
The ailine departed and arrived late foe every leg of the trip, causing myself and my travel companions to miss every connecting flight. It was very unorganized given theat there was a lot of miscommunication. The flights offered are unrealistic and when you call they assure you that the plane waits for you. I missed an. entire day of my vacation and any entire day of rest back home because of the airline. I do not plan to support the airline again. Thank you
I liked nothing of Ethiopian airlines except the price of the fare.
I felt all of the food tasted the same. And we had five meals over the 16 hrs in the air.
I enjoyed my flight I arrived safe with all my luggage
No complaints just improve on the food service. Provide enough dinner. People are complaining about that.

A child was loud throughout which made the trip less than optimal. Crew was great and professional. They need to change the automatic seat belt announcement which is too loud and had other unneeded words like "this is XYZ announcement number one'
Love the dreamliner plane. It's such a smooth ride, I don't notice that it's 15 hours in the air. The staff are great and they don't overstuff you with food.
I really like this airline. The staff are lovely and friendly, the planes are tidy and unfussy. I would rate them at the top of the African Airline carriers.
Delayed by 4 hours with inadequate advance notifications which caused us a lot of consternation and angst. I will never fly or recommend your airline again

Kenya Airways delayed my flights for 7 days. Each delayed, they notified me last minute. This is ridiculous.

Check in was madness. Boarding was madness. The flight itself was OK, and the flight attendants were nice. Connection to my next flight was two hours. But based on my arrival gate in Cairo, and next departure gate in Cairo, the whole two hours were needed given the inefficient procedures. At the end of my journey (connected to Lufthansa after Egyptair), my checked luggage did not arrive, and after 4 days, has still not arrived.
Everything was ok except cleanliness of the plane, it was poor.
It was appalling! Using small aircraft for 5 hour flights is ridiculous! No legroom, terrible food, no drinks apart from water, tea and coffee (once only) makes it a terrible experience. The cabin staff really badly handled the behaviour of an extremely obnoxious woman who insisted on fully reclining her seat for the duration of the flight with a very tall man behind her. She abused his and the staff and they were not able to deal with her at all other than to tell the man that they are reclining seats and they could not prevent her from doing so. They were also very slow to react when a large nu of passengers stood up and started taking their luggage out of the overhead bins whilst the aircraft was still taxiing at Heathrow. I will never fly Egypt Air again! I know this isn’t the airline’s fault but the security at Cairo airport was a joke. With the terrible security record on flights out of Egypt, they really need to take it seriously. Scanners weren’t working, liquids were allowed on, only one person operating the cray machine and searching bags caused a massive backlog of people…I’m convinced you could have got anything onto that plane if you were determined enough. By the way, it was the same story in Aswan airport.
The plane was old and several things were broken including my seat. The sinks in the restrooms didn’t drain. The armrest on my seat was broken so the seat was constantly reclined. The tray table was broken. The fabric was coming off the seats. The overhead bin doors wouldn’t stay locked. The hotel accommodation was disgusting.
Boarding was chaotic and disorganized, and the foot rest to my seat was broken. But the food was good and the flight attendants were kind and attentive.
