Pros: "We were offered food and drinks (including basic cocktails) continuously throughout the flight. Hot hand towels, comfortable seats, dozens of movies and TV series, all included with basic fare. The flight attendants were kind and helpful. Excellent service and organization!"

And the girl in front of me was wildly dancing the whole flight in her seat with headphones on and she get pushing back in her seat hitting my knees And every announcement the flight attendant made during the flight sounded like he was stoned and obviously didn’t care what he was saying"

Pros: "Comfort Plus seating was good for the long flight, lots of choices for entertainment."
Cons: "Some crew members were rather cold in their manner, either disinterested or grumpy. Electric outlet didn't work. On screen entertainment touch screen was very difficult to use (unresponsive to touch)."

Just today when returning my suitcase did not arrive they sent it to another destination. I think the company gives very bad service."

Workers on the ground don't care, or either don't know what's next on the transit through the airport."

Cons: "I don't understand why there's always a lack of space when the flight is full. Were the aircrafts not designed to accommodate a full flight's worth of luggage? anf then when I went to go to my seat, the air stewardess told me to progress down the aisle so someone that they knew could pass through, causing a delay in me getting to my seat as well as losing my overhead luggage space as someone else passing utilized it instead. Now I am in my seat with both my carry on and personal item stowed below. So was I comfortable ? No. Was I upset and annoyed, on top of being tired? Yes. They need a better system."
