Check in person played on her phone and didn’t even look at you when asking what seat was I assigned . Going from Atlanta to Fort Lauderdale the check in person was so rude there where 5 people askI’m her what’s her problem . The crew the flight was excellent but the Atlanta check in desk really dropped the ball 2 times . If I was the manger I would fire the whole staff and If I was above the manager I would fire them as well as I’m. Sure this is not an isolated occasion."
Cons: "Wouldn’t let us take our carry-on because they had overbooked and had no more room in overhead. Delayed our first flight and then our connecting flight left *early*. (If you know you have customers with short connections, why leave early to make their connections even shorter?) Then told us they would not pay for our hotel since it wasn’t their fault. Gave us a “discount” with a nearby hotel that was more expensive than what you could book it for online. Had to wait several hours for them to get us back the carry-on luggage that they insisted we check in the first place."

The 1000s of people to make your flight in an hour at this unfamiliar airport Now try to do that when your wife also has to get around with her scooter and try to stay together. Then if your flight gets moved to another gate...and you have 10 minutes to do ALL this again... Never mind the bathrooms while one of us watches the scooters while the other uses the facilities and this is Impossible. Never mind the narrowness of the elevators. STRONGLY SUGGEST AN AIRLINE EMPLOYEE TRIES TO SEE THE PROBLEMS FIRST HAND with a scooter, THEN RECOMMEND FIXES. And don't get me started on the restarants with tables too close together if you use a scooter. Toronto airport is better as a comparison. Alton and Mary Cason"

This does not seem very considerate of our health during a Pandemic especially with their messaging about social distancing. They also did a very poor job of keeping people patient in the deplaning process. They should have better messaging and a very non threatening way of encouraging passengers to be patient and courteous. Maybe they good offer each passenger a choice some type of goodie like a mint or a chocolate that says "please enjoy this while you wait for others to exit the plane"."

Cons: "American isn’t my preferred airline for obvious reasons (delays, notoriously bad service, old planes, and a lack of amenities like WiFi and tv’s), but now I’ll never spend my money with them again. They took me off an already delayed flight after I’d already boarded to examine my smart bag. I know that lithium batteries can’t be taken in the underbelly of the plane and I knew my bag would likely be checked at the gate (why I removed the battery and left it at home in the first place). When they asked me if I had a lithium battery in my bag I said “no.” They then gate checked the bag and allowed me on the plane. After everyone had been boarded (half an hour after we’d been scheduled to take off) they then called my name out on the speaker. I had to then de-board the plane and re-explain to staff that there was no lithium battery in my bag. The staff didn’t believe me citing the infallible logic: “there are ports so there’s a battery.” I told them again and again that the battery had been removed and the charging ports—while there—were inert as they weren’t attached to the battery. STILL, I had to remove all of my clothes from the bag, and open every single compartment (of which there were many) for them to allow me to get back onto the plane. They were telling me that they might have to “rebook the flight” if my bag couldn’t get on. I don’t think I need to explain how agitated/terrified that made me."

The gentleman that helped us was lovely but system issues kept us at check in a very long time and unfortunately that together with the crazy insanely long distance to our gate- then only to take a bus- we did not have time to pick up any food or make any stops which we counted on and had arrived 2.5 hours ahead of time to check in to allow for."

Pros: "After we were boarded and ready to take off, the power on the place went off. They kept us there without any AC or even air draft for about an hour. It was hot and stuffy. They took forever to let us know what was going on. Everything else went well. I just wished they had kept us appraised on a more timely manner and had done something to control the temperature of the plane."

Another thing is that there was no final check by the flight attendant. We landed with tray tables down, seats recline, and people were still on their laptops."

Cons: "Surprised by a snarky employee at gate check for my connecting flight home today. I fly with AA nearly every week for work. They grabbed my bag from me and insisted it be checked. I said I didn’t want to pay for checking and that it contained fragile items. It was a little over-stuffed for the scale. When I went to open it and remove some bulky items to put in my purse, they snatched my suitcase away and refused to let me touch my bag. I find this to be completely unacceptable. They had the gall to suggest I go to an airport store, buy a “suitable suitcase,” and take a later flight home. They made a scene and called a supervisor who kindly and promptly let me in my suitcase. The employee then spoke negatively about me loudly to nearby colleagues and refused to make eye contact. After the supervisor let me in my bag, I got on the plane with my suitcase. At one point, this employee made me feel like I was going to be kicked off of my flight; this was so unnecessary and extremely unprofessional. AA - your employees are better than this."

So, when we went to check in and I was told I would have to pay $50 for my mother's carry on, it was livid! Also, are you serious with the $5 fee to print a boarding pass? I will NEVER fly with Allegiant Air again. That is absolutely unacceptable. I will say that the staff was pleasant but the airline is inept and inefficient. The reason I will never fly this airline again because of what a rip off the fees are. Allegiant Air, you should be ashamed of yourself."

Cons: "Rental car I paid for on Allegiant website didn't include $50 in airport and sales taxes making it look like the Allegiant rentals were about the same as renting directly from rental car companies. Problem is that Allegiant didn't include taxes in the quote or amount I paid online. Surprise when I got to my destination and was told it would be $50 more. Alamo agent said I wasn't the first person to have that problem. Then on return my bag was damaged and was told I could place a claim at the ticket counter. It would have been helpful to have an agent there or a way to contact an agent. No such luck. After bag charges, poor service and hidden fees Allegiant isn't really a great deal."

Cheaper or soft-sided luggage would have experienced damage to the contents. Unfortunately, I did not check the luggage before leaving the airport to file a complaint."

Loved the flight times, and because of them, we were able to have half a day on departure day (Thursday 3:30 pm) to drop off dogs, pack and run errands and some work and arriving back home (Tuesday 9:46 am) gave us all day to work and get ready for the week."

Those should have been included in the initial payment, because I could have rented same vehicle for $40 less through Alamo website,(final payment w/ T&F's) That was a waste of your customer's money."

Not impressed with deltas service at the airport. The flight crew was very nice."

The Airbus A319 was equipped with hard shell seats with a tiny flip down tray large enough to barely hold two plastic cups with the tightest seat pitch I've ever encountered and rigidly upright non-reclining backs. They made Lufthansa seating a Cadillac by comparison. The tall guy behind me's feet stick out between my feet because he literally had no where else to put them. It's as if they tried to make the plane as uncomfortable as possible. I've flown across the Atlantic in a military transport on nylon webbing seats that were far less painful. There's a fee for baggage, even carry-ons, and for everything in the cabin, including water. The fares aren't cheap either, but I had to get to OKC for the weekend and American and Southwest were fully booked. Only Frontier had seats available, and now I know why. If it's too expensive for you to fly a decent plane, Frontier, just shut it down and save the traveling public a lot of aggravation and discomfort. if it's a choice between Frontier and the bus, take the bus!"

($30 each way) Seems very deceptive to advertise a $239 round trip flight that over doubles in price when its all said and done."

I had to pay $40 EACH WAY, so it ended up costing me $80 to travel with a carry-on. The return flight was delayed multiple times with no explanation as to why. Frontier was the only airline with delays, so it wasn't the weather. The seats on the plane do not recline, are not padded, and are overall not comfortable. I was overall disappointed with my experience with Frontier. It seemed like a good deal at first, but after paying all of the extra hidden fees and the delays, I would not recommend this airline."
