Cons: We did not have dinner as we tried to get some sleep on this 6.5 hour overnight flight to London. The 767 was in a 2-3-2 configuration for economy plus and general economy. Thankfully they kept the temps cool to the point where we used our coats as additional blankets. I appreciated that the FA’s did not wake us for dinner and they closed my window shade at some point. They were 100% polite and helpful. That said, with the new Polaris Business Sears, UAL has eliminated the restrooms between Business and Economy. So it is a very long walk to the restrooms from Econ Plus and it appears that there are only 4 restrooms for about 120 passengers. Absurd. My family made do because we used the restrooms in the middle of the night when most people were sleeping but this would have been a nightmare after breakfast or with a small child. It appears that UAL has gone for profit over customer satisfaction.

Pros: Boarded on time in challenging weather in Chicago. Got to Orlando on a day we could well have had problems getting a plane with the weather.

Cons: The seat was the usual uncomfortable coach seat.

Pros: The flight was great. No complains to the crew.

Cons: The drop-off bags at LAX is a mess and you have to stand in two separate lines to drop off your bag. First you have to print the tag and then go to another long line be with 2 employees only to drop it of instead of having one place to print and drop off at the same time. Poor system. Moreover while there was plenty of time my bag did not make it on the same flight. It will arrive on the next flight hopefully. I had to wait in another line for 30 minutes to arrange the delivery and verify all my information. I truly believe that to make a trip great both arms - the airport and the flight experience should be perfect. Unfortunately the ground experience does not allow me to give a higher rating.

Cons: The departure gate was changed four or five times, including after we had traipsed from one end of the concourse to the other, only to have the gate changed BACK to the one from which we came. This was at supper time; we wanted to eat in the terminal but were rousted from two different lines to change gates. We couldn't stop running back and forth long enough to eat! I got updated info more quickly from Kayak than from United, despite having signed up for email and text notifications and having the United app. Come on!! Eventually we were marched down to a narrow hallway, crowded with passengers from two other departing flights, held in formation by obviously harried gate agents and finally led outside to the ramp to board the plane. The worst boarding experience. Ever. Give me Southwest anytime.

Pros: Nicole and I really like the Economy Plus seating with the extra legroom. It is a good compromise between sitting in cramped Economy seating and spending way too much money in Business Class.

Cons: I wish that the Seattle Tacoma Airport has an Admiral's Club Lounge. Actually, I might as well fess up... I wish that EVERY airport had an Admiral's Club Lounge. I also wish it would be possible to "gift" miles to family members. I would love to have my son and daughter-in-law take advantage of my miles to go on a honeymoon.

Pros: Crew was nice, polite, and fairly accommodating. Would prefer to be given the full can of soda, instead of a glass which is 1/2 can and need to ask for more. Xtra leg room seat was ok.

Cons: Boarding wasn't great. Long lines. Deask lady gave my extra leg room seat, that I had bought and paid for, away to another person which made my boarding pass invalid. Made my boarding longer. Then no overhead space avail when I did get on and I was in bulkhead seat. I got my seat back.. But it was annoying, unnecessary, and uncalled for. And the woman who did it did not apologize.

Pros: Crew was good. No economy seat is super comfortable. (Why would you even ask that?)

Cons: Be on time. Not keep changing/delaying the border time. Not change my seat. (Plane was far from full.)

Cons: I didn't get to continue the series I started watching on an earlier flight, as this plane had more limited options. We also waited on the tarmac an long time before take-off, waiting for a part to be delivered to our plane so we could take it to Indianapolis with us.

Cons: The flight was delayed over an hour because of an error on Delta‘s part. They did not verify people as they were boarding. Further the person in 17 F was doing video chat as we were preparing to take off and he had very foul language throughout the flight. The crew never said anything.

Pros: The lady at the checkin was very considerate and suggested that I am only allowed to bring one baggage. So she suggested if I can combine my both luggage as one, then I should be all good otherwise they will charge double- scary.

Cons: Light travellers like us should be given more latitude to choose 1 bag size 17x10x 5” and one laptop bag size 12” X 10” x 3”

Cons: My son was flying on United from Colorado Springs to Denver, then on to Seattle for Thanksgiving. He rushed through as quickly as he could, but the door to the place was closing and it left 10 minutes early. United recorded him as a 'No Show', and there policy now is to cancel the entire ticket is you miss any segment of a round trip ticket. Thus, his entire $900 was forfeited, he couldn't even pay a change fee to catch a later flight. I hate American, and now I hate United just as much. These airlines shills have been allowed to go out of business when they last filled for bankruptcy. We fly in quite a few international airlines, and outside of Alaska, Jet Blue and Delta, maybe Southwest, US carriers are absolutely bottom of the barrel and it's clear that their employees don't care whatsoever. Will never book again in United or American. I'll try Amtrak before either of those carriers.

Pros: Leg room on the regional jet actually was better than that of a larger plane.

Cons: We were summoned to the gate area with an announcement that boarding would start in 5 minutes; this turned out to be L-O-N-G before boarding began. After standing around for at least 30 minutes with no information as to what was happening, departure time was delayed several times. This was around lunch time; when I finally decided to buy lunch in the terminal, the departure time was changed again to an EARLIER time, and I had to board without food.

Pros: Crew worked hard under difficult circumstances but flight was not well equipped

Cons: First we boarded and then had to deviate and move to a different delayed flight. No head sets, tv did not work , seat was very uncomfortable.

Cons: Messed up my luggage in Atlanta. Gate said baggage was going to domestic. Ended up in international terminal. Added almost an hour of back and forth between terminals.

Cons: Cool flight, delayed, seat was in very back of plane, and Kayak did not carry over my personal info such as Known Traveler Number, nor would it allow me to check online.

Cons: I requested a seat with extra legroom due to a medical condition over a month before the flight. I was not granted my request and was in pain for most of the flight.

Cons: Over a month ago I requested a seat with extra leg room due to a documented medical condition. My request was not granted and I was in pain most of the flight.

Pros: Almost as soon as we finished taking off, we were landing. A one-hour trip doesn't let you really love or hate anything.

Cons: Everything was fine... I should have packed a snack because I’m always hungry! Will travel Delta again!

Pros: Friendly crew, on time departure, early arrival, and outstanding landing (I’m a pilot, so can give valid judgement).

Cons: Just a heads up, if you're a large person, weight wise, you may have a challenge using the rest room. It's pretty small.

The flight attendant all relocated from the back of aircraft to the front aircraft where it was cooler, I assume. I was worried for my son.
