Cons: "For some reason overweight people like to get the middle seat and then spill over into the adjacent seats. I had to lean out into the aisle to sit comfortably without touching that person. This resulted in me getting hit by every person walking in the aisle or the serviré carts. While I do understand that overweight people have the right to fly, they should pay for the space they occupy like the rest of us. This person literally should have had two seats."

We had something like 4 or 5 gate changes, plus a 30 minute delay. The cabin crew as somewhat more brusque than usual. Basically no food on the plane, but that's OK for a flight of this duration.

The first confirmed Lufthansa flights No: LH 1305/ LH 488 ISTANBUL to SAN JOSE via FRANKFURT were cancelled. Then my family in USA contacted the airline and agreed about FLIGHT TK 005 / UA 1883: IST-ORD-SJC. At the checking counter in Atatürk Airport I got the last shock of being Lufthansa didn’t issue a ticket for the flight and the time was running fast and l had no contact neither with my family nor anybody else at the airport therefore i had to purchase a ticket to SFO via Frankfurt. In another word it was very bad experience."

There was no reason that it should be singled out in the first place. Now what?"

Cons: "Leg room/space BA offers is calculated for short and small body frame passengers and it is on not acceptable. It feels like cattle Wagon. BA should show consideration for real passengers not some sort of statistical average. I am 6'4" and sitting in your plane's cabin inflicts hours of body pain. The space given is sufficient for children and teenagers. Also sitting in the hot cabin for extended amount of time is extremely uncomfortable. Why there is no cooling and proper air ventilation right from the beginning?"
Cons: "British Airways misplaced our luggage for three days, and would give us no further information than "it will arrive soon." So, we were stuck near the local address we had provided in case they called for 2 full days. They refused to give us a more precise time as to when they would be delivered. Well, at one point they did say that they would be delivered at noon, but they weren't. Throughout the entire time waiting for the luggage to be delivered, there was no sense of urgency or concern on the part of British Airways. It seems missing luggage is just Business as Usual at British Airways."

Obviously they had no contingency plans and the gate agents just wan't to avoid any responsibility and started blaming the poor man who had been wheeling me all over the airport. ONLY BRITISH AIRWAYS WAS AT FAULT FOR THIS. Eventually they put me on a lift several gates away and then loaded me onto the platform lift of one of those catering trucks that deliver food to the planes and drove me to my plane. The plane door was shut and they had to bang on the door to have them open it and let me board. As a result, I personally delayed the flight (officially) 28 minutes; in reality about 40 minutes. This was one of the most embarrassing and humiliating experiences of my life; to be loaded on a plane like freight!! Is this how British Airways operates??"

By the time I found a airline agent willing to help us (30 minutes befor departure time) she said that they had closed the flight for check in and could not issue us boarding passes. So at no fault of our own we missed our connection to Venice. So when I asked them to put us the next flight they refused saying that we should have arrived sooner for check in and that it was British Airways fault. Air Berlin staff has no concept of customer service and I wouldn't be surprised that this Airline goes out of business in the near future. They suck!!"

Plane was almost empty, I’m 6’4 and asked mid flight to move to exit row because my knees was pressing into the forward seat. 1 person out of 6 seats were in the exit row and the gentleman attendant denied my request. I didn’t flinch about my full day of delays and connection issues but on an empty flight it would have been nice to catch a break. I landed in Pittsburgh at 12:30 at night and got to my hotel at 1:30am with an 8 am presentation. AA delays really have created a discontent with my business trips. As I use AA as my primary airline I hope this doesn’t continue or I’ll switch to United for future business trips monthly."

Cons: "The lady next to me was too large to fit in her seat. She clearly needed a second seat, but instead the stewardess just brought her a buckle extender. I was in an exit row and was smashed to the wall almost the entire trip. I was dissapointed that AA didn't require her to purchase a second seat on what was already an overbooked flight."
Pros: "The flight was delayed and there was a lot of confusion. My seat was uncomfortable and they didn't offer any food."
Cons: "crew coming in from another flight was late. Then, according to announcement our plane had been sitting 2 hours and they would have to call for power. It was already a late night flight, now delayed 1 1/2 hours leaving. The plane interior was hot, that helped with our displeasure."

The experience through American was superb but I would of liked clarity on such airline I was going to fly with."

Once we got to Dallas we were early, he made up time in the air and the captain informed us that the gate was not ready to receive the plane. We waited about 15 minutes and then we got to the gate."
Pros: "I love that there is a direct flight with no connection to get to Key West. The flight leaves at a reasonable hour, and gets to KW in time to still enjoy the day."
Cons: "They still haven't learned to load from the back forward. I do not like to have to pay extra for certain seats."
Cons: "The food was awful. Fish was rubbery and smelled bad, eggs were a gloppy mess, everything was too salty."

Very efficient trip all around, even with a bit of turbulence. Staff was friendly and professional. A totally great experience!

Cons: "No food included (and that fact wasn't made clear when speaking to Air Canada on the phone -- which was, itself, a whole fiasco during booking). Exact options for "meal tray" would have been nice to see on the in-flight entertainment system."

Cons: "We had booked seats together two months before our trip; when we checked in (both legs are Star Alliance, but Air Canada—one leg both directions—did not allow any on-line seat choice or changes), we had been separated to different rows altogether (and since it took two Air Canada trips to get from Vancouver to Denver; the first had mechanical difficulties an hour into the trip and had to return), and there was no way to change it online or at the airport."

Pros: "The passengers, the Brussels airport retail area, 1 of the flight attendants who was polite and welcoming, and the entertainment selections. Finally being connected to Swiss staff."
Cons: "The crew was not very welcoming and was borderline rude when I asked any sort of question such as why I was not allowed to wear my headphones prior to take off. I was patient in not wearing them, but could not relaxing into the trip for the 40+ minutes we remained on the ground mostly not moving. I was tired when boarding and fumbled with my documents and was very curtly told to just hand them over. Another time I accidentally mistook headphones the stewardess was handing out for something else. I took a pair and then immediately gave them back with an apology that I didn't realise what they were, but thanked her anyway. This was met with a scowl and a bit of opposition. There was one stewardess that was very nice and accommodating out of the entire crew. On top of this the toilet seat on the plane was broken, so it fell on you when you were trying to go to the bathroom, and the soap dispenser was broken. I didn't dare mention these things to the flight crew though. The plane was late taking off from Montreal, and so was late landing in Brussels. No effort was made to provide connections assistance, or provide directions on where to go to rebook our missed connections. I and all others traveling to Zurich spent the entire morning trying to find anyone from Air Canada to help us rebook our flights. We literally were going from desk to desk between two terminals, and consulting each other as we went to limit the amount of leg work we all had to do. We all had to finally leave the terminal area and go to Swissport and stand in a long slow line. By that time any afternoon flight was already overbooked. So I and a group of other passengers were booked for an evening flight which forced me to book a hotel in Zurich because I couldn't get to where I needed to be that evening. After being rebook, I still tried to get on an earlier flight by going directly to the gate. It was confirmed that there was some extra space available, but they would not switch me to the earlier flight because I had a checked bag that I could not separate me from. Ultimately my bag was lost which made me have to stay awake and in the Zurich airport even longer after I finally arrived going from one lost baggage representative to another, and then waiting in another line to finally fill out paperwork because my bag had never been scanned in Brussels. The Zurich representatives were very polite, helpful, and efficient compared to anyone I encountered in Montreal, or Brussels. I was without my bag for 3.5 days of what was supposed to be a 10 day trip. My trip was reduced to 9 days because I spent an entire day in the Brussels airport and then had to spend the night in Zurich. I arrived in Zurich on Saturday night, and received my bag on Tuesday afternoon. All in all it was not a good experience until I got to Switzerland."

Cons: "My luggage was lost for five days. The USB port on the seat back didn't work and the sound for the movies was so bad I couldn't watch anything. No boarding by zones, which we had on our outbound flight."

Cons: "As we have learned, airlines, like banks, have figured out how to make more money (even though fuel prices have dropped) fees, fees and more fees and less, less, less services... o food, have to buy and they run out fast... The flight attendants are not as friendly (also depends on the individual) in general..."

Seat options provided at the time showed only middle seats as available all other sets were showing booked or required pay-up premiums...Air Canada's website had a whole host of end seats available...."

Everyone was great except for security in Calgary!!! Don't know what the deal was but they set a record for the slowest I have EVER been in. Air Canada gave me some inaccurate information which delayed me in Montreal and made me miss my connection to Toronto. Also, even though I specified to the flight attendant that I was connecting to Toronto before going to the US , they only gave me the US custom form even though you apparently need to fill the Canadian one even if you are just transiting through the country."
