My flight was delayed twice. The first time because of “plane maintenance” and the second because the previous flight who supposedly “arrived early” took an obnoxiously long time to get off the plane. Total delay was over an hour for no reason. Not to mention your airline repeatedly changed our gate from one end of the terminal to the other. Not very happy about this experience. My previous flights with American haven’t had this many issues.

My flight was delayed twice. American Airlines is a great dependable airline, on time arrival and departure with polite crew and staff.

I booked 1st class, my flights were changed and I was sitting in the middle at the back of the plane. A far cry from the 1st class I purchased for my flights. I am grateful I arrived on time.

Cabin felt crammed Snacks are lame But crew was super efficient getting us out on time despite delay

We got upgraded for this flight. But the particular bright spot was the flight attendant in our cabin. She was attentive but not intrusive. She interacted in a personal way with each passenger and gave a great service. Thank you!

Horrible costumer service i was treated very bad the crew were rude 😟 didn’t get my wheelchair that I requested I was the last one the get in because no seat was assigned and after my 2 stroke I cannot be on my feet for too long but they didn’t care didn’t take my medicine on time because all the complications and delays when my bag was sent already I hope yall can train your crew better.

Crowed but safe flight and arrived at my destination on time

There was no drink/snack service and the electric outlets were not powered so I couldn’t charge my phone.

Plane was filthy- food in the seat, on the floor, on the tray.

Be wary very quick to cancel and no accommodating at all
