I didn’t even have to sit down to smell the alcohol on him. During the flight he tried to place his head on my shoulder and tried to get close to me. I was too worried to call for an attendant because he was intoxicated but when the attendants would come and offer us food I tried to make it clearly visible that I was anxious and uncomfortable and NOTHING. To make it worse they continued to serve him alcohol!!

So we arrived later about 50 minutes so I had to manage my situation and find my next gate and be on time. And the crew was not polite enough so she made fun of my Cary-on. In short, I expected more from KLM which is famous for them being "Royal" but not acting as one of them.

Once on the plane the Airbus seats were truly awful and should not hold a person for 10+ hours. The wifi also never worked.

It was finally delivered at 2:00 AM the next morning; well past the 8:00 PM promised delivery, which caused us to lose an entire eveing in Paris. On the return flight, home, she was told there wasn't even a seat for her on the plane. I failed to add that after booking and paying for her flight, they cancelled and deleted the SFO to London leg of the flight without so much as notifying her via email, phone, or text. Mind you, the London to Paris leg was not cancelled. Had we not tried to pre-book our seats, she would never have known they had cancelled her flight. What impacted her, impacted me, so needless to say, neither of us will ever fly BA again! BTW, their online customer service representatives were very nasty to deal with.

Cons: Was supposed to depart at 850 pm on 15 Nov from Orlando Boarded plane on time then sat on aircraft for 2 hrs due to machanical issues. Was the deboarded and spent 2 hrs wanted for a hotel voucher. Asked to be placed on a different flight due to active duty military status and was given no help. Was not offered to fly on a different airline.. was instead asked if i had looked into getting another flight which if i am correct should be something they should have doing to ensure that i would return to duty on time.. Mind you i was flying with a small child and bussiness class was more important than women with small children or families period. When i was able to catch the flight the following day i didnt not recieve notification that this flight was delayed as well. To top it off this was a red eye flight and they kept the lights on in the cabin and many people were unable to sleep. Due to the flight being delayed i and my small child had to run across dublin international to catch or connecting flight. We made it however our luggage did not. I will not be using this airline again. I would rather spend a little extra money.

Cons: This airline charges for everything, and after you pay once, they try to charge you again, and again, and again (four different people tried to charge me 4 different times for my two checked bags). And they lost the record of my payment, so I had to show 4 times the Amex receipt showing that I had paid before. It took 45 minutes and 4 non receptive agents for me to get my luggage checked. British Airways is significantly better.

Pros: The gate reps from CDG to MSP were professionals. The cabin crew on the Delta flight were exceptional! This was not my experience in Copenhagen with the Air France staff, they seemed to be self centered and rude.
Cons: Delta please make excellence a priority in all areas of customer service. Set high standards for staff so customers know that you appreciate them and are ready for business. The world is at the customer's fingertips, let their first choice be Delta. When their are bad days, customers will understand

Cons: I have never been in a situation were a flight has been delayed due to the co-pilot suffering a knee injury prior to take off. A request for a doctor on board after an hour or so and then having to leave the plane and then re-board after about 40 minutes was quite bizarre.
Cons: There was no entertainment and there was a lot of annoyed passengers and flight attendants
Pros: We were a little delayed, so I read my book. Not for long though as I was really tired after my flight from Los Angeles. I fell asleep right after take-off and didn't wake until we landed. Best way to fly :-)

Pros: SFO - CDG (Air France) was a great journey in all respects. But the one major reason for that was, the middle seat was empty. I was so fresh after the journey, would definitely recommend this flight to anyone.
Cons: The flight was delayed by atleast 45 mins and therefore had to rush at the CDG airport to catch the next flight.

Cons: Boarding agent forced me to check in my carry-on even though the carry-on fit in the cage and fullfilled all the requirements. I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full.
Cons: The food was cold. We were served about 40 minutes after most of the plane got their food. The overhead compartments kept opening by themselves through out the flight. Food was horrible.

Cons: We were in the last few rows on a turbulent route. The yaw damper constantly overcorrected, resulting in lots of side to side motion for the passengers

Cons: Entertainment screen did not work; in neighboring seat it could not be switched off when we wanted to sleep; sourly employees everywhere (re-booking counter an exception); food close not being edible and cold; I forgot my watch on when going through security in the Air France terminal; when I started to say "sorry" I was yelled at by the screener who said that she will do the talking; she sent me back through the scanner twice without my watch, then once more with the carry-on and made sure that I went to the end of a very long line to wait for another screening rather than having me just go through the scanner without my watch. Needless to say, there was nothing else suspicious about me once the watch was removed. Eager to exercise her power, the security person did not seem to consider that she slowed down a long line of people waiting to be screened. I should add that I am 73 yrs old grey haired female who has traveled a lot both for pleasure and business during my entire life, often to some difficult places and that I do not argue with or provoke those in power in a situation like this. The yelling and the sending me repeatedly through the scanner, which did not beep once the watch was removed, was beyond anything I had experienced anywhere else. The sending me to the very end of the line seemed outright spiteful. (I did miss the plane connection.)
Cons: 1/ the transfer crew needed 50 mn to enter my son’s visa number in her computer and she almost let us miss our flight 2/ we were separated (party of 3, my son being 5 YEARS OLD) - how can they allow a boarding and expecting my 5 year old to do a 10 hours flight BY HIMSELF???? 3/ no kids menus, even if I had ordered it before 4/ food in general was very mediocre 5/ crew was unprofessional and they acted bored
Pros: Very helpful cabin crew and did well to communicate in English to me. Flight was on time and landed ahead of schedule
Cons: Entertainment system had to be rebooted as it did not work Small screen handset was not working for the entire flight food selection was not as big as KLM or China Eastern Bathroom on board was smaller than KLM or China Eastern which meant changing into more comfortable clothing for the night flight

We did not have the receipt with us, we had all the other documentation so the only way to get on the flight was to pay again for the checked bag. I found the receipt later
Pros: The crew was very helpful in adjusting my flights. The lack of information on passport policies from kayak have made me disappointed on this company and I will not be using it or recommending it in the future. I had to spent over 300$ in hotels and gas to get to Miami to obtain a new passport.
Cons: The booking services that kayak offered were not helpful at all. When I booked my flights to Spain the website should have alerted me that I needed a passport with an expiration date of over 3 months. Kayak should have information on travel policies to the countries they offered flights to.

Pros: As always no issues at all, I reserved my seats early to get extra leg room which is always great. Fast boarding and a quick flight, having been on a long haul flight a few hours before I needed this to get home.
Pros: The seats were comfortable and the food was unexpectedly good. I also appreciated the pillow and blanket that were provided. And it’s nice having individual screens on which to watch movies and television. Made the time “fly by”.
Cons: The woman in front of my husband leaned her seat back as soon as we were airborne and stayed that way for the duration of the trip. That made it more challenging for him to use his tray but other than that, no problems.

Cons: Boarding experience total Chaos. Late departure for no good reason, watched our plane at the gate being prepared for over an hour, we finally took off but missed our connection and therefore missed our Cruise Ship departure. We were put up in a hotel but upon landing in Rome, we opted to wait at the airport in lieu of the second hotel because of the timing as we had to catch a 6 a.m. train to get to Livorno to meet the Ship, it's first stop. Up for 36 hrs as we got little sleep, and were very tired.

Cons: My seat was a little uncomfortable, my mid and lower back had very thin cushioning and I felt the knees of the person behind me in my back throughout the flight.
Pros: Food was ok and they were pretty generous with the alcohol which I needed since the guy in front of me had a seat which allowed him to lean almost all the way back. He ignored several of my comments and none of the staff had anything to say about this even though it was pretty obvious.
Cons: Too cramped.The guy in front of me was laying in my lap the whole trip I have short legs and my legs were hitting the seat in front. Flight left late causing problem all along the way i.e. lost luggage for three days. Nobody was particularly helpful or knew what was going on. I had to make several calls just to have somebody find the luggage. We had to go all over the place just to find somebody to give us new connecting flights. The airport there is a disorganized mess which is beyond words. Nobody wanted to take responsibility for the loss between British air and Aer Lingus and my impression over the phone was that nobody cared one wit what happened.
