Everything was good except for the seating arrangements. We could not get seats to be seated together with my wife. We’re unfortunately.
I don't know other staff but the guy who checked me in was completely non friendly. Did not greet even. Looks like he is not the man for this job. In flight crew was good but they were all messed up with the delivery of special meal. Looks like they were delivering special meal for the first time. Gifts for Umrah travelers were distributed to few travellers as they ran out of back packs. Even in soft drinks coke was not available. Totally understand satisfied.
Be honest of what you sell: This was sold as Business Class on all three legs, while the JetBlue plane didn't even have business class seats, and wanted $164 for extra legroom seats.

Terrible boarding experience, with an incomprehensible assignment of priorities. “Fast track” was the slowest. Poor system planning.
Seemed like a cramped A321 config. Roasting hot cabin most of the flight. Wifi did not work. Lots of first time fliers, I think, who didn't know how to follow a seat assignment.
It was ok. This flight was for my 80 year old grandparents and when they arrived to Beirut no wheelchair (as requested) was waiting for them. My grandpa had to pick up his own luggage, he got soooo tired. No one to help him as we submitted the request ahead of time
Terrible seats are very uncomfortable and narrow. Really hard time eating and painful buttons.. crew was very rud not allow anyone to stand not even to go to the toilets
The flight went great. Of course sleeping is always a challenge for me when sitting up but there’s nothing they could’ve done about that. All went as great as it could’ve. Food great, friendly flight attendants and good entertainment.

Flew first class. Was excellent. Lovely crew. Seats were amazing and could convert to flat bed on the A320 we Flew. Good food and drinks choices.

Extremely uncomfortable seats with very little cushioning, unable to recline enough to sleep comfortably on this 13 hour overnight flight. My body was in pain by the end.
My flight was delayed. I was rebooked twice and even the second flight that was additional connection in London was delayed too, so I ended up spending more than 24 hours flying between four different countries and to be honest I’m not sure whether I ever want to use this airline again. My luggage is still delete. It’s been more than 48 hours now so to be honest, I’m not even sure how to describe the level of frustration I have.
Nothing to complain. The staff and flight was good especially the seats which was better compared than the cloth ones on Qatar airways
First keep the airline as you promise. Reason for travelling from Orlando to Tampa is to go with Qatar Airline. We end up with American Airline. As expected the service was horrible.
Not sure how we end up with American Airlines instead of Qatar Airways. From Philadelphia to Qatar they boarded us then they asked us to unload. After 30 minutes later they board us again. The inside the plane it was burning hot and we were sweating like crazy. Crew members are absolute rude. The way they served the passengers were horrible. One of the crew members hit my knee with food cart and kept going. I was holding an ice pack for almost 2 hours. I am still with the pain.
Was humiliated at Doha airport, treaded like a cattle class traveler, I hold platinum pro status with AA and I don’t fly economy even domestic but was made to travel in the middle seat in economy class and boarding zone 3 and was denied lounge access at Doha airport. Never was humiliated like this before.
I chose not to take the return flight to London because of the terrible experience I had travelling from London to Nairobi. The flight departed nearly two hours late, and my transfer in Saudi Arabia was a nightmare; I had to rush frantically to catch my connecting flight to Kenya, and I only just managed to make it before the doors closed. Sadly, my baggage was also left behind; on arriving in Kenya, I was notified that I would receive it the following day. I had to look for means of changing and more; no one offered an apology. Horrible times and services.
Old plane, WiFi Media Player did not work, food only one Option was left, no running water in one of the toilet to wash hands, one of our bags was forgotten or lost in the departure airport (still not received it after three days) , the other one WE only could pickup the next Day from the airport

It is almost 7 hours journey ,you should have provided with TV entertainment and mobile charging
Ok, the flight was not full yet I had people on both sided and the chairs were tight. Only 2 kinds of snacks didn’t even have milk for the coffee.
There is issue with first name and every thing is correct, and they did not onboard, it was really bad experience I recommend not to buy ticket and support team is very poor ever though online support is very bad
The entertainment system on my seat didn’t work for the whole length of the flight, staff was not helpful. Horrible experience. Its so hard to go through a flight from LA to jeddah with no movies.

Route from DC was ok nothing special or bad From Jeddah to cairo horrible First flight got delayed by 3 hours no explanation so what ever Arrived in cairo to find lock on my bag Saudia crew in cairo didn’t know who did could not open had to break my bag zipper to open my luggage
The menu options in business class were few and the crew kept running out of the desired options! So what seemed like 4 options for meals turned out to be just one option! The entertainment system had very few movie selections for Hollywood and Bollywood movies. The audio in the headphones was poor as it was difficult to follow the dialogues; my fellow travelers had similar complaints.
Departed 3 minutes early and did not allow us to board when we arrived at gate after sprinting to the gate once we landed. Also lost our bags and terrible customer service. Bags remain lost
The agent in Chicago was very rude, very unwilling to help and provided the worst customer service there is, it felt like she wasn’t there to work but was forced to work. I was trying to talk with her about my damaged case and that was I after I picked up my bags. She represented American Airlines in a very poor way

Me and my family had a flight from Dallas USA to Amman Jordan and as a foreign passenger I thought this company would be good because it has a direct flight but You can’t imagine how much we are disappointed from Royal Jordanian it’s something unbelievable. It was a nightmare and a crazy experience that we had since we got seated in the airplane. The flight attendance was being rude with pretty much every passenger in the airplane. We were a family of five members, during the flight, my sister started bleeding from her nose. It wasn’t one drop or two drops. It was a bad bleed. We asked the flight attendance to help and get us some napkins or any first aid tools. She saw my sister bleeding and She saw us panic and she said she will be back, but she never been back. We never seen her after that all along with our flight!!!! What is that Royal Jordanian !!!????? we tried based in our knowledge to help her and put some napkins. We kept her head up for pretty much two hours, and some of the passengers help us with water and napkins as well to clean her up, but we didn’t get any kind of help from the flight attendance. What a crazy attitude what a crazy customer service it’s more than the word Bad. !!! is that how you deal with a medical condition in the airplane? Are you guys care about the passengers? I have never ever experienced this bad customer service in my entire life. I never even think that this would happen in the airplane without getting any help from the flight attendance. Do you guys care about human rights? Do you guys care about passengers? Do you guys care about somebody bleeding in the airplane and need a medical assistant???!!!! what the hell is that Royal Jordanian?!!!!!!! also during out fligh , one of the flight attendance her name is Sarah was screaming and yelling on my mom , my mom is an elder lady, and the flight attendants was asking her what she want to eat, but she was yelling. I called the flight attendant and I told her nicely please can you lower your ton when you talk to my mom you don’t have the right to yell at her. She said well I was working all day with other flights and I’m exhausted. I told her this is not my damn business. You can’t have this excuse to be yelling or being rude with the passengers and you can bend a little bit and talk to her nicely. You can’t just keep standing and yelling at her. If you can’t hear her while you standing how do you think she will hear you while she’s sitting if you need something you have to bend and get closer to her and talk to her you can’t scream or yell just like that she gave me a look and she just left. Royal Jordanian, you don’t deserve a penny for your ticket we are a family of five passengers We paid over $7000 for the ticket just to get a bad customer service and bad behavior with my sister medical incident I will make sure my experience will reach to the highest position in this company. No one will accept this kind of behavior or attitude. No thank you,
I originally purchased and selected window seats G12 and L12, and I also placed a bid for K12. These were the seats I specifically chose and paid for. However, I have now been reassigned to D11, E11, and F11, which are middle-row seats. I did not purchase these seats, nor did I bid on them. Due to a medical condition, I am unable to sit in middle-row seats. Sitting in the middle section causes me to become dizzy and nauseous, and I may become sick during the flight. This is the reason I specifically purchased and bid on window seats. I respectfully request that you restore my original seat assignments or provide comparable window seats. If this is not possible, please refund the amount I paid for the seat selections so that I can make other arrangements. I have attempted to contact your customer service multiple times without success. I called approximately ten times and also tried calling your office in Jordan, but I was unable to reach anyone.
This is my second time within two weeks using them. I have bad experience with their Internet. They charge me $35 for Internet worked only for 15 minutes and then disconnected and they don’t even give me a credit or refund my money or give me a voucher about the food. It’s very bad test. There is no test actually and barely cooked still raw.
They cancelled the flight while we were at the gate. Then they rebooked me for the next day but then that was missed because I now have a connection and the first flight took too long to get to the airport. Right now sitting in the hotel until the next flight. Worst trip

POOR. The gate changed 5 times. The plane was late. The waiting crew and the desk staff were gossiping and chatting amongst themselves about the maintenance and plane issues. No water service on the plane after the long delay. Even after I asked for a water. I was in seat 1A. Single crew member we saw sat in the seat the whole flight on his phone. After a stressful boarding process and delay- it was REALLY disappointing.
No Wi-Fi 50% of headphones handed out do not work. Otherwise pleasant.
