Cons: Ticket counter was extremely crowded with only three reps working made for a long very long and unpleasant wait.
Pros: The entire process smooth and easy. They try to nickel and dime you because of the cheap cost. However it gets you from point a to point b at the lowest air fare

Cons: waiting in the airport for 9 hours for the plane to depart. originally scheduled for a 7:15am departure and the plane departed at 4pm. there was no message prior to advise customer of a delay in flight. Poor communication at the boarding gate. When we landed in Detroit we had to sit in the plane for 20 minutes for a gate to open. Pilot said this would take 5 minutes. the whole experience with Spirit Airlines was a disaster. i plan to look elsewhere in future flights.
Pros: Getting to Detroit safe
Cons: Being herded like cattle into the plane and then told for the fourth time delayed again but this time you are stuck on the plane for a hour and a half. Then we finally arrive in Detroit 3hours late and 3 other united flights that arrived after us get their baggage before us. It's like they held our bags were held hostage. Waited again for a hour for luggage in Detroit. It's like flying gives them the right to your property and treat your horrible. I'm all done I would assume it's kinda like jail but I have not broken laws. Horrible expierence. Never fly spirit
Cons: Not charging for every single thing. Don’t like the smaller arm rest as it allowed even less space to keep the person next to me from touching me.
Cons: A pilot on the flight dropped a steel heavy thermos on my head from an overhead bin giving me a big bruise , bump and I bled . It throbbed all throughout the flight , gave me a bad headache the rest of the day and I still have a headache today ( the day after flying ) and am taking the day off
Pros: The crew was amazing and cheerful considering the 2 hour delay and that is was so early in the morning
Cons: The communication was non existent. We started to board then suddenly the crew shut the door and everyone disappeared for 2 hours. We were left wondering what was going on and there was no one to ask!!! No updates on the apps just that our flight was boarding at a time well past

Pros: I sat on the aisle. There is no room especially if you put your bag under the seat in front of you. I got hit 2x as the flight attendants moved the cart down the aisle. You can't lean back. I was fortunate to be able to place my coat in the overhead bin which is usually overcrowded.
Cons: If the baggsge fee was less onerous more people would check bags and make boarding and deplaning faster. For God's sake give people more room between seats. Board people in the back first to spee the process. First window and aisles last. This would improve on time departures.
Pros: Crew was working hard and fast and very attentive. Seats were OK.

Pros: Allegiant knows how to get people off and back on the plane ASAP. The last few flights I have taken we left early and arrived earlier than planned because of this. Crew was friendly. I like the fact the flights are direct and no layovers at airports.

Pros: Food was not too bad and I liked that they had snacks/ beverages out near the bathroom area for people to eat/ drink in the middle of the flight.
Cons: Wish bathroom had been cleaned more frequently. Ran out of toilet paper a few times and floor was wet. My seat was broken so I could not recline back for 17 hours and since the flight was fully booked I was unable to move seats. It made the already long flight even more uncomfortable

Cons: AA is rated next to last in being on time. It shows. Seats were uncomfortable. At least the interactive screen in the seat back worked well, and was informative.

Cons: The extra fees just kept rolling in! By the time I covered baggage cost and picking seats and buying snack I could have flown first class on another airlines! I will never fly this way again. The seats are like lawn chairs, the trays are metal slabs too small for anything and everything on the plane is noisy! We had a child who would not quit playing with his tray or arm rest. Pinging or crying all the way to Atlanta. Bellowing not just crying! Yes, I have children and yes I know how hard it is to fly with a small child. But not once did his mother make him stop! My teen had her first flight anxiety attack due to the consent pinging, crying and the scary flying maneuvers from the pilot. Never flying Frontier again!
Pros: Our check in lady Jasmene was so kind and arranged my seat to be next to my traveling partner. She was so kind and caring! Thank you!

Cons: Ticket kiosk would not work and no one to answer questions or help. When they did help me the manager took 20 minutes to figure out what to. So with a told waisted time of 50 minutes which ended up making me miss my flight home and the birth of my child. Thanks a lot spirit you may have hundreds of flights a day but you only get 1 birthday. With no help I flew home on Frontier they got me home within hours so I could see my new baby daughter.

Pros: There's nothing really that jumps out at me that makes me scream I love this airline because, let's face it, unless you charter yourself a flight or put yourself in first class; flying really sucks no matter what company you fly with. The only real perk of this airline that is usually pretty consistent are the flight attendants. Their jokes in the beginning lighten the mood and put people who really hate flying at ease for a moment, otherwise they are always attentive and use the right amount of sass to the fellow passengers that need to be put in their place ;) I also like that when my flight is delayed your company updates pretty frequently, it would just be nice to maybe give tentative landing/boarding/take off times because there is usually just one new time and it's hard to tell whomever is waiting on you, what time the new arrival will be.
Cons: I know I can't complain about the man behind me that incessiently cussed while simultaneously pushing on the back of my seat in his own little pity party, or about the little girl who rested her feet on me for at least an hour-- that's not your fault! Your passengers chose you! But a few things that your may want to look at improving would be timeliness; My last 5 flights have all been delayed to some degree, life happens and I understand 15 minutes, half an hour.... But my flights tend to range around an hour delayed, 2 hours, 4 hours delayed this past thanksgiving... Like I said, I know life happens but maybe there is a way to improve this. Next, yes, all airplane seats are uncomfortable, but the one next to me was visibly broken but still had a person placed in it-- that's not me sitting in it but if I paid $25 for a specific seat and it turned out to be busted I would be pretty pissed- so all I'm saying is if you're charging people for seats, make sure there is enough maintenance and up keep that people are getting what they pay for. Lastly, cleanliness... People don't clean up after themselves even if it's asked of them and it's starting to really turn me away from the airline. There has been food smashed in my seat, gum and other unidentifiable things smashed in the carpet or seat back and it just hinders how I feel the entire flight. I know cleaning crews are expensive and obviously don't help with timeliness when the flight is aready significantly delayed but in my personal opinion if I've already been waiting 2 hours, an extra 15 minutes for a quick clean is not going to kill me and will actually be reassuring to know it gets cleaned at all. Another idea to remedy this problem would maybe be supplying dissenfectant wipes upon request but make it known that they are available-- I use my own wipes but I know a LOT of people don't even think to bring them.
Cons: Cancelled the flight within 24 hours of making the reservations and they still charged me, TWICE. I'm still paying for it. Screw you Spirit. Will never bok another flight.

Cons: I was a little dismayed to see that I would be charged for a carry-on bag. To carry on one bag round trip would cost me $80, when I only paid $60 for the entire flight.

Pros: Staff had a very personal and friendly way of dealing with the passengers! All passengers were personally guided to their seats. VERY PLEASANT SURPRISE!!!

Cons: My tv didn't work for the first 20 mins of the flight and had to be reset. They only had one of the drinks I wanted. I would have thought being that it was around lunchtime they would have served more than a bag of chips or banana. In coach, you get a bag of pretzels and/ or a cookie sometimes. American Airlines provides warm nuts and a fresh baked cookie and I had to pay more for the upgrade than I did on American for a longer flight.

Cons: Spirit Airline employees did not inform us that there was an option for a gate pass to take my 82 year old mother through security. When i mentioned this to a ticket agent, she told me that is only offered for young children travellong alone. What the HECK is the difference for the elderly? Also, there was another elderly passenger on same flight whose daughter had said pass. They need to get their perspective straight where elderly travellers are concerned.

Pros: Great price, easy to purchase thru kayak, change notification thru smartphone. Check in on smartphone, with electronic ticketing, was able to call United to add TSA fast pass/KTN, some reason kayak didn't have place to add when originally booked. Overall a great experience!

Cons: The terminal experience at JFK was nothing exciting. It feels a bit unorganized and old compared to other terminals and their operations.
Cons: 2 hour delay, had to get on and off plane, but mostly it was the rude ticket agents at the airport that were the problem. They were much more focused on scolding passengers on the mic than giving updates about departure time. To be fair the agent at the gate going to Des Moines was far worse.
Pros: The crew on this flight were genuine in their comments dealings with the passengers. They were helpful and seemed happy to be there and anxious to make our flight a comfortable one.
Cons: Could not hear the boarding instructions given inside the terminal at the gate. Rep spoke too softly and quickly and the tv in our area was too loud to hear over it. It would have helped to have the tv mute when the boarding instructions were being given.

Cons: Flight delayed 30 minutes on tarmac but holiday week so it could have been much worse. Slow deboarding process and air conditioning was not running and with the full flight it wS uncomfortable.
Cons: Let passengers know from JFK there is a shuttle or air tram to your actual gate of departure. This could help with what the passenger may have as carry on item
