Much better seats on Airbus 321. Food prices are very reasonable.
My flight BKK–SHJ–TBS was changed, and I was notified only by an email that went into my spam folder. I found out only 1 day before the flight when I checked in online. The new flight had a 15-hour layover in SHJ and arrived in TBS 1 day later than my original plan. I needed to adjust my plan urgently and lost the cost of one hotel night because the free cancellation period was over.

The flight was slightly delayed because of change of plane but informed beforehand. Flight was very good and comfortable
Superb like always. On time and quite comfortable. Only thing is that the arrival movement was by bus.
We were boarded by bus. That was a bit of pain.
Horrible horrible plane for such a long flight. I thought Qatar was a reputable airline. Was proven so wrong. Never again…:-(
Whatever was good was diminished by the late delay from Nairobi which caused the missing of our flight to Seattle then we were connected to another flight to Miami which also caused the missing of flight to Seattle again delaying us for several hours in Miami
My laptop in checked suitcase disappeared. The check in lady asked about it and found this very curious. She made me sign something when I insisted it remains in my checked suitcase. Robbery without violence.
Service and food were good. I'm 6'3" and my knees hit the chair in front of me. The 3 hour flight was manageable but the 15 hour flight was torture. There is no comfortable position to sleep and I'm grateful the person in front of me did not lean their seat back.
Boarding is delayed! We are inside the plane without AC for a long time. No TV monitor.
Very lovely aircraft and crew. Seats were comfortable and the food was great and served swiftly. Delayed flight due to a passenger coming off the flight but overall a great experience

Overall experience was OK. Seats were truly uncomfortable for such a long flight. Food quality was mediocre at best. The staff was great though!
The staff at the check in lied. I requested aisle seats he said he gave me aisle seats. In actuality he only gave me aisle seat for 2 hour Karachi to Doha flight. From Doha to Dallas flight he gave me middle seat .
Boarding staff at lahore airport corporate well. Thanks to that guy.
Ethiad wanted to charge me $1100 for 2 checked bags on a ticket that was $550. Nother the airline or airfare assist was willing to help before arriving at the airport. All parties said it was the other responsibility to help. Never flying ethiad or using kayak again.
Very delayed and uncomfortable seats. Nothing written in Urdu for Pakistanis. Tons of Pakistanis use the airline they should ensure the airline is accommodating them properly.

Bad. Flight was very uncomfortable with narrow and shallow seats, very little food and water. I will not fly etihad again.
The staff was very nice and polite but it was very very hot and no ways to have some fresh air. It would be nice to have more time to sleep since it was a night flight
I WOULD ADVISE NOT TO BOOK YOUR FLIGHT ON KAYAK. THEY SHOW BETTER FARES AND AFTER I BOOKED MINE, I FIND OUT THAT IT DID NOT INCLUDE LUGGAGE. i HAD TO PAY $800 TO CHECK IN MY BAGS.

It feels like the seat did not have any cushion and just ply wood. The seats are so compact that no one would sit comfortably. I am a slim person and it was super hard for me to move in the seat just imagine what someone else would feel. This airline would be my last option. Singapore Air and Emirates are far far far better than this. Do not travel even for free.
The seat condition was very poor . The seats handles was broken the wire inside the seat handle was out .It was very ugly scene and very uncomfortable to be in this situation. Please keep ur flight seat in good condition to respect your passengers . Regards
Salam air flights are very full . So there is no way to fallow Covid 19 protocol . All seats are occupied . They should consider less passenger in each flight .

The flight from Gilgit to Islamabad was cancelled. I had to arrange alternate transportation to Islamabad that took over 12 hours drive over a dangerous mountain pass with mudslides that were still being cleared as we drove. Could I please be given a refund for this cancelled flight?
Poor also they kelt changing dates of ticket! Not recommended
