I flew in a new plane with an excellent crew.Felt great

Nothing that I like. Old plan.. old seats without maintenance. The recline seat in front of me (my was 10F) was 3 inches before my nose. It was not enough space to keep cell phone in hands. Even before landing the cruel does not pay attention to it. The worst flight of my life.

Friendly stuff , enough leg room in economy class, very efficient boarding and take off on time. There is no place to charge devices and movie collection is not to my taste. 9 hours of flight went very easy.

Very comfortable aircraft, plenty of room in the budget class. Especially liked 2 rows on each side with a 2-sitters. Staff is helpful and friendly. Food was actually very tasty. Negative- no self service electronic check-in counters which make the line much longer than could have been otherwise; outdated entertainment screens with limited choice of movies . Otherwise our experience was very pleasant and 9 hours passed without difficulty

My flight was cancelled over technical issues. They moved passengers to other flight that departed a few hours after mine. They left us for the 330 am flight (the original flight was 19:40). We went down the tiny Salta airport to grab dinner and suddenly they fixed the original flight and left, and never told us or made the announcement. It´s a really small airport, they could´ve looked for us, but didn´t. The flight took f with 8 passengers. And we got home after 6 am

Boarding was chaotic(zones were a bit arbitrary) and we had to undergo a second check of our carry on bags and jackets at the gate...nobody was detained and nothing was removed just a waste of time as we already went through screening to get to the international gates .

This is the worst airline I have used in my 30 years of travel. The boarding process was an absolute nightmare with endless lines. It took 4 hrs to get to gate while in Bunoes Aires. Also, they change flight times and gates several times leading us to go to multiple gates. Never will fly this airline again

I liked the airport and aircraft crew. I disliked the fact that I and TSA pre check approved but this airline is not affiliated to the program. I was 4 hours befor departure and I barely made it to the gate. The airline does not allow to buy extra luggage online. After waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes to check in my luggage I had to do another line to pay my luggage with another hour of waiting. Only one airline person to process payment. This is ridiculous and I saw so many elderly people struggling in line waiting long hours.

Boarding was efficient and painless. Food was not supplied. It will be good if some chips or biscuits can be provided.

With my flight back at the airport of Salta, the process to check in it was very slow. It took me almost 2 hours.

I couldn’t board my inbound flight since they asked for my Yellow Fever Vaccination card at the boarding time and I didn’t have it; of course I didn’t have time to go pick it up. They never mentioned this would be requested for the flight. Not during the ticket purchase, not during the luggage check in or during my check in. They also cancelled my outbond flight due to this and they refused to do a refund. Terrible!!! Worst airline ever!!!
