Cons: "The flight from Helsinki arrived 2 hours late to JFK due to mechanical reasons causing some passengers miss their connectiing flights, which is quite normal in airline practice. What was not normal and supper aggravating was the fact that nobody met us at the gate to help us rebook our missed flights. We had to find an AA agent in the departure area and stand in line with other passengers who were checking in to their flight to Jordan. There was no customer service what so ever provided by Finnair."

Cons: "I paid $90 for economy comfort for my flight and did not get an economy comfort seat. I am very disappointed with Finnair in this. They will not refund my money at the airport and now I need to go through their home office for a refund. It was bad enough not having any extra leg room on a red eye when you are over 6 feet tall but now I have to jump through hoops to get my money back."

Cons: "I don't live in Riga and had pick up scheduled in Rigas airport to take me home to Telsiai, Lithuania. Because flight was delayed and I had to fly to Talin and then to RigaI I arrived at 10pm plus took me another 30min to figure out what happened with my luggage. I am still in Riga waiting for the morning to schedule another ride home. Very long , inconvenient trip ;-("

Pros: "The cabin was very clean and the flight was smooth dispite heavy crosswinds on approach."
Cons: "The boarding was awfully slow, and the flight departed nearly half an hour late. The cabin crew offered free water and coffee, once. Even then I had to ask the flight attendant, they did not ask me. No entertainment on the flight, magazines were rather pricy so I read a book and caught up with some sleep."

Cons: "The Iberia web site, and web app were not functioning properly. I want able to save any of my personal information such as phone number or known traveler number. I was unable to select a gluten free meal prior to the flight since the web app and website were not working. I tried calleding Iberia customer support over 10 different times and was never able to speak with a representative. The customer support prior to the flight was non-existent."

Cons: "The people working at the American Airline counters at the Philly International Airport are very unhelpful and rude. When the check-in kiosk said to get assistance from a rep, the reps told me they could not move from behind their counters. The TSA people people were worse. They treat passengers as if they are dogs, never saying please or thank you, but giving commands in condescending tones to people."

Cons: "Even though we had booked this flight in September we were never able to choose a seat for this flight. We kept trying and the only way we could pick a seat months and weeks ahead was if we bought an upgrade. We had already spent over $1000 to fly to Paris each and did not want to buy an upgrade. We just wanted the assignment of a seat. When we got closer to the date we were told that we would get a seat assignment at check in. At check in we were told we would get a seat assignment at the airport. At the airport we were told we would get a seat assignment at the GATE! At the GATE the attendant had difficulty finding our seats and finally found them with the help of another attendant. This adding extreme stress to a trip that was planned in September and should have been a pleasureable experience. Our seats were not together and we then had to go on the plane and ask other travelers to change their seats in order to be near each other. This was not our job! We ended up near each other but not together. Then when we arrived in Paris we noticed that our suitcases had been tagged STAND BY!!!!!! We were glad that we did not see that at the Philadelphia airport because it would have added even more stress to a long anticipated pleasure trip to Paris. Next time we will make sure that the tickets we are purchasing (FINNAIR) have nothing to do with American Airlines."

Our family of 4 got scattered all over; the agent was not at all helpful -- they seemed bitter about their working condition and the fact that they had to deal with dissatisfied customers. I talked to the supervisor and we were finally able to sit together just because a party of 4 did not show up. I am not at all happy with the AA for their stupid rule."

They told me it would be free if I called 24hrs before the flight. I called 24hrs before and they told me they could not book my seats because the airport owned the seating. My first flight was with American Airlines, they gave me a boarding pass, however for my leg with British Airways, I had to go get ANOTHER boarding pass to board the flight. This airline was very inconvenient and I felt scammed booking with them. I would not recommend this airline to anyone!"

Cons: "Trying to get through airport security was an unorganized clown show with them herding groups of passengers back and forth between airport terminals resulting in many people almost missing their flights because the lines just weren't moving. Once on the airplane, the international flight had TVs in the ceiling in the row playing one in-flight movie (what is this 1995?). American is such a terrible airline. The old US airways, Lufthansa, and British Airways, are way better international flights every time I've flown with them. Personal entertainment at your seat for each flight (i thought this was standard on all international flights in the past like 10 years) and more food and drinks throughout the flight."

Cons: "Flight was delayed without notice. They waited until after we were lined up to board to put this up on the board, leaving us standing around for an hour. They never announced it on the overhead. The boarding process took an obscene amount of time which seems to have been attributed to having one worker confirm passports after we had already been checked at the desk. He moved very slowly. Actual flight was quick and easy. No food or entertainment as it was only an hour."

If your ticket says your last destination is us. And i did not even got a full refund for their stupid mistake. Lack of information. You guys should be more careless for your customers."

Pros: "Due to my husbands frequent flyer status, we were able to upgrade coach seats to premium free of charge - which afforded priority boarding and more comfortable seats - although, there was not much difference in legroom or general space. This flight was not full, so I had an empty seat next to me - always a good thing on a long flight. Lots of movies and entertainment available to fill up the hours. Served food and drinks constantly (3 meals plus, if I remember correctly) but the food was pretty bad. One of the bathrooms was a generous size, which made it more comfortable."
Cons: "Boarding was confusing. They separated out groups but did not make clear where each group was to go, which caused unnecessary jam ups. Stewardess on this flight that served my section was rather grumpy and unhelpful. Seat in front of me was broken so it leaned way back into my lap, making it difficult to eat or read on my e-reader. I had a premium seat, but there did not seem to be any difference in leg room or the size of the seat than normal coach. Although there was several meals - the food was horrible. Best to take your own aboard. We were delayed getting off the ground, having to sit on the plane for a while before take off. We landed over an hour late."
