Not much to say really. It was very basic flight with no entertainment. But it was inexpensive and fine for a short flight. No complaints
The friendliness of the attendants, and the quality of the service.
Limited food options. I dont like chicken or even fish but that’s the only option. Sad to say not impress

Kayak really screwed up by offloading the booking to a third party. They were completely inept and caused a bunch of toil. I will never use Kayak again.
I had ordered vegetarian food. What I was presented was extremely dissatisfying and not up to the mark. I pretty much did not eat entire 19 hours. For.an airline voted as best in business, it was extremely disappointing. Seats were not comfortable to sleep. Entertainment system didn’t have much choice. WiFi didn’t work for more than half the time. Cabin crew were also difficult to understand. A bit of diversity like Emirates crew would go a long way.
Crew is excellent Wifi needs to be improved in order to connect to the internet.
They ran out of the second choice of food was stuck with fish

Both flights to and back from Lyon with buses taking extra time and delaying flight at DXB. Food serving needed work.
I liked everything: the service, the food, the cleanness. I flew last year with Qatar Airways, so I can compare. Emirates did much better! Especially their meals and service.
Wonderful Premium Economy experience. Felt as good as Business Class for food and entertainment. Comfortable sleeping too
Emirates First Class is always a treat with Caviar and service is always personalised.

Premium Economy is not worth the extra money you pay. You are neither economy nor business. The seat doesn’t recline enough to relax your legs. Maneuvering while seated is cumbersome. Don’t recommend Premium Economy at all.
Easy boarding and friendly crew. There is no food offered as it is a short flight and no entertainment either…but a good experience overall.

You should have given upgrade at 50% off instead with half full flight on to the hot seat that is how you treat the guest by offering upgrade to the hot seat guest would be happy to pay with the disc given

Quick and easy, short flight , 30 minutes. Staff was friendly, no food or drinks in this very short flight.
