Cons: Refundable tickets

Pros: The flight wasn't full which is always nice and they served full size cans which is also a nice little note.
Cons: The plane was pretty old and people just started sitting wherever. It was chaos as my wife and I sat in our assigned seating and just watched people wander like animals.

Pros: Easy boarding. No issues.

Cons: Better business class seating, better food and in seat entertainment as it isn’t enjoyable watching movies on an iPhone.

Pros: Comfortable seat and free drink
Cons: Probably if they offer few snack like a chip or nuts.

Pros: Crew, efficiency, movie/show options
Cons: No alcohol, food options (vegan), tv screens in seats

Pros: Flight attendants were nice

Pros: On time flight, friendly crew
Cons: Spacing, with covid one empty seat for every 3 row seat would be better

Pros: Danny working in First Class was amazing.
Cons: The food.

Pros: Smooth
Cons: Social distancing ( one’s seat apart)

Pros: The flight
Cons: Social distancing. Caught covid on the plane back

Cons: I never received the flight. It did not exist. I had to buy another ticket.

Pros: Exit front and back.
Cons: Only at the airport too hot, not air conditioner

Cons: Free internet wifi

Pros: The line was fast the agents were friendly, plane was clean flight attendant were nice

Pros: The crew was great.
Cons: The wifi was expensive:(

Pros: Ok crew, not the best planes and service but good enough to get from A to B. Was I happy with the flight? No, will I use them again? If the price is right for sure.
Cons: Friendlier crew and better service

Pros: Yes
Cons: Yes.

Pros: Crew was friendly, great entertainment
Cons: Temperature inside the plane was freezing cold, ran out of snacks & small bottled water for premium economy

Cons: Luggage space issue could have been handled prior to flight not on a volunteer basis.

Pros: Window seat
Cons: 45 minute delay for a 55 minute flight. Absurd. Slow boarding.

Pros: Yes crew was amazing
Cons: Best domestic USA airline

Pros: The crew
Cons: The chair was very uncomfortable and it was cold. A light blanket and more padding on the seats would make a difference.

Cons: My experience: Animal Abuse during boarding, cancellation of flights every single time I’ve booked flights, horrible mess with customer service, just don’t care about people...

Pros: Flight was on a VA aircraft - more comfortable interior and seats than typical Alaska. Bathrooms nice. Crew excellent as usual.

Pros: I like the idea of allowing pre-boating for families with small children or elderly parents to some extent
Cons: I did not like that the airline allowed more than 1-2 people to accompany 1 small child when pre-boarding. I happened to be able to go in with the general boarding but was one of those who was first in line within this group. My seat which was 5C already had no overheard room!!! It appears that 1 child was accompanied by 4 adults when they pre-boarded and in addition to their carry-ons, they put their foldable stroller, backpacks and totes in the overhead bin!! The airline announced a request for people to leave the overhead bin spaces for bigger carryons but does not enforce it. Flight attendants should not feel uncomfortable actually asking to whom the backpack or tote belong to and tell passengers to put those under their seats. Somehow, passengers need to be educated on proper etiquette. Also, pre-boarding should only allow 1-2 people to accompany a child or an elderly person. Pre-boarding should not be taken advantage of by all adults traveling with those needing it.

Pros: Everything!!!! Especially The Flight Attendant Staff. And For The Price, From Departing From JFK-NYC To LAX-Los Angeles Is Fantastic!!!! I Would Definitely Recommend This Airline To Anyone Who Wants "Great Service" At A "Great Price";-D!!!!

Cons: In the SF airport, your crew accepted me to pay for $25 for putting my suitcase into the plane. But then, she mentioned that the flight was delayed and there was no way that I can made my connection from LA to Indianaplis. So I was given a boarding pass with my suitcase ($25 paid) only to LA. The front desk asked me to try other ways when I arrived LA to see what can be done. When I entered into the gate, your CS changed my flight to UA after I have presented my case. However, I had to pull the suitcase out from Alaska, paid another $25 to United and started the trip all over again. All the while, your crews expected me (an alien from Asia) that I should have known every thing get it through, or to claim my suitcase charges. I am really disappointed for the lack of understanding. To you, it may be something happened so common everyday. To me, I was totally lost to handle this.

Pros: Excellent crew. very friendly. No attitudes
Cons: they were not ready for us at LAX. We spent 20 minutes in a remote corner of the airline waiting for a gangway so we could go down to the tarmac and wait another 50 minutes for buses. No gate, no buses, just standing around. Terrible planning for our arrival

Pros: Being on time, then early! A clean plane, and boarding from the rear first. An airline has finally caught a clue on boarding the rear of the plane and window seats first! Hello!

Pros: That the problem was eventually fixed.
Cons: I arrived at the SFO at 715. I checked in and went straight to my gate. After sitting in the gate area just a few minutes, the women at my flight desk announced a delayed flight(flight would depart at 10 instead of 855) The asked that passengers come retrieve their meal vouchers. She checked my boarding pass and I went and ordered myself dinner and returned to sit down close to 9pm. I waited for the screen to change for the new flight information but it never did. The terminal was busy with music and basketball finals.lost of mumbling announcemrnt so I kept checking my flight screen and it still had the original flight. I sat waiting. All of a suddent the tv changes and it’s a different destination??? I got up and asked why my flight wasn’t posted and she told me ‘sweetheart your flight left 20minutes ago.’ I was shocked. How could this happen? She informed me i’d missed my flight that was never delayed. I was so tired and worried and she kept calling me sweetheart. Telling me there were mo more flights but that she’d put me on a 6am the next morning. With my disability I was so worried I pushed and pushed and spoke to both counter airling people. Finally, I got mad and she put me on united. I am so upset about the whole ordeal. That was a surreal awful experience that had me crying on the way home.

Pros: Plane clean, boarding efficient, pilot cordial, flight confortable, arrived early despite delayed departure.
Cons: Because video playback system was inoperable (not an issue for me—I am happy to read during the flight) the young crew had to perform safety announcements manually but were obviously ill-practiced and inexperienced at this, bungling their reading and even seeming not fully to understand the words. (They also botched announcing introductions of the pilot and crew, not seeming confident who was on board or as if they in fact knew their names.) This was of course unprofessional but also introduced doubt how reliable they would be in an actual emergency.

Pros: I liked watching the fact that I was able to finish a movie that i began on a previous Alaska flight. I’m trying to reach towards MVP, so I was unfortunately disappointed in other aspects.
Cons: Well other than the fact that the flight was delayed by two hours, I was given incorrect info. When I asked the staff member at the gate about what group I was boarding with, he told me to line up with the first group only to be asked to turn around when I reached the front. Also my seat did not recline back and it wasn’t a seat up against a wall. I’m leaving the plane with a sore neck.

Pros: Not much to like this time around
Cons: Boarding attendants announced that the flight was delayed just 10 minutes before boarding time because of weather. Flight was from Seattle to Los Angeles and the weather was clear on the flight path. Two hours later, an announcement was made that it was actually because of congestion at the airport (poor planning) and yet, they did not offer anything to the passengers for the inconvenience. We boarded the plane two hours late, only to sit on the tarmac for another 40 minutes. This situation could have been handled so much better by Alaska Airlines.

Pros: Plane was a little warm, air didn’t work great, also delayed on the runway for about 45 minutes before takeoff
Cons: They delay on the runway

Cons: Was told by TSA in los angeles that alaska airlines had selected me for an ssss on my boarding passes was checked in loreto on a 5 minute search had no carry ons went quick When in Los Angeles went thru customs and immigration no problem however when i got to security they checked my passport and said i had to have further screening had to stand 25 minutes waiting for tsa officer to take me through the line officer showed up finally they patted me down checked for nitrates took picture of my passport than sent me to gate While it was boarding had alaska agent make smart ellic comment about ssss on my boarding pass made it to Seattle than was going to take wenatchee flight gate agent said he needed all my previous boarding passes for loreto and Lax i said i threw them away he said well i will have to send you back through security here in seattle i told him i dont have enough time to make my flight he said you must have known there was Trouble my wenatchee flight fortunately had no ssss on it made my flight very long story short i will avoid alaska airlines next time.

Pros: The flight was great. Watching the crew of flight 256 work together was nice. They were the most polite and professional crew I’ve ever seen! Especiallly helping the elder and special needs clients on the flight. This was touching and emotional, since one of the passengers seemed paralyzed from a stroke and her husband was doing the best he could helping her to the bathroom. My mother in law suffered the same parálisis, so this hit home. My husband and I were also surprised to see all of the Manzanillo Airport crew waving good bye as the flight took off. This flight felt special.
Cons: N/A

Pros: Perfect all the way around

Pros: Flight attendants, good service goodies , On time flight and smooth flight !! I been using Alaska for many years and is one of the best airlines ... even to book my flights
Cons: No words

Cons: I haven't flown a first class this poor ever. No blankets, we were not offered drinks until we were at cruising altitude, no magazines, felt very dirty and unkept. Food was less than desirable. Alaska needs to improve their overall service and cabins.

Pros: Love everything!
Cons: The only issue I had was that we were delayed about 40 minutes after being in the plane because the pilots weren't there and the AC wasn't working yet so we were roasting while waiting for them to arrive. The attendants were very apologetic and kind though, passing out water and helping guests be as comfortable as possible. The only issue I've ever come across with this airline and it was still handled with kindness and efficiency, so DONT let this discourage you, Alaska is great!!!

Pros: Clean plane; organized, quick boarding; overhead space for my carry-on (at no extra charge); I didn't get assulted like other airlines do to people; got me where I needed to be at the right time for the right price; free connectivity for messaging (on one flight, second flight wouldn't work)

Pros: That I was finally able to go home.
Cons: My first flight to Alaska was delayed and my flight leaving was cancelled completely. I called customer service and was told I would be given a refund for all the trouble my cancelled flight was causing making me late for work and my ride being unable to pick me up at the new landing time. I never received a refund and my rebooked flight got cancelled. I almost didn't get home on that flight either, but the customer service agent found me a seat. I never received a refund and I missed out on pay at work. I never want to fly Alaska again!

Pros: The flight was generally like any other flight
Cons: I had paid for a nonstop flight at a certain time to get home for an important meeting, but because I booked through a third party they said I was going to be bumped to another flight that would get me home over 12 hours later WITH a layover. That's frankly not what I paid for. That makes me not want to ever book with a third party again. I don't appreciate not getting what I pay for. Eventually someone took a voucher and I was able to get on the flight, but I'm still upset because, as the customer, I did nothing wrong. Just book the proper amount of seat for the proper amount of people. So frustrating.

Pros: The cleanliness, the upbeat and sweet crew, the pilot did a great job taking of and landing, and controlling the turbulence. Communication was great.
Cons: More leg space

Cons: Seat comfort and snack choice.

Pros: La tripulación muy amable!!

Cons: Customer service, the app defies the laws of physics, it blows and sucks at the same time, and email says expect a reply in 3 weeks. United thanks you Delta, they just gained 2 new customers!

Pros: Crew was kind and helpful. Very clean and made sure we were able to sanitize and keep our area safe.

Pros: Hospitality
Cons: Nos trataron con mucha seguridad de higiene y nos sentimos muy seguras de viajar con ustedes muchas gracias

Pros: Everything was great!

Pros: Friendly crew

Pros: Great service
Cons: Friendly crew

Pros: Extra room and fast boarding
Cons: Food

Cons: This plane was not appropriate for social distancing, I would not have booked this flight if I knew we wouldn’t be able to keep a distance from other people.

Pros: Everything goog

Pros: Crew were great, loved having spare seats....Just a very welcoming flight.
Cons: My screen on the Nashville to LA wouldn't let me watch the movie I wanted too but everything else was great. Glad they were there to get me home to Australia when other airlines weren't!

Cons: More cushion in exit row seats.

Pros: Crew were friendlier than many other airlines

Pros: Never went on the flight.
Cons: Awful customer service

Cons: Come on, business class is better in the train than in a plane? My foot was a box of 20 small chips, sausage and a very small candy

Pros: Delta is doing such a good job keeping people spread out, keeping masks on, and giving wipes and hand sanitizer out. They gave snacks in individual baggies with hand sanitizer. I felt so much safer than I did on a similar flight operated by American Airlines where essentially no precautions were taken.

Cons: The social distancing, the cdc is recommending 6 ft but there are passengers directly behind and in grinning us and only one passenger seat empty between 2 people. With covid on the rise, how are you actually doing your party to take care of your customers.

Cons: The Seattle gate agents never said which flight they were calling and since neighboring gates were boarding at the same time it was very confusing and rather chaotic.

Cons: It was a 4+ hr flight, so some food would have been good. Could have given protein shakes or something.

Pros: Seat was average

Cons: Zero PPE or social distancing by crew

Cons: A lot of turbulence

Cons: Compared to Virhin Australia crew, Delta staff seem almost poorly trained in comparison. For example, Drlta crew don’t check your pass, don’t immediately move down the aisle to move along tourists busy discussing their seats and then line up for Boarding seems chaotic at best.

Pros: Seating was fine
Cons: Did not have a wheelchair waiting for my wife when we arrived in LAX

Pros: Crew were ok. Not that comfortable.
Cons: seat need to be more comfortable

Pros: None of it
Cons: Everything. Can it please leave on time for once

Pros: The crew and comfort was ok
Cons: The snack options coming from us to aus were only packets of crisps/chips and apples and cranberry juice.

Pros: Friendly, efficient crew
Cons: Uncomfortable seat in 1st class. Poor quality video screen, too small, too far away, poor sound.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: I bought a ticket thinking i bought it through kayak but I actually bought a ticket through a third party in India. Where no one spoke good English. I called the agency to find out if I needed a Visa for my visit to Australia and the told me no. So when I showed up to the airport I didn’t have the right documents and I MISSED MY FLIGHT. Also the wouldn’t just change my flight and charge me the change flight fee. They cancelled my flight entirely and made me buy a whole new ticket!!! Worst flight experience I’ve ever had and this is not my first time flying to Australia or out of country.

Pros: Boarding was quick and prices were fair
Cons: I sat next to a creepy intoxicated man during my flight and I was not helped out. When I first sat down he was speaking to me and trying to hit on me but I showed that I wasn’t interested. I didn’t even have to sit down to smell the alcohol on him. During the flight he tried to place his head on my shoulder and tried to get close to me. I was too worried to call for an attendant because he was intoxicated but when the attendants would come and offer us food I tried to make it clearly visible that I was anxious and uncomfortable and NOTHING. To make it worse they continued to serve him alcohol!!

Pros: Check in Denver super helpful Gate staff hustled to turn around flight Flight crew excellent
Cons: Flight delayed, almost missed international connections

Cons: Tray table was broken, I was downgraded from Comfort plus to main cabin after a plane swap with no mention by anyone and no compensation. Flight was delayed 45 minutes because a flight attendant was running late and then to top it off, at the end of. The flight the attendants blocked anyone fromaim cabin from leaving until all of first class had departed, even when no one was coming they still Blocked it off. This is a practice I have never seen on delta and haven't seen in aviation in almost 20 years in the US

Cons: Delayed due to problem with the door

Cons: I wasn’t able to select my seats and choose a meal before getting to the airport and hence had a middle seat and no special meal

Pros: food was pretty good.
Cons: a bit squashy in the seat. Inability to go online and select my seat without having to ring Delta and they do it.

Cons: When I bought my ticket last Nov , I paid extra to select seats, only to discover no aisle seats available for the 15 hour flight from LAX to Guanghzou. I tried many times to call CSA LA office using toll free and regular number, but could never speak to a human. Last November 7 I missed my flight home due to the Thai King's motorcade causing the road I was on to be closed for more one hour. I arrived at the CNXairport nearly one hour before the scheduled departure time, only to find CSA check in counters already closed. CSA Bangkok made me pay for a one way ticket home on Nov 8 even though all 3 flights were not full. I arrived well I'm advance and checked in. CSA began boarding 30 minutes before the time shown on my boarding pass and closed the aircraft doors shortly aftethe boarding time listed. No wonder I missed my Nov 7 flight! I wrote CSA LA a letter including the receipt for the one way ticket and requested a refund or at least a reply or home call. I never received a reply. I have flown CSA/Delta from Detroit, MI to Chiang Mai, Thailand 5 or 6 times in the last 3 years. It seems they don't care about customer loyalty. In the future CSA will not be my first choice and I will pay somewhat more to fly another airline.

Pros: Cabin crew and captain were great.
Cons: Don't like how you don't get your seat assignment until you get to the gate. I was given the window seat in the very last row for a 6 hour flight, quite uncomfortable. I could've booked another airline for a similar price and picked the seat i wanted at booking. They ran out of food choices by the time they got to the last row, so we were given whatever was left. Delayed because one of the bathroom doors wasn't working, 30 min later still wasn't fixed and ultimately they decided to go without it.

Cons: They were very dishonest about everything. We need to be there in Australia on Monday morning for very important event but reached Australia Monday night 8PM. Virgin Australia contatcted out their flight from SJC to LAX through Delta and Delta cancelled flights becaue no-show of Pilot to operate the plan. What a Joke???? We asked them to put us through another carrier to LAX for connecting flight they refused.Very very BAD. It was a big miss for us.. never again Delta/Virgin Australia..............

Pros: Staff on the plane was courteous although they skipped half of us for snacks & forgot some requests for water
Cons: Was not able to check in online. Was not able to select my seat online. I was told I would be able to do both of these things. Spent 30 minutes trying to find a number to someone at Delta to check in & select seat. I was in Australia & all Delta offices were closed because it was Sunday. Although I had an internationally calling plan, no calls to Delta US would go through. finally found someone through a back channel that would help me. We boarded an hour late, and staff would not answer any of our questions about what was going on or how late we would arrive (they sped up the fight so that we landed on time). Flight ran out of drinking WATER after the first service. Half of our section (Economy Plus) was skipped for snacks. An unruly child was allowed to scream for almost the entire flight & was running up & down the aisles. NOTHING was said to the parents by staff members. Was absolutely the worst behaving child with who I've had to fly.

Pros: Some of the ground staff was trying to be helpful.
Cons: That we had to sleep like homeless people on the floor of JFK airport as the airline was not able to provide for a crew and therefore cancelled the flight. The airline cancelled the flight at 1.30 in the morning so no one was able to get a stay in a hotel not did the airline take any action towards helping the stranded passengers. We were given blankets and pillows. The best thing was the ground staff getting rude after all passengers complaining. They were basically saying we should get stuffed since we were booked for a flight next day same day. This is shameful! Needless to say that I will not fly this airline again!

Pros: Nothing to like about this leg
Cons: The cramped real cramped space, shame on the US Poor service Delta should be ashamed of itself for this kind of poor cattle transport

Pros: Reassuring that the airport desk staff were keeping an eye on my connection from LAX to Columbus. Turned out it was too tight of a squeeze and I missed the connecting airplane's door closing by a few minutes, despite having RUN through LAX to get there.
Cons: I am disappointed by the lack of communication among Delta staff when we arrived at LAX. Our turn-around was late coming into SMF, thus late leaving. It would have been very helpful if the gate staff at LAX had advised me to not bother to try to make my connection, or called the next gate to tell them we were running over there. RUNNING. Or at least done something to act like they cared. I am disappointed by the lack of initiative. I understand flights cannot wait, and I would have greatly appreciated being saved the trouble of running to a different terminal and instead taking that time to change my travel plans. They may see travelers struggling like this daily, but to each traveler, a hiccup in travel plans trip is stressful and urgent. I ask Delta staff to please consider that when they come to work. Thank you.

Cons: Short flight didn't provide food or beverage service. Cabin crew announcements were rapid & muffled, difficult or impossible to hear or understand. Would not have felt confident if there'd been an emergency.

Pros: Pretty much nothing related to the entertainment system... It is nice that you can play movies for free over WiFi on your phone or tablet (since the in-seat system simply didn't work...), but, bizarrely, the WiFi movie selection was different from (and substantially smaller than) the seat movie selection. What's that about? And the WiFi movie scheme is way more painful than it needs to be, requiring you "check out" movies using your web browser, then switch to a separate app to actually watch the movies. Clearly the product of a company mindset whose ONLY concern is "can we check some box", with absolutely no interest in "how can we delight our customers?"
Cons: So we get the same entertainment system all these flights use: some ghastly totally non-optimized Linux setup that was rebooted three times during the flight, took 20 minutes for each reboot, and never worked correctly after any of the reboots. (The only movie my system would ever play was the very first one, and none of the on-screen controls worked. The seat next door could choose multiple movies, but each movie froze after 40 minutes). The amazing thing is: why don't they just install a damn iPad mini or Android equivalent in the back of each seat? Would be lighter than what they have today and would work FAR better. You'd need some co-ordinating/provisioning software to provide for OTA announcements and movie updates, but basically it's not that hard... At the very least, hire a Linux-head to optimize your startup scripts! It's just sad to see this 20 minute startup process (all dumped on the screen) with its constant repetition of time-wasting startup steps that just generate errors on this plane's particular hardware setup...

Pros: Good aircraft, good service, on time, eventless
Cons: There are two types of foot-rests, both are a nuisance for people with long legs. The one popping up from below one's seat is extremely hard to put back in place. The metallic one folding down from under the seat in front cannot be secured back and is always in the way if the passenger needs to stretch his/her legs. This seems to be a new appliance, and I jut wish they would do away with it altogether. More is not necessarily better.

Pros: The seats, staff, entertainment, particularly liked that you served hot chocolate! The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful.
Cons: Food -vegan menu was bad for n the outgoing flight, better on the incoming flight. No vegan food available on domestic fight. Sitting in the aisle seat meant often people pushing past your seat.

Pros: The seats were spacious and the crew was wonderful. The crew actually made the long flight more tolerable. Will seek out Delta/Air France for further international flights.

Pros: Quick boarding, comfortable seating. Great food!
Cons: The seats and IFE were a bit outdated. Comfortable, but outdated. My family had issues with their screens and one had to use the remote as the touch screen was no longer functional.

Cons: Crew on the ground was very rude

Pros: Excellent service

Pros: Average crew. Average seat.
Cons: They could have controlled screening babies better. They just let them scream.....

Pros: Entire trip was easy and comfortable.

Pros: Intranet meant I could watch movies on my iPad
Cons: Seats are very uncomfortable

Cons: I have never been in a situation were a flight has been delayed due to the co-pilot suffering a knee injury prior to take off. A request for a doctor on board after an hour or so and then having to leave the plane and then re-board after about 40 minutes was quite bizarre.

Pros: Crew was very nice. Food was good and tasty.
Cons: Plane seemed a little worn, which surprised me since it was an A380. Not that old. I had purchased an upgrade to a seat with more legroom, only to find out there was no USB plug for charging my phone. All standard seats have them. Would have been nice to be warned about that.

Pros: The crew was very gentile.
Cons: No enterteinment on the plane.

Pros: DIY snack area
Cons: Food and seating

Pros: Good food and service

Pros: I did like Flying with Delta and Air France but not with Ukrainian airlines (when booking , it should tell you what airlines will be used , to make a better selection )
Cons: When I purchased my flight ticket , I purchased with a checked bag (23 kg /50 #) how ever ( who will fly to Ukraine with a 10kg suitcase) I booked for a KLM flight , they used (partener airlines ) when I arrived to LA I flew with Delta , they checked my Suitcase at no cost all the way to my final destinations , that was expected ! When I was going to return , they made me payed 120 dollars ( in Kiev , Ukraine (UIA) , I was very disappointed and I really will love an explanation about all this !

Pros: Crew was nice although one fellow was a little too “nervous” and looked bossy
Cons: Food was awful. Asked for vegan meal they got it half right, as vegan is not vegetarian. And the second meal or snack as they say was not vegetarian or vegan at all.

Pros: Everything. crew friendly and food/drinks the best
Cons: Nothing...all was wonderful

Pros: Flight attendant Ms. Sophie Picard made every extra effort to try to find a meal when they had run out of Business Class meals. She made up for the uncomfortable seating in Business Class.
Cons: Business class seating on the AirBus 318 is very cramped.

Pros: The cabin crew was super patient and accommodating of the passengers.
Cons: Cramped quarters

Pros: Great service

Cons: Tiny uncomfortable seats.

Pros: Very nice stews. Food was A plus compared to US airlines AND included. Great list of movies etc.

Pros: On time.
Cons: Did not seat together passengers, although booked and checked in at the same time.

Pros: We flew with our special needs child without requesting any particular accommodations except for gluten free meals. The gate staff and flight crew identified him and allowed us special bordering that facilitated the process. That act of kindness is a rare experience on our part. Thank you Air France staff!
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Late leaving - no reason or apology. A bumpy flight all flight. Food almoat inedible. Seat gave bum axhe after 45 minutes. Staff friendly, but they dropped my meal
Cons: Nothing to like

Cons: It is very difficult to get around CDG airport with a disabled person. There is no shuttle. By the time we got to check in, we were ten minutes late. They would not check us in, and we paid over $700 to change tickets to the next flight. When I complained, I was told to stop being rude or I would get no ticket at all. My mother is 94 years old and we did the best we could given the circumstance.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: 1/ the transfer crew needed 50 mn to enter my son’s visa number in her computer and she almost let us miss our flight 2/ we were separated (party of 3, my son being 5 YEARS OLD) - how can they allow a boarding and expecting my 5 year old to do a 10 hours flight BY HIMSELF???? 3/ no kids menus, even if I had ordered it before 4/ food in general was very mediocre 5/ crew was unprofessional and they acted bored

Pros: Food was Fantastic, Air France the Best on Air.

Cons: Airplane really old. Cabin configuration economy was in front of economy plus. Just 1 bathroom for economy and economy plus. Economy plus seats old and uncunfuttable ( more than it should be )

Pros: Priority boarding with kids
Cons: Nothing special just like easyJet ir Rayanair

Cons: at no point when buying my ticket did the site say zero bags were included. In fact, when purchasing it said that information about baggage was not available.Shocked to have to pay 50 dollars for one bag. I am member of Flying Blue. One bag has always been included in the price of a ticket flying transatlantic.

Pros: Flight was smooth
Cons: Food

Pros: In cabin crew was attentive and friendly. Food was good and came at good times. Middle bathroom on Airbus 380 was big and comfy.
Cons: Boarding was not too well organized and I followed Security's direction who put me in wrong line and I wasn't able to board with my priority group. Sitting in exit row with no floor storage so this delay made it hard to find overhead storage above my seat. (Grrrr) Entertainment system didn't work which made the flight feel LOOONG. (They offered an in-flight credit, but I'd paid for premium exit row seat and had to choose between moving to working system in crowded middle seat or keep premium, exit seat. I decided to have them move me to a seat with a working entertainment system, which were available and they'd offered, but never happened.) When I got home, I discovered the gift I purchased with in-flight credit and my own money wasn't the one I'd requested from Duty Free catalog so now I have to figure out how to solve this problem. (COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT.) Premium exit row seat was narrow, due to in-seat tray table & entertainment system, but seatbelt mounts and thinly padded seat made it even more uncomfortable on a long flight.

Pros: Plane was clean. Pilots made up some of departure delay time in the air between NCE & CDG.
Cons: Unorganized boarding process and minimal info or announcements regarding delay. Failure to respect SkyPriority status at boarding were disappointing. (Staff allowed it to be a bit pushy and chaotic and people were able to force their way in line, ahead of those who had been waiting in line.) Seats were okay but no recline and underseat storage was small. (Backpack wouldn't fit underseat and had to be stored in overhead.) Passengers crowding from back of plane upon arrival made it hard to deplane and felt rude.

Pros: Nothing... and we were late which made me miss my connecting flight and I wasn’t reimbursed because it was with a different airline
Cons: See above and the food was disgusting

Pros: Super fast boarding and smooth takeoff

Pros: Offering a drink on such a short flight is appreciated albeit unusual these days. Crew was very professional and friendly.

Pros: Very poor sound quality on the earphones. Made it very difficult to watch a movie and almost impossible to listen to music.

Cons: Had to check in our underweight small carry on because there was no space left. Left out hotel at 3.15am. A dry croissant did not satisfy three hungry children for breakfast, the coffee was terrible and the seats too close together. Not a good experience.

Pros: General air of professionalism is reassuring
Cons: Food, crew appear rushed

Cons: The food: asked for vegetarian but got incipit vegan... Mostly rice with coconut milk

Pros: Always like Air France. They are in tune with keeping the traveler updated.
Cons: Walked all over the terminal looking for signage for Croatia Airlines. Information services sent me to the right location, but it was marked Air France. I asked serval Air France employees for Croatia Air. None new that Air France was the CA carrier. Finally found one who bothered to look it up on her computer and low and behold, AF was the carrier!

Pros: Getting there on time despite delay
Cons: entertainment had very old media and no recent additions. Crew was not very organized

Pros: Great people
Cons: It was an hour late

Pros: Chicako Párizs szuper , udvarias személyzet pontos érkezés.
Cons: .

Pros: tool me safe from one airport to another
Cons: wait time, food

Pros: movies were great, watched a lot of them food, while nothing to write home about, was at least tasty and not inedible the staff was great, friendly, welcoming, hard working loved that we could have wine and snacks
Cons: we had paid for the exit row and had a luxurious amount of room. But when we tried to sleep, our fellow passengers came and stood at our feet and talked so loudly that we could not possibly sleep. They stayed there for more than an hour. Would have loved for the staff to maybe ask them to tone it down, if not move.

Pros: Boarding was fast and efficient. Flight attendant staff were friendly and very courteous.
Cons: Vegetarian food choices are too limited. Snack and beverage availability on long flights like this are too few and far between.

Pros: should let first board passenger in rear rows and not everybody together.

Pros: Courtesy staff excellent!
Cons: Console for gaming poked guy in front. Needed joystick
