I was given aisle seats on both return flights so I could move about more. The meals were lovely. The airbus was good for peace & quiet from crying children.
Cons: I had left an expensive style of neck/travel pillow i left in my Perth rental car but wasn’t supported to pick it up. I had to arrange for the car rental firm to post it. We had over 3/4 hr to fly. We were boarding. It’s a shame there wasn’t a quick way of getting my pillow to me without customs bureaucracy. It was a simple mistake. A toilet was blocked and temporarily unavailable. Some passengers were taking a long time and queues were building at different times.

Meal trays laid on meal tables for hours after the passengers finished food. Flight attendants literally responded in over 30 min of call. I pressed special meals online before boarding. However, the flight attendants were not sure. They went back to kitchen to verify that and return with the ordered meal.

Pros: Attendants very friendly and helpful. Greeted everyone with a smile and a pleasant voice. One woman was having a very hard time. She evidently was afraid to fly and wanted to get off the plane. The attendants were very kind to her, spent time with her and informed the pilot. The pilot made several comments using her name making sure she knew every time we were about to run into some turbulence. I thought that was very kind.
Cons: Sometimes very hard to hear the instructions and the pilot when they are speaking. Snacks are very small quantity and often stale

Pros: Everything was so very nice. The seats were fantastic in First Class. So comfortable. The service & food were delightful. The only negative was the screaming infant. This is my second trip on Delta in First Class in the past three months. Both times the trip was ruined by crying babies. ☹️

How on earth did it make any sense, I am not even muslim? I did not even mention about muslim. Those dumbass at justfly.com do not have any level of professionalism. I tried to contact china southern airlines, they are always busy, after several attempts, finally somebody on the phone talking chinese shitty accents that only understood a few english. Chinese passenger crowded and with the shitty attitudes. One of the old guy drop the heavy coffee cup on my son's head and hurt real bad when he pulled his bag immediately after the land when he is not supposed to. I have a return ticket to deal with again with pain in a few days. then I will never fly with this shitty airlines. At Gongzhau, kids are hungry in transit, tried to buy food, told they only take Yuan. there was no ATM in transit. had to exchange Yuan and thats the only option there if you want to buy something. Airport wi-fi sucks, no connectivity even after logging into the shitty local advertisers websites. Finally, crew were to manage some kind of food, but did not like it at all. shitty shitty. do no fly this airlines of chinese route at all.

Pros: Boarding was smooth and fast. The crew was helpful with a wheelchair passenger, and get everybody else on board soon after. We depart the gate a couple of minutes early, and arrived almost half an hour early.
Cons: The first class seat were not much more spacious than the comfort+ ones. Choice of snacks were limited as it was a short regional flight. No overhead or seat back entertainment, but you can stream from the media server through in flight wifi.

Pros: The flight was run through Delta out of Seattle, and the crew was friendly and very helpful, as it was initially somewhat confusing how to check in for the flight online via WestJet's site - but the check-in agents and gate agents quickly clarified! The flight also boarded and departed mostly on time, and the onboard wifi was great.
Cons: It was a bit confusing to check in online, as the WestJet site doesn't list Seattle as a departure city and then it took several different input attempts before Delta's site found my WestJet flight info.

Cons: Plane was diverted back to Toronto from LaGuardia airport as we were told due to "weather", landed late at night and were told that due to not being able to control weather WestJet could not assist with accommodations, leaving everyone stranded and scrambling to find a room in alreday booked up hotels. When speaking on phone with agent, I was told it wasn't due to weather but incident at LaGuardia where plane went off runway. I paid $130.00 for 5 hours in a hotel, due to pilot error, not weather. La Guardia opened it's other runway immediately after and other airports in NewYork were running fine. Completely unacceptable and extremely bad customer service as CSR simply told us "sorry we can't help". Will never book with West Jet again.

Cons: This airline charges for everything, and after you pay once, they try to charge you again, and again, and again (four different people tried to charge me 4 different times for my two checked bags). And they lost the record of my payment, so I had to show 4 times the Amex receipt showing that I had paid before. It took 45 minutes and 4 non receptive agents for me to get my luggage checked. British Airways is significantly better.

Pros: Crew attentive. The delay was due to airport conditions in FCO, cannot be blamed on Air France.
Cons: Food. For a 2-hour plus flight, from 11am to 1:30pm, we got 20gr pretzel sticks. This is ridiculous. Don't pretend you are not low-cost! Formerly, before the Joon failed (thank God) venture, Air France had real sandwiches around that time of the day on that line.

Cons: The check in process was terrible at SFO. We all felt like cattle being herded on. It was such a mess. The seats are surprisingly uncomfortable in premium economy. The headrest is not conducive to sleeping.

Pros: I liked the way a fligh attandant treated me and another two passengers. At the end of the flight he gave us a cup of strawberries for all. The food was delicious specially that pasta, it was yummy.

Cons: Flight was late. Boarding very slow. Entertainment was ok by today's standards. Each seat had a display, but movie selection was not great. For a French airline I was looking forward to breakfast -- maybe some nice pastries or at least a decent croissant with jam. None such. It was disappointing. Meals were not impressive either, but the complimentary wine was good.

Cons: Plane late departing allegedly because of cleaning the plane, but why was the cleaning done that late? Also, ground crew remarkably uninformed about what was going on in the plane. Poor communication between plane and ground crew. No explanation from pilot as to continuing reason for delay even after we boarded. Departure time, 1.00 pm, boarded at 1.10, actual departure time 1.45, causing me to almost miss my connection and definitely causing my bags to miss the connection.

Pros: Traveled fron SFO to CDG on AF in business class on an A 380. Lounge in SFO was smallish and not many choices in the food bar. Boarding was smooth. my second ride on A 380 in business and this trip reminded me quickly why I did not care for the A 380 on my previous trip. It is a huge plane with a huge sized business class which makes the cost less worth it compared to a Boeing. The crew were extremely helpful and caring. The food was acceptable. The seats on the plane were not comfortable in the lying position. Took a cab to our hotel in Paris (1st Arr) for a flat 50 euros. No meters.
Cons: Arriving in CDG and facing a slow immigration with the passengers of this huge plane. I didn't care for the baggage delivery system. We were waiting for an hour only to realize that the arrival port for our luggage was changed.

Pros: The flight crew was excellent. My husband and I flew economy and I saw the crew keep passengers well fed (several meals and snacks) and were attentive to everyone's needs and all done with a smile. I thought the hot towels for cleansing our hands before meals was a very nice touch!

Cons: I was told the wrong flight time, wrong terminal, wrong gate, and wrong airline. I couldn't check-in online. It was horribly inconvenient and I nearly missed the flight. We got there with 5 minutes until the doors closed.

Cons: Our first leg from Paris was delayed and we missed our flight to Dubrovnik. We then had to hire a car and drive 6 hours to ensure we wouldn't lose a day more of our holiday.

Cons: everything started when we tryed to check in online for our flights with Lufthansa, when we got some errors saying that our flights does not exist. NO Emails, not calls, no messages, no voice mesagges left by the company! -called the client service, located in Philipine apparently, the lady confirms that all our flights were canceled (3), then she hangs off the phone. -called the second time, another lady is rebooking me on a different flight, but she informs me that my husband is not on the same reservation as me, so basically he is in another flight. Eventualy she is changing his reservation as well and puts him on the same flight as me. -waiting for the confirmation email, of course the reservation is just for me, no husband anywere. -called the third time, a nice canadian gentelman informs us that the second flights was canceled so he will redirect us via NJ instead of Washington. -we are rushing to the Richmond airport to catch the NY flight, at the counter they let us know that this flights was canceled and we are back on the DC flight. -when ready to board in the DC flight they are announcing the this flights is delayed from 1:30 pm to 7:30 pm due to weather conditions. -waiting in the line to be rebooked in another flight, after 3 h of waiting they decide they can fly to DC at 4:45 pm, with about 15 people on board.

Pros: The flight going to Newark was cancelled due to the weather. The service person was prompt to changed our flight to Washington, DC.
Cons: Due to staffing problems the flight going to DC left Richmond 1.5 hours late. The plane left at 4pm and our connecting flight to Rome was starting boarding at 425pm. It was very stressful. I can understand changes due to weather but there is no excuse when it comes to staffing.

Cons: Could not check in online. Had to get boarding pass at kiosk. No opportunity to upgrade if purchasing basic economy. Staff not helpful. Restricted to a purse size bag? Really? I just love that united gives you one last chance to gouge you by telling you that you CAN check in online only if you pay for check in. I know delta started this whole basic economy deal but united really set a new low on their version.

Cons: United flight was delayed by 2 hours unitially, and eventually by 5 hours. Transfer to Delta flight was acceptable but deposited me at the wrong airport! A lot of money and inconvenience and delay after that to get to my destination. And no compensation offered for that!

Cons: Purchased a non-stop flight leaving at 530 and arriving at 6:30 pm. After flight was pushed back to 830 pm departure, it was pushed back again to 1130 pm departure and 1230 am arrival. Rebooked through connecting flight and arrived at midnight.

Cons: The seats were hardest, most uncomfortable airline seats yet. No padding whatso ever. They now have 4 boarding classes plus the 'special' folks. If you drag your bag to the gate , which slows down boarding, you get it checked for free, if you check it yourself at the counter you get to pay 25$ ... Since older people generally do not want to be carrying luggage up the 'stairs and through the Chicago airport', it means they get to pay extra! I think it is age discrimination that all the airlines are doing. Only the young can fly the cheapest.

Cons: Flights were significanly delayed that resulted in missing connecting flights. During my return trip I ran to make my connecting flight just barely on time and once boarded we sat on the plan for an hour before taking off. Flight to get to Richmond on united was a major problem. I work up with a notification that my flight time had been moved up 2.5 hours ( a problem as I live 2.5 hours away from the airport) I called and they said it was a mistake that I was good to take the origional flight. A few hours later I get a phone call from united asking if I could be at the airport 2.5 hours early. I said unfortunately no because I had already spoken to someone from united and they had reassumed me that the origional flight was still good. She then said if I couldn't make it early it was no problem. So I get to the airport at the origional time after speaking to two different agents who told me this was ok to find the plane delayed and causing me to miss my missed connection.

Cons: United rerouted us and added another leg to our trip. We never flew Richmond to Denver. We ended up going Richmond -> Chicago -> Denver -> Santa Barbara. This caused us to miss a post-wedding brunch with family that we're only able to see about once every three years. All this after changing our flight out to the east coast the day of the flight (my 8:55pm flight was changed to 5:23pm, and I was notified after 3pm - meaning I had to run out of work early, costing me money, run home to pack, and rush to the airport, only to wait 3 hours for a now delayed flight). The also added another leg to that trip as well (at 3pm, day of). This was a red-eye flight and the last thing we wanted to do was get on and off the plane all night. I will not be flying with United after this trip.

Cons: when i purchased my flight ut was for 6am. After paying for my tickets my flight time was changed to 9am. Then 24 hours prior to my flight it wad changed to 11am due to technical difficulties. This caused me to have to take a later flight out of Chicago O'Hare.

Cons: Incredibly uncomfortable seats on the express jets - we joked that we need to bring stadium cushions next time. For a full day of traveling, I would consider a more expensive route with another airline than tolerating the hard seating they offer.
