They graciously bumped us up to a 7:30pm flight, which trimmed our 4-hour layover down to 3pm. Cut to 6:15pm...we find out that the flight is not delayed AN HOUR due to a "late inbound flight." Long story short, the 7:30pm flight ended up departed later than the 8:30pm flight we were originally scheduled on so we didn't get to LA until after we were originally supposed to!!"

Took us less than 30 minutes from parking in shuttle parking lot to going through security to getting to our gate!"
Pros: "Due to operations, maintenance, crew arriving late (the excuses kept changing) our flight was 2 hours and 15 minutes delayed! I understand things happen, however, I've flown in Delta and when they had delays they brought complimentary snacks and drinks for us at the gate. United did nothing but give excuses, changing reasons for the delay. The flight was 2 hours late, which would push us from breakfast to lunch yet they provided no extra food! They gave us direct tv instead."
