Pros: Angeles City is a great alternative airport for Manila. No crowds and convenient to Northern Luzon.
Cons: During check in the attendant tried to charge me for my luggage and only wanted to check it in to Seoul. Due to my insistance for over an hour the attendant finally communicated with someone in Jin Air who knew what was supposed to happen in regards to my baggage. Finally got two bags checked in to Atlanta with no charge because it was included with the ticket. Jin Air needs to train their attendants on proper check in procedures for connectinng flights.
Pros: We were actually on Korean Air, not Jin Air due to our change in schedule. Korean Air staff in Hanoi were truly excellent. They even followed thru so that staff in Seoul assisted us with our connection. We were very impressed. Korean Air's flight attendants have always been professional and courteous. The level of service is superior to most airlines we've used.

Cons: "We'd like to buy the noodles." "Sorry, we're sold out of that." "We'd like to buy some grape soda." "Sorry, we're sold out of that." "I'd like to buy a model airplane." "Sorry, we're sold out of that." This was on the way to Hong Kong, where they may load up on some of the catering items, but not on the duty free. Strange for an LCC to be so low on inventory, which is a huge part of their revenues. My other gripe is that the only source of water in the holding area at Okinawa's LCC terminal was, like the flight afterward turned out to be: sold out. Oh, and they split the two of us up upon checking in (two hours prior to the flight) by seating us on opposite sides of the plane. I can't believe the entire rest of the plane paid for confirmed seats and left only single seats. Like AirAsia, Peach has Navitaire's reservation system, and apparently, like AirAsia, Peach intentionally splits groups up in the hopes that they will pay to sit together. If this is the case, it is wrong. I agree with LCCs' notion that baggage is a service, for example (at least seven people handle a bag on a nonstop flight), or selling food rather than giving it away. But it is really low to intentionally cause discomfort and then charge to relieve it.

Cons: The staff is very arrogant and only looks for ways to make money rather than providing information and helping. NO COURTESY AT ALL. They made me miss my flight and managed to blame it on me despite my being there 1:30 ahead. I’ll never recommend them.

Pros: Low fare punctuality. Much cheaper alternative than any other mode of transportations in Japan. No frill is expected. 10kg of free carry on should be enough for most savvy travelers.

Cons: Check in and boarding was atrocious. We were told that we wouldn't be allowed to go to the gate if we didn't get through the check in but it wasn't our fault that it was taking so long. There weren't anywhere near enough staff and so by the time we managed to check in we had to go straight to the gate. Same thing when boarding. Took far too long and there was an inevitable delay with no apology. Plane ok. One toilet out of order so had to walk the length of the plane. Games no good without a handset and very few new movies.

Pros: Eastar Jet has low fairs yet quality service. All extras, such as food or drinks, baggage, etc. are at additional charge. No first or business class on my flight. No entertainment but that's why we have laptops. For customers wanting a good price to get from point A to point B with good service pick Eastar Jet.

I haven't gotten my money back yet and I'm getting the run around from them about it. I will never fly with them and never recommend it either. Lastly I wasn't able to fly out of Korea because they wouldn't put on another flight. Truly garbage airline.

Pros: The business class seat pods were superb. Food was good and crew was very helpful, especially in Seoul -- they automatically rebooked me on another Asiana flight to Bangkok when I missed my connection, and they loaned me a cell phone to call the people who were going to meet me there.
Cons: The 2 1/2 hour departure delay (due to a mechanical issue) resulted in my missing my connecting flight to Bangkok. Entertainment choices (movie selection) could use improvement.

Cons: Usually flying peach means saving big money. My trip really only saved me around 15%, had I known I'd be flying out of the cargo terminal on both sides and have to endure multiple packed bus trip on top of the most uncomfortable airplane seating I've ever had I would surely have paid the extra and will do so in the future.
