Cons: "I was charged twice for my seat. Purchase flight and I chose my seat. Both charges were separate. Once I made it to the airport I was charged again for the seat. Really confused with this matter. One ticket agent was anything but unpleasant, I am disable and I had to load my luggage on the ramp. Very unprofessional. Those two situations sad"

Cons: "Late flight, they didn't update the board at all. Forced me to check my carry on luggage because they didn't do their job correctly. Overall terrible service, will avoid AA in the future."

Cons: "The flight was cancelled. Then we all were told to re-ticket at customer service. Waited on the line for 2 hours to get a stand by ticket for the next flight. Luckily I was the second from the last that got the seat, or else I would have to wait for the next flight which would take even longer than just drive to Vegas myself. I asked customer service to accommodate me with some food coupon since I had to wait for the next flights...they said they don't have that kind of accommodation, really?!!!"

Cons: "To many technical issues with this airline , everytime for the last 2 years there's a mechanical problem or issue with a plane blocking runway . Honestly I've never been on time with an American Airlines flight . I could have taken a bus and gotten to my destination faster, communication is poor , had to walk from terminal 4 to 6 because they have gates at both but didn't post the correct terminal to my ticket , so I walked from 4 to 6 ... Then the delay made me walk back to 4 because of a gate change . Then we waited on the plane for another half hour . All in all its not really the staff but more so the actual operation of the airline that I'm not willing to work with anymore ."
