It was as good as a flight in economy can be.
Seating was average for a first class seat. It very modern. I expected better.
We had almost a 6 hr delay, primarily due to weather, the e problem was that they communicated this delay and its length very poorly. The boarding was chaotic - even though they had hours to figure it out! The plane was an old 747 whose touch screens barely worked and there was a faulty USB port under my seat rest (something that wasn't labeled as being there) They organized my delayed luggage well. And I could get updates on the Lufthansa website. My shirt connecting flight charged for everything except water. Coffee was over 3€
we were able to make it to the connecting flight in Frankfurt to Copenhagen thanks to Lufthansa crew. The ground crew was waiting at the gate and received us and took us through special runway entrance and immigration check. We were on the plane at 10-09 am for 10-10 departure. Thanks to Andre and the other lady for mission impossible :)
Flight was great only departure was delayed to saome ground crew issues
Hectic boarding process. I upgraded to business class which was no different than economy except for the food service. Totally not worth it.
Great experience, flight was on time and reached on destination on time .. very accurate and smooth experience
The experience was great. A330 needs an upgrade between RDU and FRA and vice-versa.
Our flights were severely delayed, then canceled and we had to fly out next day with no sleep accommodation help. This led to our baggage being lost and the service reps after baggage couldn’t be bothered to help. They kept sending us to different counters when we were at the right counter to begin with. The only saving grace was the angel woman supervisor with blond hair who helped us put in a missing baggage claim.
The boarding process was really slow. The air crew was amazing and the food options and the entertainment were also really great.
