The business class is excellent. I loved the food, and the crew was very attentive and professional. From boarding to arrival, everything felt smooth and well-organised.
Never had a flight delay issue with Korean Air, that's why I always go with this airline.
Korean are so racist and when I ask question or directions they totally ignore me and say racist. Also they give me an rude attitude.
The flight was on time and very quick, as expected, but the leg room isn't great in coach seats.
My second flight wasn't better than the first one. And this is 14 hours trip, crew came out only to offer food and the choices was poor. This food choices are good for Asian people but not for westerners. The breakfast kind thing was a corn sausage really disgusting. The air-conditioned blower really blow high and cold, turn out on my arrival to feel seek, that makes the trip uncomfortable. The crew didn't not really come out during the trip to offer drinks or snacks. No fruits available. Very poor service
Crew was ok, but some passengers were a bit rude. Again, all outlets were not working, only the really slow charging usb plug on the entertainment system. Entertainment system was also bugged, some features just crash, the touch screen wasn't working and when trying to watch a movie the onscreen display kept flashing off and on making it very difficult to watch.
Food was good, but it can be better if it add a little bit of oriental flavour, service is great too.
2 hour connection time in Seoul to make plane to Bangkok. Giant security lineup. Lots of worry over making flight reduced joy of flying via KE/Incheon. This was a repeat of my flight in Nov 2022, so apparently is the new normal for KE. Flight was boarding after I was forced to jog what seemed to be 2 miles from security to my departure gate. Please fix this. I still cannot understand that if you have already been screened in Canada for dangerous items, and there is no opportunity to obtain any between one plane and the next, why you should be screened AGAIN.
I’m an extra large person, so it’s difficult to get comfortable in the seat. They did provide an extender for the seatbelt. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all requests for additional water, juice, noodles were granted quickly.
They let me board first because I'm a cancer patient & 75 years old. That was greatly helpful.
Crew excellent calling me by name ! Only downside was no inflight WiFi

Check-in was tedious. They could just have used the electronic boarding passes and counter checked the passengers’ names in their manifest. What’s the use of the early checkin if we still have to queue at the only 1 functioning checkin counter!
No power on an 11 hour flight? What a joke. Crew did not come by enough to get trash or offer water.
The crew were lovely and also attentive. The food was overcooked and hard to enjoy. Slept well enough .....so the seats are comfortable for sleeping and sitting.
The checkin was unacceptable. Agent took about 3-5 min minutes with me, standing in front of her, and not in acknowledging my presence. Finally, when she started processing my check in as a priority passenger, she neglected to give me a lounge pass until I reminded her . when I went to the lounge, they didn’t have me registered. However, the agent there still accepted me Did not tag my luggage as priority, so I had to wait until almost the very end before my luggage appeared. My Wi-Fi as premier elite did not work. This was not a good start to my lengthy flight.
Philippine Airlines needs to do better in giving access to wheelchair. My uncle is PWD and they let him walk to boarding. It happened both inbound and outbound flights
We were told at check in that my wife and I will be sitting together. We were not. Our mistake was we did not check our seat assignments on the boarding pass until we got on board. At that time there was no solution because the flight was fully booked.
This trip was canceled by the airline and we have never been repaid or rescheduled despite many inquiries.
