Cons: "Crew is very slow in serving and removing spiked plates. Food menu is very limited and not even asking for Tea or coffee, very poor service, feedback alone they ask verbally and thank to be positive. Late boarding not proper announcements"

Cons: "Everything. Firstly the flight was delayed, these things happen but nevertheless I end up missing my connecting Qatar flight to Belgrade, put into a horrible little hotel for 24hrs without my bag, no clothes or toiletries. At one point during the flight once everyone had their chairs reclined one hostess told me to not put mine so far back?!?! Then when asked well then person in front of me has to move theirs forward and her response no they don’t. Absolutely shocking. To think I wanted to upgrade to business class. I’m traveling the globe over the next year and thought let me try Qatar but never again with this type of service and how they treat their customers."
Pros: "My FA from IAH to DOH was outstanding. She made sure I was comfortable the whole flight"

Pros: "The food was OK, but not really as good as what we had received on other airlines. Example, on one flight I had a fish dish which was overcooked very dry and there was no sauce of any kind to make it palatable. I do not like to throw food away but half way into the meal I had enough. Other than that Qatar Airlines was really first class. The flight attendants were the best we have ever experienced. Their dress was immaculate, they were very friendly and attentive and were there to make the flight as comfortable as possible plus cater to all requests."
Cons: "The food which was generally very bland and without any taste. Sauces with some of the dishes would be helpful."
Pros: "Sanitized, open middle seats, comfortable"
Cons: "We were stuck on the tarmac for 40+ minutes due to our gate being blocked by another plane. We almost missed our connection and had to run through the airport with our luggage and the staff at our second gate yelling “hurry up” at us like it was our fault."

Pros: "On this short flight, the flight attendant was wonderful, accommodating special requests and being fully engaged with passengers. On time departure, early arrival, overall a nice quick flight to Duluth."
Cons: "CRJ200 planes are always a bit cramped, and having to gate check anything bigger than a small purse is an inconvenience. Hopefully the fleet will change over to the Embrair planes soon. Beware 'Basic' flyers (cheap tickets): you are not eligible to take an earlier flight even if available."

Cons: "One of the younger female flight attendants was rude . She was collecting trash and took my neighbor’s (aisle seat) trash but wouldn’t take mine. I tapped her elbow to show that I had trash, she looked at me but didn’t take it. She returned and still refused until I exclaimed. She rolled her eyes."
Cons: "I booked a business class ticket through klm, but it was a delta code share flight. Delta was unable to locate me in their system, and I had to contact klm myself to straighten it out."
Pros: "The ctew was awesome, super sweet and very acomodating"
Cons: "Its a flight to WV (my birth place).... it is what it is... smll planes, tight quarters and people who don’t get any of that and are not happy anout any of it"
Cons: "No ear buds were offered, i had to ask and then FA forgot!!?? Snack basket was just awful choices. Captain was great I really appreciated the constant updates as our flight was 1. Hour delay on depart and also delay landing at jfk, very smooth trip"

One of us was moved to a middle seat, which we didn't expect. Not a big problem, but not the seat we had reserved. Intercom volume was low, making it hard for us Americans to understand the captain's announcements in English. Appreciate the captain announcing when we were flying over Lake Como.
Some movies were only trailers. The food quality was not good. One of flight attendants was a little rude (in Teh-Fra flight). The flight was really smooth. It was on time
What did we like? Nothing really...The food choice and quality were very poor, seats were uncomfortable, tv screens were dirty full of greasy fingerprints, some of the staff (Not All) were miserable, shall I go on???
Cons: "Your crew didn't smile. They didn't seem very happy. The food was ok, but different from normal American cuisine. I didn't appreciate the crew's comments to some of my fellow passengers about how they we wouldn't eat the food. I would have liked to have been offered more to drink. Additionally I'm glad the crew is fond of one another, but they were loud and distracting. They were nicer to one another than the people flying. I didn't like being barked at and being given confusing directions regarding exiting the plane. Overall I wasn't impressed and would prefer to not fly with your airline again."

Cons: "Our flight was cancelled from Nashville to Chicago due to "mechanical issue" so we were unable to get on the flight to Naples. United rebooked us on a flight leaving the next day, and we are currently sitting in Chicago on a 6 hour layover. So no, I am not happy at all with this experience. We are missing a day in Italy and have been charged a day stay in Sorrento which we are unable to use. I have contacted United customer service to see if they can compensate us."

Cons: "the extra fees for the tickets of our pets because the reservation was not made on line when that was impossible for us to do when we purchased our tickets, nor when we received the notice on the 31st of August because our computer was already packed in the suit case and didn't see it until September 2nd."

Pros: "The premium economy- it was the most uncomfortable - tight seats. The back of the seats are not reclining It’s not worth the money you pay for premium services"

Cons: "There was no amenities pack given in Premium economy. The food was ok. It would have been nice to have been offered another bread roll. Seat comfort was fine, but I kept getting hit by the separating curtain as the flight attendants went back and forth from economy."

Cons: "Air France should not sell tickets for which the connection flights are almost impossible to catch. My luggage was not transferred to my connecting flight. I had to run to catch the flight to Bucharest. At CDC there were only two custom officers for checking passport of EU citizens, on a Saturday morning with hundreds and hundreds incoming travelers. On top of it, one female officer was rude. Typical french :("

Pros: "Business class lay flat seats allow sleep. Staff tries to pamper you with good service. Smooth long flight 10hrs40min and flight left 30 min late and still arrived early 40 min."
Cons: "Online checkin requires passport check at airport so you try but cannot print boarding pass. Online would not let me order gluten free vegetarian meal for daughter, but staff at terminal said oh it is too late now, you need 24 hrs notice... on flight though they figured it out and brought her foods she could eat so it worked out ok."

I called british airways to update my personal details as their website didn't allow me to enter details, the staff messed up the details."
