I think its pricelines fault because they did not even offer bagage as an option..."

Pros: "Boarding was easy, I'm a Star Alliance Gold member so was able to get on board first. There were significant delays leaving Dulles and our connection was tight, but SAS held the flight so I give them props for that."
Cons: "The crew was grumpy and unhelpful, but I can usually overlook that. What really got me was this: YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR BEER & WINE ON THIS INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT! Never in my 25 years of international travel have I seen this from a mainstream carrier. For this fact alone, I will never fly this airline again. You also have to pay to pick your seats in advance."

Cons: "Checkin was a disaster, girl was not aware of anything she was doing and after over ten minutes of explainatiin she still put me and my bags on a wrong flight. Lady at the boarding gate tried to help and finally managed to send me and my bag in the same flight. Even bigger disappointment was that I booked a business class seat and paid three times more money then a normal economy ticket, there wasn't any business class seat and all seats were occupied in the front rows. Staff was generally rude and not willing to help."

Pros: "At least on long-haul flights SAS Plus is quite nice, much closer to business class service than your usual premium economy offering. Real silverware, good drinks, pretty good food, plenty of space and a nice blanket and pillow. The lounge in Copenhagen is quite nice too."

Cons: "1) on the plane, they announced a choice of two meals and I enquired why did I get one without choice and they told me the second choice was an option only for 'economy plus' !! That was a rude situation....I felt cheated and then insulted . 2) CPH - Nice : The breakfast or the included orange drink gave me an upset stomach and bad case of Hemorroides. 3) I accepted a glass of tomatoe juice and when I asked for a coke with my lunch , the stewardess said I had only right to one drink and would have to pay the rest....really ? - wine used to be free and now a glass costs $4...really ?? 4) I arrived at CPH airport for my transfer .. the flight was yet not on the screen but no one gave any instruction and no officials of any kind were around to enquire....a cleaning crew finally directed me correctly. 5) the security line in New York to board was ridiculously long...someone shouted to take off our smelly shoes...really ?? 6) most were directed to the right with four snaking unending lines to one security check . From time to time others were directly directed ed to the left where there was no line and option of two security checks. Half way through my wait , most were directed to the left and all who were 'late', were let out first to their gate. The whole experience before, on the plane and after was not worth the money...least of all a pleasant one."

However, the flight from Bergen to Oslo kept getting delayed, so we were eventually put on a direct flight to Stockholm from Bergen. But for the 5 hour delay, we were given a food 'dinner' coupon that could have only bought a slice a pizza which we felt was extremely poor. Expected a better compensation for the long delay."

ALSO, SAS/United booked my connection through O'Hare, giving me about 1.5 hours to clear customs and security...I was only able to make my flight due to some nice people who let me cut lines and a lot of running through the terminal. Generally annoyed with the experience."

Cons: "Reservation process online does not show you that you are buying a bullshit Business Class seat. You pay a premium for Business class and granted, the meal was great, something the Coach class did not get BUT they should tell you when booking that that you are sitting in coach with a table blocking the middle seat, not truly a Business class seat. Dumb down your operations but don't insult your customers. Tell them what they are getting when booking a bus type business class seat. Worst business practice ever, driven by European style of travel BUT call it premium economy, not BUSINESS."

Radio failure was the excuse, followed by crew change - yeah, right, not buying that one - more like radio was fine, but crew wanted to chip off work early and avoid last flight (common tactic for a demoralised/unionised workforce). Border is still broken at LGW. THIS is Broken Brexit Britain."

Cons: "At airport had line for baggage drop if had boarding passes. But, then only had one station open out of four or five. One person had problem I guess. Line didn't move for 10-15 minutes. VERY BAD!!"

What a surprise, once I was seated on plane, to hear an announcement for the traveler who had left a 'walking stick'; I told the nearest steward, and he got it for me - BA rocks! Overall, the air crew were so professional, (unlike certain things happening on other airlines at the moment), and I was very happy, even with my ovo lacto veg meal, (it really was tasty)."

Pros: "Leg room was much better than in economy particularly for those of us over 6 feet tall. The food was quite good and better than what is normally served in Economy."
Cons: "Toilet facilities were in the economy cabin so there was no benefit to Premium Economy passengers - so much for a separate cabin as advertised. The seats weren't comfortable in fact normal economy seats are probably more comfortable. I was near one of the separating curtain as the cabin crew were often "bursting" through rather than pulling the curtain apart. Being on overnight flight it meant I got very little sleep let alone the children yelling and laughing loudly through the night - could the cabin crew say something! I had paid the extra for premium economy so I could do some work and get some sleep before I landed. I managed to do some work but got very little sleep."

Cons: "The crew wasn't too observant. I had my blinker button on for 40 minutes because I realized I was never given a headphone to watch tv. As I patiently waited, I saw the flight attendants in the back doing nothing but chatting. So I tried clicking again in hopes they would head and come to assist me. But nothing. So I had to hail one over for headphones. They also kept the curtains open the entire flight even though people were trying to sleep. I had to put a jacket over my face to block the light and so did the person sitting next to me."

Cons: "There was one crew member that spoiled The lot. When I had trouble with my bag fitting she wa no help. She in kinder words told me to figure it out. When I asked if there was a way to check it at the jet bridge she replied that I should have done it out there. To which I replied that they should have told me there was limited room. Needless to say I had to figure it out without any help from any crew. Which was crazy to me because on other flights I had more than one person taking my bag for me or trying it other places. Later the same woman was loudly accused of skipping a row of a dad trying to wrangle his children. When he confronted her she addresses him sharply and made him wait to get food though he had two young children with him. I'm sure skipping a row is easy to do especially if there is a lot Of activity but it didn't stop there another crew member began to bash the man while they were continuing to pass out food in front of other passengers and she did not stop him. I understand wanting your fellow crew members to know you are with them but it is completely unprofessional to do it in front of other passengers and needs to be saved for "closed" quarters. Worst and most unprofessional portion of my trip."
