Pros: "The flight from Dallas was on Wednesday the 8th of August. It was scheduled for a 32 minute layover, which turned into a 30 minute layover. My son, who I booked the ticket for, ran all the way to the connecting flight's gate. They'd already closed the doors, and wouldn't let him on. Consequently he had to be re-booked onto the next flight, which didn't leave until 2200."

It should have been DFW to JFK to Glasgow. Delta cancelled his flight. Citing "weather issues." My family researched this, and couldn't find any weather issues in the North East or NY area."

We were first told our flight would be delayed an hour, then the departure time was moved up 40 minutes without any clear messaging. We caught an email from Delta, but if we hadn’t, we might have missed our flight. The plane was also abnormally loud on board, and the air pressure seemed to fluctuate throughout the flight, making the experience uncomfortable."

Nevdr informed what was happening, never offered to move our seats or move iIl passengers. Glad all turned out ok. Could have given them more privacy and better informed other passengers."

Cons: "Boarding was a complete debacle - no control over who went where. Sky Priority line was full of 50 people who weren't Sky Priority, and there was only one person checking passports. The two people at the desk didn't care when I noted this. We were called to the desk in advance of boarding to check passport information. When we got to the check in line, we were taken aside for more passport checking, even though we are US citizens with Trusted Traveler status in the GOES program. We were one of the first people at the departure lounge, and one of the the last to board."

In bewilderment I asked her in English to repeat herself and she sarcastically repeated what she had said, in French, I asked for her to speak in English (which she had done to me previously on this Paris to London flight) yet again she scolded me in French. I was left absolutely none the wiser and it left a bad taste in my mouth."

Pros: "I had a choice of movies, games and music that was very appealing. My concerns about not receiving the correct meal was handled professionally and promptly during the flight. I was surprised they couldn't discover I only ordered it for the second leg of my flight."

Not getting an aisle seat was disturbing at my height. Then there was the guy in front of me not willing to forego putting his seat back on my knees for over half the flight. It would be nice if the seat assignments for general boarding considered the height of the person being assigned."

The pilot missed the first landing, was going too fast and had to turn around. We circled the London eye 3 times. When we were actually landing it was extremely bumpy and on the way down the plane was tilting back and forth a lot. They were going too fast when we landed as well, I have never been in a plane that has landed so poorly, and I have travelled a lot and used many different airlines. It was worse than any budget airline I've been on. As we were driving back to the terminal, the pilot stopped short for some reason. Things were not explained clearly. I will not be flying with airfrance again and will be sure to spread the word of this awful experience."

In waiting until everyone had exited the plane before being able to retrieve my bag, it completely defeated the purpose of the extra expenditure. perhaps boarding the rear of the plane first. regardless, my biggest concern was I felt like the flight attendant should have responded but elected to snub me. amazingly I lived to talk about it :-)"

Cons: "Check in at Houston is terrible. Air Canada made us transfer our own luggage between flights causing us to almost miss our flight. This should have been indicated when booking the flight, we would have purchased a different flight. When we got on the flight, overhead bin was too small for my husbands carry on and a flight attendant whisked his bag away before we could ask where she was going. She came back without the bag and we asked where she had taken it- she had checked it without asking us if this would be ok. The bag was full of valuable breakables as well as our cash and cards. We asked if we could get the bag at the gate and she said it would come out on the carousel. So we spent 3 hours completely stressed out. Drinks were only served once the entire flight, more water should have been offered. When we got off the plane one of our bags had gone missing. We had to wait 2 days to have it delivered. It was delivered at 4am in the morning. Overall compared to the previous United flight, Air Canada has lots of room for improvement."

Cons: "I made a round trip to Japan from Boston with Air Canada, flying out in mid-June and returning in the beginning of July, and I was rather disappointed to find that the choice of movies was more or less the same both ways, at least I did not see much change in new releases. I was expecting new movies to be added on my return flight from Japan since the month has changed from June to July but I did not find new movies, so I just read on my iPad. It would have also been nice if there was an option for inflight WiFi access."

Pros: "Wheelchair service arrived very late yet the flight attendants and the Captain remained with me until the wheelchair arrived. Outstanding attention and care for passengers."

We lost a day of vacation due to Air Canada not being held accountable for the flight being late as well as sitting on the Tarmac at Haneda airport."
Cons: "We sat on a Tarmac at another airport for five hours without knowing how long we would be there. Also, there was only one crew member that was helpful. Our flight was supposed to land at 2:20 pm and did not land until 10:30 pm at Narita airport. We were not compensated and were abandoned by Air Canada. We had to sleep in the airport since everything was closed."

I thought the amount that I had paid to KAYAK was final? I will NEVER dare use such a travel agent engine again in future!"

They provided hotel but it took 3 hours for us to clear immigration and reached hotel and after 1 hours they came to pick us back. there was no support from airlines staff and we were at won. Cons: "I had 3 hours in Johannesburg before catching a shuttle bus, so being an hour late wasn't a big problem. After rushing from Entebbe flight which was an hour late leaving and arriving, I got to the gate to be informed that this NBO to JNB flight was an hour late in departing. Pilot said it was due to "technical difficulties". My ticket had 4 legs : Nov 28 due to leave JNB at 1:20 finally left at 8:30 due to NBO runway closed from plane belly landing - the pilot was very apologetic - LATE. Dec 5 NBO to Entebbe was an hour late due to "passenger problem and luggage taken off" - LATE. Dec 10 Entebbe to NBO left an hour late due to "plane arriving late" - LATE. Dec 10 NBO to Johannesburg was an hour late due to "technical difficulties" - LATE. All 4 flights were at least an hour late leaving and arriving yet the pilots all said thanks for flying Kenya Airways - the Pride of Africa. This is what Africa should be proud of ?!? and Kenya Airways is proud of ?!? Passengers I talked to all were negative in their comments about Kenya Airways. All said there is ALWAYS something of a problem on a Kenya Airways flight. Lady on NBO to EBB flight next to me as we boarded plane and I said everything has gone smoothly so far, replied - the flight isn't over yet - and then we sat in the plane for an hour while they "removed passengers luggage". A man in NBO departure area as we waited to board JNB late flight said, the procedures and organisation are terrible with problems most of the time, which was why he was using up his reward miles because he didn't want to fly Kenya Airways again. This is the culture of this airline which is allowed to continue with seemingly no regard for the paying customers. If the powers that be such as the FAA, imposed a $100 credit to each passenger for late leaving or arriving, I would have received $400 back on a ticket that cost $750. Maybe the airlines would do something practical to remedy their problems and care for the paying customers rather than just saying "we are sorry for any inconvenience "."

Cons: "That the flight time was changed from 8am to 10am and we were not informed until check-in time. Then the flight was changed from 10 to midday, but we were only told during boarding and told to go for breakfast at some restaurant without getting directions. On arriving at the restaurant, we were made to sit in a waiting area for over 30 mins then later told to move to another restaurant, without directions. After going through the gate to board for the midday flight and waiting over an hour, we were informed that we were to fly at 4:15pm! The flight was uncomfortable with seats that had absolutely no leg room and non reclining seats"
