Pros: "Well organized and stress-free flow of people/services."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "One of the Worst flights for punctuality 3.5 hours of delays ! Missed all my connections ! Over 24 hours in waiting ! Will try not to use air Canada again!!!"

Pros: "friendly flight attendants good entertainment options"
Cons: "it was fine. I was pleasantly surprised after the first leg of my trip from Seattle to Toronto, where the staff were much less professional."

Pros: "Great great great staff on the flight. Fast direct service ... Landing in T1 Dublin really speeds things . Checkin in good until.... See below"
Cons: "Plane was late leaving. Food was served around 2-2:30 am. Realize this budget but still 750$... Movies - player kept stalling Check in ... Crazy on bag drop at check in #5 lane in departures in Toronto. Perhaps one more staff at high volume to make sure the folk in the bag drop line actually have bag tags. Travel to same route last year at this time and it was the same experience."

Pros: "I actually flew through meontreal but it was a great flight and the salad was very good"

Pros: "Managed to arrive on time in spite of leaving 1 hr 15 min late."
Cons: "Air Canada connecting flight from LA was 1 hr late coming in and no indication was given whether the flight to Milan would wait, nor any help was given in getting us to the gate. We barely made it through crowds at the adjacent gates and only because we heard our name called before closing the gate. A bit of coordination and desire to help would have gone a long way in helping navigate access through a long and less than walker-friendly set of terminals."

Pros: "Dinner was good, breakfast was meh."
Cons: "Air temp was hot. Food came with tons of plastic wrapping."

Pros: "My taxi driver comments that " Air Canada is terrible; I'm sorry you fly them!""
Cons: "Nobody ever around to help you; your anxiety is through the roof just trying to get help or any glimmer of kindness! And forget the bastards refunding you!"

Pros: "I liked the clean cabin, decent service during meals and overall amenities offered. The plane itself was quite nice and more comfortable than most."
Cons: "The food seemed to be quite a small portion. The chicken entree was normal size, but lacking in taste. The side was also bland in flavor but a good mix of veggies. I would have enjoyed another small snack, such as cheese and crackers or some such. The movie list was fairly good with somewhat recent items. The TV list was lacking in choices, it seemed. However, that may be the content of modern TV. Access to the toilets were often hindered by staff, especially in the rear of the cabin. We were 45 minutes late. I was already booked on a flight 5+ hours later, which was nice. However, I was given a only a food voucher of 31CHF. The amount was wonderful, but they offered this at a time when I had already eaten on the plane and was not hungry at all. I could only buy a few things to eat or take with me, and the rest of the amount was wasted. Alternatives, could have been a partial refund, a visa gift card, an upgrade on my flight back, etc."

Pros: "Overall air cabin crew service was great. Food was average. Seat was comfortable. Entertainment was great!"
Cons: "My elbow keeps pressing on the light button on the remote on the right arm rest which was slightly irritating. But nothing major"

Pros: "The professionalism, friendliness, entertainment. I was very satisfied because there has been a lot of negative press about other airlines, but Air Canada seemed really on the ball."
Cons: "nothing really."

Cons: "No wifi"

Pros: "They were on time and boarding went quickly"
Cons: "Even though I checked in online they didn't have 2 seats next to each other for us despite us having booked together under a single booking as couple etc. the food was small portions and mediocre / blunt taste."

Cons: "Super noisy and we left 30 minutes late"

Pros: "It was an average Air Canada international flight. There was nothing really spectacular and worth mentioning."
Cons: "There was a delay in the flight about 1,5 hours, although there was not an important reason for that. The weather conditions were good, so it was just a miscoordination of the company. It was also unacceptable that there was an extra 15 minutes delay due to an overload of luggage that had to be transferred to the plane. Most of the passengers, myself included, had a very tight connection in Munich and it was highly possible that we would not be able to be there in time. The crew of Air Canada was not aware of anything and they were not able to provide information about the connecting flights, although they were also operated by Air Canada. I believe it goes without saying that there should be a basic communication among your employees, especially about connecting flights, so the passengers can be informed. Finally we arrived at Munich airport 15 minutes before the connecting flight Munich to Athens. I was at my gate on time; the boarding was still available. After rushing and getting stressed to catch my flight, I found out that my ticket from Munich to Athens was canceled by Air Canada due to the initial delay in Toronto. However, nobody ever informed me about the change, which is unprofessional and unacceptable. The next available flight from Munich to Athens was the next morning. I should mention that all these happened on the 31st of December. So I was forced to spend New Year's eve alone in a hotel in Munich airport, instead of being with my family in Athens. All this was because of the irresponsibility of Air Canada, for a ticket that costed me almost $1,200. Finally, a small detail; Air Canada needs to renew the menu during the flights. It is exactly the same for a couple of years now."

Pros: "Aircraft was clean and well presented. Inflight entertainment was very good with wide selection of movies & TV shows to watch (appreciated on a 10 hour flight!)."
Cons: "Could have done with a couple more inches of leg room."

Pros: "The passengers on this flight were terrific. Also the new plane was very comfortable."
Cons: "After a delayed departure from JFK we had to RUN to make our connection in Toronto. I'm traveling with my wife for our honeymoon and yet we couldn't get a seat together (we'd called customer service the week before who informed the crew). The boarding experience was rushed by airport staff and the flight crew were overly abrupt with passengers on board (bathroom requests by a mom with an infant to water requests by multiple passengers)."

Pros: "The Air Canada crew were great."

Cons: "I had arranged a domestic flight within Japan that would depart from Haneda about 2.5 hours after the Air Canada was scheduled to land there. BUT unfortunately the Air Canada flight departure was delayed for about that much time in Toronto due to mechanical issues. We were promised that Air Canada staff would be on hand in Tokyo to help those of us who would miss our connections. HOWEVER after getting to Tokyo (about the time my domestic flight was taking off) going through immigration and customs and then waiting in line to talk to Air Canada staff, they told me that since my connecting flight (an ANA flight to Miyazaki) had been booked by my son through the Skymark website, they were going to do absolutely nothing at all to help me--no help with arranging an alternative flight, no help finding a hotel room--nothing, absolutely nothing. They left me high and dry in a bad situation."

Pros: "Comfy flight, nice staff and great food!"

Pros: "Within ten minutes of eating the provided dinner, I got sick and threw up for the rest of the flight and the full day after."

Cons: "The economy seats on Canada Air are about as small as they can possibly be."

Pros: "Food is satisfactory."
Cons: "Seats in Executive First are lie flat but uncomfortable for sleeping perhaps due to insufficient cushioning and coarse fabric. The crew is sub par as always and becomes a glaring miss compared to other airlines, especially given my comparison with Lufthansa for a connecting flight. The entertainment systems are poor as well, both in screen resolution, controls and somewhat lacklustre programming. The business class is not good value, not because I would travel economy, but given a choice I’d pick business class on another airline."

Pros: "The service is nice"
Cons: "The leg room and seat space are small which make the trip really miserable for me"

Cons: "Getting the last seat on the plane that does not recline for a super long flight. Having that chair also have a busted headrest."

Pros: "The plane was very new. The entertainment setup was great. The crew was very friendly. The plane had many empty seats allowing people to move around. We had an infant and were allowed to board early, which really helped."
Cons: "The long flight and average legroom do not allow for comfortable sleep."

Pros: "crew was amazing, great service, very helpful and pleasant. Loved the non-stop flight to India."
Cons: "Food needs more flavour. Wanted to buy duty free liquor, however, they were out of stock of the item I wanted....only had 4 bottles of Crowne Royale on board."

Pros: "On board service was good"
Cons: "There were a number of entertainment options on the personal entertainment system, however, not many were to my liking."

Cons: "Same as above! I don't even went to Toronto!"

Pros: "The plane Air Canada use in the line Tel-Aviv - Toronto is great, it feels bigger than other alternatives. In addition, the crew was very kind, and the entertainment options are veried and excellent."
Cons: "Not a huge minus, but the meals given in the flight were OK, but preaty basic and simple. Comparing to the others, Air Canada can improve this aspect."

Pros: "I liked everything about this flight, especially how they dealt with the emergency that happened on the plane. The crew kept their cool"

Pros: "The food and entertainment were great"
Cons: "I don't think I saw one attendant smile the entire flight. Considering we were all going to Paris so soon after the attacks, it would have been nice/ reassuring to see at least a smile."

Pros: "All very nice except the food which was sub-par even for an airline"

Pros: "Promptness"
Cons: "No free snacks anymore"

Pros: "the air canada staff!"
Cons: "the food. more vegan options please."

Pros: "It was short!"
Cons: "Being in the midle seat"

Pros: "Crew, Toronto airport, intertainment"
Cons: "Waited too long inside the plane for a flight attendant replacement."

Cons: "Air Canada changed my itinerary on the return flight with originally no stops, to one stop (a 3 hour layover in Frankfurt), and with a longer flight from Frankfurt to Toronto. I had originally booked my return flight because it was non-stop.As a consequence, I will be arriving later in YYZ. This change of itinerary was handled by Air Canada without any compensation being offered by Air Canada."

Cons: "never made it from toronto to dublin. had to fly to UK"

Pros: "The flight crew were excellent. They made sure we had what we needed, and they were very friendly and accommodating. The food selections also made this long flight more bearable and worthwhile. It also helped to have some movie selection options that were decent."
Cons: "There was a flight delay for about 45 minutes before we took off. Unfortunately, being in economy, there was no way to get comfortable on this flight. I will definitely make sure I get a aisle seat on a aisle that is close to the emergency door or just suck it up and get a business class seat."

Pros: "I liked the seats... they were comfortable"
Cons: "The call out button on the seats hold no significance in your airplane. On calling the crew even for water nobody turns up and they completely ignore you while even passing by unless you call them from the top of your lungs. I was surprised how can they ignore passenger's requests."

Cons: "My luggage didn't make the connection flight..."

Pros: "They boarded by row number rather than zone which eliminated the made scramble and made the boarding enjoyable with much less stress."

Pros: "Liked the food and the nice people on the plane."
Cons: "nothing"

Cons: "Forced to check my clearly adequate carry-on bag, AND charged for it. Rude, and dismissive representatives. Hope this was an isolated incident. Will reconsider other flight arrangements in the future."

Cons: "next to kitchen, cold, poor selection on channels"

Pros: "Again entertainment system had a decent selection. The seats weren't as comfortable as they could be for such a long flight."
Cons: "The seating was also a little cramped because the guy sitting next to me was very tall and did not respect my personal space."

Cons: "the breakfast snack was terrible too sweet banana bread - no other choice. Very little leg room and I am not tall person."

Pros: "Flight was ok, on time etc."
Cons: "There was no pre-flight service of water or champagne, service director was missing in action, it took more than an hour after take off to get a drink, my steak was so over-cooked it was inedible. The female attendants were generally unfriendly while a couple of the guys were good."
